Bradley vs ISU basketball score updates, recap, highlights
The Bradley Braves face in-state rival Illinois State today in the 139th meeting between the schools located just 40 miles apart on Interstate 74.
Bradley was out-rebounded, 5-0, on the offensive glass until Christian Davis put back his own layup to tie the game with 8:46 left in the first half.
Then a defensive stop on Johnny Kinziger followed, and Darius Hannah powered to the rim for a go-ahead layup, taking a shot to the face and neck as he put BU up, 21-19, with 7:46 left.
ISU turned it over after that and the media break arrived.

Illinois State, meanwhile, launched nine 3-pointers in the game’s first 6:13, getting a pair of corner 3s from Landon Wolf for a 12-6 lead.
The Braves rallied with a 7-3 run in 73 seconds, during which Connor Dillon hit a 3 and freshman Jaquan Johnson bulled his way to the rim for a layup to close within 15-13 and force an Illinois State timeout.
The Braves (17-3, 8-1) have won four in a row and nine of the last 10 to move atop the Missouri Valley Conference. BU is receiving votes in the latest Associated Press poll. ISU (12-8, 4-5) has won two in a row, including a home game vs. Indiana State.
