Ensuring Business Resilience: The Role of Business Continuity in Risk Management
In today’s fast-paced and unpredictable business environment, ensuring business resilience is more important than ever. With the increasing frequency of natural disasters, cyber attacks, and economic downturns, organizations must be prepared to handle any unexpected disruptions that may come their way. One crucial element of this preparedness is having a strong business continuity plan in place.Business continuity is the process of developing strategies and plans to ensure that a company can continue operating in the face of unexpected events. This includes identifying potential risks, assessing their potential impact on the business, and implementing measures to mitigate those risks. By having a solid business continuity plan in place, organizations can minimize downtime, reduce financial losses, and maintain the trust of their customers and stakeholders.
The role of business continuity in risk management cannot be overstated. By identifying potential risks and developing strategies to address them, organizations can better protect their assets, employees, and reputation. This proactive approach can also help businesses comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, ultimately improving their overall resilience and sustainability.
One key aspect of business continuity planning is conducting a thorough risk assessment. This involves identifying and analyzing potential risks that could disrupt business operations, such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, supply chain disruptions, and human error. By understanding these risks, organizations can develop strategies to mitigate their impact and ensure the continuity of their operations.

This includes establishing clear roles and responsibilities, communication protocols, and backup systems to ensure that critical functions can continue in the event of a disruption. By having a well-defined plan in place, organizations can quickly respond to emergencies and minimize the impact on their business.
In addition to developing a strong business continuity plan, organizations must also regularly test and update their strategies to ensure their effectiveness. This may involve conducting tabletop exercises, simulations, and drills to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. By continuously evaluating and refining their business continuity plans, organizations can better prepare for potential disruptions and enhance their overall resilience.
In conclusion, ensuring business resilience requires a proactive approach to risk management, with business continuity playing a crucial role in this process. By identifying potential risks, developing comprehensive response and recovery plans, and regularly testing and updating their strategies, organizations can better protect their operations and maintain business continuity in the face of unexpected events. Ultimately, investing in business continuity is an essential step towards building a resilient and sustainable business for the future.
Aston Villa vs. Tottenham Hotspur: FA Cup 4th round game time, live blog, and how to watch online
All the good Tottenham Hotspur vibes that had started to build again over the last few weeks went straight out the window following Liverpool’s demolition of the Lilywhites in the EFL Cup midweek. There’s no time for Spurs to lick their wounds, however, with a short turnaround before today’s match against Aston Villa.
Spurs are in the fourth round courtesy of a labored victory over National League side Tamworth, and Villa are just a few rungs higher on the English football ladder. The Villains will be fresh as well, having had the week off to prepare while Spurs crashed out of another cup competition.
Regardless, Ange Postecoglou will be keen to turn things around, with a little help from his January reinforcements. Two of those, Kevin Danso and Mathys Tel, were able to hold their heads high in the defeat to Liverpool, and will surely be in the starting lineup with injuries aplenty both in defense and the forward line. Can Spurs overcome whatever fresh hell the universe serves up this time and come away victorious?

#Aston #Villa #Tottenham #Hotspur #Cup #4th #game #time #live #blog #watch #online5 Key Steps to Building a Strong Disaster Recovery Program
Natural disasters, cyber attacks, and other unforeseen events can wreak havoc on businesses of all sizes. That’s why having a strong disaster recovery program in place is crucial to ensure the continuity of operations and minimize downtime in the event of a disaster. Here are five key steps to building a robust disaster recovery program:1. Conduct a risk assessment: The first step in building a disaster recovery program is to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities that could impact your business. This includes natural disasters such as floods, hurricanes, and earthquakes, as well as cyber threats like ransomware attacks and data breaches. By conducting a thorough risk assessment, you can prioritize your resources and focus on mitigating the most critical risks.
