Billing notes

A billing brief you fill in from records you already have. Nothing is charged, sent, or collected from this page.

What to write down

• The customer, the period, and the person who approves the amount.
• Which lines come from a signed order, and which lines are still estimates.
• The currency and the tax treatment your finance owner already uses.
• What happens when a line is disputed. The invoice stays a draft until that person signs it.

Where the older host breaks

• The billing-automation name does not resolve. The invoice host opens, and its About, Contact, Blog, and Services paths return 404.
• Use the invoice notes on this site. Discovery stays $99 and does not charge a card from these notes.
