User manual and instructions are so lacking

The instructions literally just say attach the cables- there is no instructions on which one goes where snd they provide extra cables and provide no guidance where they go or if there needed.
System doesn’t stay paired snd user interface is. It straight forward.
There is no support for the device so you can’t get questions answered