2. Develop a comprehensive disaster recovery plan: Once you have identified the potential risks, it’s important to develop a detailed disaster recovery plan that outlines the steps to take in the event of a disaster. This plan should include procedures for data backup and recovery, communication protocols, and roles and responsibilities for key personnel. It’s essential to regularly review and update the plan to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
3. Implement backup and recovery solutions: Data is a critical asset for businesses, so it’s essential to have robust backup and recovery solutions in place. This could include cloud-based backup services, offsite data storage, and regular data backups to ensure that critical information is secure and accessible in the event of a disaster. Testing these backups regularly is also crucial to ensure that they can be restored quickly and effectively.
4. Establish a communication plan: Communication is key during a disaster, so it’s important to establish a clear and effective communication plan. This should include contact information for key personnel, emergency contacts, and stakeholders, as well as protocols for communicating with employees, customers, and vendors. Regular communication drills and exercises can help ensure that everyone knows their roles and responsibilities in the event of a disaster.
5. Train and educate employees: Employees are often the first line of defense in a disaster, so it’s essential to train and educate them on the company’s disaster recovery plan. This could include regular training sessions, tabletop exercises, and awareness campaigns to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. By empowering employees to take action during a disaster, you can help minimize downtime and ensure the continuity of operations.
In conclusion, building a strong disaster recovery program is essential for businesses to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of operations in the event of a disaster. By following these five key steps, businesses can better prepare for unforeseen events and minimize the impact on their operations. Remember, it’s better to be proactive and prepared than to be caught off guard when disaster strikes.

NPR sports correspondent Becky Sullivan has some tips for what to watch for in this year’s game:
A close, back-and-forth game: All signs point to a close game. The Eagles defense aims to limit big gains and force teams to beat them with small plays. But that’s exactly how the Chiefs like to win: Kansas City is 12-0 in one-score games this season. The Kansas City defense is no slouch either, and Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts has struggled at times when pressured.
Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes: The key to the Chiefs’ three-peat hopes is their 29-year-old quarterback who is great all the time but somehow even better in high-stakes moments: in the playoffs, on 3rd and 4th downs and on game-ending drives.
The tush push: The Eagles have become known for their unusually successful take on the quarterback sneak. Here are the physics behind the play.
Eagles running back Saquon Barkley: After Philadelphia signed him last spring, Barkley has blossomed into the game-changer he always had the potential to be. He became only the ninth player ever to rush for more than 2,000 yards in the regular season, and he has more 60-plus-yard touchdown runs in one season than any player ever.
And some pre-game bonuses: Keep an eye out for Chiefs wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins’ arrival outfit, and whether this Chiefs player tears up during the National Anthem.

The Future of Data Backup and Recovery: Trends to Watch
Data backup and recovery have always been essential components of a comprehensive IT strategy. With the increasing volume of data being generated by organizations, the need for reliable and efficient backup and recovery solutions is more critical than ever. As we look towards the future, several trends are emerging that will shape the way data is protected and recovered. One of the key trends in data backup and recovery is the adoption of cloud-based solutions. Cloud backup offers several advantages over traditional on-premises solutions, including scalability, cost-effectiveness, and ease of use. With the rise of cloud computing, more and more organizations are turning to cloud backup services to safeguard their critical data. In addition, cloud-based backup solutions also provide greater flexibility and accessibility, allowing organizations to easily access and restore their data from anywhere in the world.
Another important trend in data backup and recovery is the increasing use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. These technologies are being used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of backup and recovery processes. AI-powered backup solutions can automatically prioritize and optimize backups, identify potential risks, and predict potential data loss events. By leveraging AI and machine learning, organizations can enhance their backup and recovery capabilities and ensure the security and integrity of their data.
Data deduplication is also a key trend to watch in the realm of data backup and recovery. Deduplication technology eliminates redundant data by only storing unique data blocks, which helps to reduce storage requirements and improve backup speeds. As organizations continue to generate vast amounts of data, deduplication will become increasingly important in optimizing backup and recovery processes.
Furthermore, the rise of ransomware attacks has highlighted the importance of having robust backup and recovery strategies in place. Ransomware attacks can encrypt critical data and demand a ransom for its release, making data backup and recovery essential for mitigating the impact of such attacks. Organizations are increasingly investing in backup and recovery solutions that can quickly restore data in the event of a ransomware attack, minimizing downtime and data loss.
