11/11/2019 – UPDATE TO REVIEW WRITTEN BELOW – I want to mention that Feelcare contacted me directly 2 months after I posted my review. They were very eager to assist me and replace my frame, however, I had gone with another brand (ironically about 3 days before they contacted me). So, if by chance you have any issues with your frame, do not contact Amazon or Frameo – reach out to Feelcare directly and I believe they will be responsive and helpful.
As I mentioned in my initial review, I did purchase the 7in frame at the same time and have had no issues.

Loading and sharing pictures from your phone is great and simple – takes time but I figured it would be worth it.
After a month I came home to a blank screen. Powering off and on didn't help, and finally decided to reset and run the risk of losing all my photos and having to start over. That didn't work. Tried 'chatting' with Amazon which took a long time to come up with nothing.
Finally contacted Frameo and received this response:
Thank you for your message. We're sorry that you are experiencing problems with your frame.
Unfortunately it sounds like there have been an issue with the hardware where the file system on the frame has been corrupted, so it doesn't start up correctly. In rare cases this can sometimes happen if the photo frame is unplugged from the power switch while it is still turned on. It is therefore important to shut down the frame with the power-button on the back of the frame.
There is unfortunately nothing we can do about this issue on our side. My best advice is therefore that you contact the retailer where you bought it (either contact Amazon or contact Feelcare directly at support@feelcaregroup.com), so that you can get it exchanged for a new one.
Once again we are sorry for the inconveniences this may cause.

Well, that's annoying especially since the frame was never disconnected.
Tried chatting with Amazon again and was told that the return window had closed which was equally annoying.
I did give my dad a 7 in frame and haven't had any issues – hopefully my particular situation is not the norm.
