- Submission requested: the same report is sent to the email service for client and Commercial delivery.
- Accepted: the provider acknowledged the request. This is not proof of inbox delivery; check spam too.
- Unconfirmed or timed out: retain your report. The request may already have been accepted; check your inbox before resubmitting. Use the manual email fallback if needed.
Email failure must not block your free browser report. We have not verified end-to-end receipt in both inboxes for this guide update.
Before you begin
Do I have to purchase consulting?
No. The Discovery report and self-service app journey are free. Paid implementation is a separate, optional choice after you review evidence.
Does the report prove that an app is production-ready?
No. Recommendations and catalog membership are starting points. Validate functionality, data handling, suitability and operational controls yourself before use.
Does a pilot plan authorize dispatch or purchases?
No. A planning document creates no service order. Zion requires formal client confirmation and a PO before site dispatch or purchases.
How can I continue with my team?