In conclusion, the future of data backup and recovery is evolving rapidly, driven by advancements in technology and the increasing complexity of data environments. Cloud-based solutions, artificial intelligence, data deduplication, and ransomware protection are just a few of the trends that will shape the way organizations protect and recover their data in the coming years. By staying abreast of these trends and leveraging the latest technologies, organizations can ensure the security and availability of their critical data in an increasingly data-driven world.
Hannah Storm’s breast cancer diagnosis was a shock. Now the veteran sports journalist is helping others understand their risk.
As a trailblazer in the world of sports journalism, Hannah Storm has always known exactly what to say on camera. But when she received a breast cancer diagnosis in January 2024, the legendary journalist was lost for words.
“It really came as a shock,” Storm, 62, tells Yahoo Life. “It was something out of the blue.”
Storm was diagnosed with non-invasive ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), a breast cancer in which cells that line the milk ducts of the breast become cancerous. Even though she had no symptoms or family history of breast cancer, Storm has always mindful about her health. She had more than 20 mammograms and ultrasounds over the years, and “absolutely nothing had come up.” But this time, her physicians detected a problem.
Trusted news and daily delights, right in your inbox
See for yourself — The Yodel is the go-to source for daily news, entertainment and feel-good stories.
In the year since her diagnosis, Storm has channeled her experience into being an advocate for early detection, raising greater awareness of hereditary cancers and the crucial role of genetic testing. Here’s a look at the lessons Storm has learned on the cancer journey that transformed her life.
Preventative screenings saved her life
“Had I not been really good about my yearly screening, I never would have known it was there,” Storm says.
At the beginning of 2024, Storm had a biopsy and received her official cancer diagnosis soon after. Storm turned to her friend, tennis legend Chris Evert, who battled ovarian cancer and underwent a preventative double mastectomy due to having the BRCA1 variant. Evert connected Storm to her doctor, Dr. Elisa Port, whom she called right away.
“She said, ‘You’re not going to die from this,’” Storm recalls. “And right away, I was like, ‘Wow, thank you.’ Just hearing those words was pretty powerful.”
Always one to establish a game plan, Storm wanted to know the next best steps to take, including undergoing a lumpectomy. When her physician broached the subject of genetic testing, Storm admitted she didn’t really know what that was. But when asked about her family history, she didn’t have many answers to provide besides her father’s death from cancer. She’s not alone: A survey conducted by Myriad Genetics in 2022 found that although half of women (51%) say they have no family history of breast or ovarian cancer, many are not sure if that’s true.
Storm says she “was just so blown away by the fact that it was just a simple blood test and all the incredible amount of information that resulted from that.”
Know your risks
Early detection saved Storm’s life, and she’s hoping to empower others to practice that same diligence. Just a year after her own diagnosis, Storm has also teamed up with Myriad Genetics’s MyRisk with RiskScore hereditary cancer test to get educated on the importance of understanding your risk for hereditary cancers and how to get tested. The test evaluates 48 genes to help identify patients’ risk of developing 11 types of hereditary cancer.
While Storm understands that some people might be reluctant to learn about their risk, she views it as a way of taking control of one’s future. “I think people are like, ‘Well, I don’t want to know. It’s super scary,’” she says. “I look at it as, well, it’s super empowering.”
Those who find out that they’re at a heightened risk level shouldn’t panic, however. Instead, Storm says that’s the time to practice diligence.
“That gives you a game plan for you and your health care provider. You have the science there, you know what your risk level is,” she says. “Do you need to be hyper vigilant now? Even as a young person, do you need to undergo screening? Should you be having mammograms at a young age?”
Storm will pass what she learned on to her three daughters, who she says will be undergoing the Myriad test.
Treat your health appointments with urgency
Storm says it’s essential to stick to a rigorous preventative care schedule.
“One of the things I learned is how many people don’t prioritize themselves, especially women and their own health,” she says, noting that she treats her health appointments with the same urgency as business matters. “Moms are working, taking care of kids or taking care of their parents. We tend to take care of everybody else but put ourselves last.”
