This is a hard review for me to write since I really don’t want to be negative about an item that some people would find acceptable but its full of short comings. First off, the item does work and shows a picture, shows your area temp once you add your location, the alarm does work just fine also. The touch screen does work but is extremely sluggish on my model, plus your slide show is limited to 30 photos. Let’s say you select 25 photos to upload into your machine and you want just one to play constantly, then you must pause since it always wants to run a slide show.

Now let’s talk about resolution, they say 2k sorry, but this screen is more like 720p on a good day. I tried to display a 1920x1080p photo and it wouldn’t display right just sections of the photo appeared. Yet they state in the writing on this listing its 2k “FULLJA digital picture frame equipped with 2K IPS panel (ratio 4:3) 2176*1600 pixels”. They claim this is a 4/3 display but its 10 3/4 max BY 9 inches, to be 4:3 it would have to be 12×9 inch display. So, it’s not even 11 inches diagonal as stated and not really 4:3 ration and the resolution are wrong. This is listed at a high asking price, and it only features 16 gigs internal storage whereas other models with the similar specifications are much cheaper. As for videos I couldn’t get the application or that photo apps they have you use to upload anything, but photos and I didn’t add the extra memory card I have on hand. So, I am not sure if you put videos on the memory card and insert the card if the device will show the videos, I know the app wouldn’t for me. Its ok but so many flaws 3 stars max. Would I buy it or give it as a gift? As the item sits right now, I wouldn’t purchase the for my friends unless they fix the issues with the device.

The “WiFi Digital Picture Frame 11″ Electronic Photo Frame – 2K IPS Touch Screen, 32GB 2176 * 1600 Smart Frame, Motion Sensor, Share Photos and Videos Via App Email, Free Cloud Storage, Gift for Mom Dad” I received exceeded my expectations.

The screen’s resolution is perfect for its size. Clolor and brightness are super. Vibrance is awesome. This is one of the nicest digital picture frames I’ve seen and own.

Setup was super easy. It didn’t force me to give up personal information just to work it off an micro sd card either.

My one and only caveat- and one I will not deduct a star for- is the lack of a power button. If I turn the unit off through a screen option, it will shut off for a second, then I can see the screen’s back light illuminate. That’s not good as it will reduce its lifetime use.

I had this up and running fast. The only thing I want to mention is that the back of this frame is molded in such a way that it is ment for setting it on a surface, not hung on the wall. If you are planning on NOT hanging this, then I would recommend it without hesitation.

Pictures are very sharp, bright and nice. Options for display (split screen, timing, fade) are numerous and easy to set. Turns off when no motion – a good energy saver. App is easy to use for downloading pictures. Set up had a small glitch, as the app walks through the process of linking the app and the device, but doesn’t actually let you go through the steps. I ended up deleting the app and going through setup a second time, taking a screen shot of the steps, and was then able to set up the frame with no problems.

I didn’t even know they made this size as all you really see is the 10 inch ones, i came across this one and 11″ u don’t think that the 1″ will make much of an impact but it does! This frame was easy to set up has amazing photo quality and is definitely one of my favorite decor as it has my most valued family photos!

This picture frame comes beautifully packaged. It’s probably one of the most beautiful boxes I have seen for gifting.

The picture frame itself looks like a traditional frame and can be hung, portrait or horizontal. The frame itself is plastic. I feel at this price point it should have been wood.

The reason I got this is because you can load photos via the app or email. Because family is out of state, I can load photos onto the app and have them show up in Grandma and Grandpa’s living room.

I do think at this price point it could have had a little larger memory capacity. But the image quality is really good and the plastic does make it quite durable.

Being away from our children and grandchildren, I like the ability to see all the various photos over the years. With this Smart Digital Frame, I can do just that. The first thing I noted, the frame is shipped in a nice giftable box, however, there were no markings of which frame size it is in order to verify you received the correct order. I had to measure the frame to make sure, which it is the 10.1″ screen. Some things are different from one model/size to the other per instructions that came with it. I thought I was going to receive the remote for the 10.1″, however, it does not come with this model. I think I would have liked the ability to control by remote. It was fairly easy to set up. You need to download an app for initial setup, but most settings are handled via the frames touchscreen. You do have to create an account, wherever they are located, and then you are given an email address to email your photos or videos to. This way is much easier than one photo at a time via the app. I believe the frame is limited to 200 mb images. The 16gb memory can be expanded by adding a TF card. This makes for an excellent gift!