Storm says that it takes a “family effort,” and frequently tells the male athletes she works with to urge their wives and girlfriends to maintain their health appointments. “Whatever you have to do, just help her out,” she tells them. “Nobody is an island.”
A healthy diet and exercise regimen are also things that Storm focuses on. Always a fan of exercise, Storm relies on a daily weight-lifting routine, “which is really important for your bone health.” A hip replacement just a couple of months after her breast cancer surgery has required a lot of physical therapy, but Storm also enjoys cycling and walking.
Her cancer diagnosis also made her more aware of the danger of processed foods. However, she’s always been “pretty healthy. I try not to abuse my health all the time.”
Advocate for yourself
Storm’s willingness to advocate for herself throughout her cancer journey is reflective of her experience navigating the world of sports journalism, which hasn’t always been hospitable to women.
“I took a lot of abuse,” Storm says of her early days in sports. “I definitely did the best I could at the time, but the one thing that I did not let it do was defeat me. I was like, ‘You are not going to run me out of this or turn me away from following my dreams. It’s not going to happen.’ I would never give somebody like that that kind of agency and power over my life.”
Though she’s faced a lot of obstacles in her ambition to make it in sports journalism, Storm is now grateful that she was able to “knock down some doors and smash some ceilings, and just provide a sort of a reference for women in terms of what the viable career options look like in sports.”
Storm won’t be in attendance at the Super Bowl this weekend. However, she will be enjoying the big game the way she always does: hosting a Super Bowl party at her home.
“I would like to see history,” she says. “So I think would be cool to see Kansas City three-peat!”
Hannah Storm’s breast cancer diagnosis was a shock. Now the veteran sports journalist is helping others understand their risk.Hannah Storm, known for her work as a sports journalist and anchor for ESPN, was blindsided when she received a breast cancer diagnosis in 2008. The news was a shock to Storm, who had always been diligent about her health and never expected to face such a serious health issue.
But instead of letting the diagnosis defeat her, Storm decided to use her platform and experience to help educate others about breast cancer and the importance of early detection. She has been an advocate for breast cancer awareness, sharing her own story and encouraging women to be proactive about their health.
Storm’s message is clear: early detection can save lives. She knows firsthand the importance of regular screenings and being proactive about your health. By sharing her story, Storm hopes to inspire others to take charge of their own health and understand their risk for breast cancer.
In addition to raising awareness, Storm has also been involved in fundraising efforts for breast cancer research and support programs. She has used her platform to shine a light on the importance of funding research and supporting those affected by breast cancer.
Hannah Storm’s journey with breast cancer has been a challenging one, but she has emerged stronger and more determined than ever to make a difference. By sharing her story and advocating for early detection, Storm is helping others understand their risk and take control of their health. Her bravery and resilience serve as an inspiration to us all.

Telehealth services have become increasingly popular in recent years, providing patients with convenient access to healthcare professionals without the need for an in-person visit. One key component of telehealth services is remote monitoring, which allows healthcare providers to keep track of a patient’s vital signs, symptoms, and overall health from a distance.Remote monitoring plays a crucial role in telehealth services by enabling healthcare providers to continuously monitor and track a patient’s health status outside of traditional healthcare settings. This can be especially beneficial for patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or heart disease, as it allows for early detection of any changes or complications that may require intervention.
By using remote monitoring devices such as wearable sensors, smart devices, and mobile apps, healthcare providers can gather real-time data on a patient’s vital signs, medication adherence, and symptoms. This data can then be analyzed and used to make informed decisions about the patient’s care, such as adjusting medication dosages, recommending lifestyle changes, or scheduling follow-up appointments.
Remote monitoring also helps to improve communication between patients and healthcare providers, as it allows for regular check-ins and updates without the need for an in-person visit. This can be especially helpful for patients who live in remote areas, have mobility issues, or are unable to travel to a healthcare facility for regular appointments.
In addition to improving patient care, remote monitoring in telehealth services can also lead to cost savings for both patients and healthcare providers. By monitoring patients remotely, healthcare providers can reduce the need for unnecessary in-person visits, hospitalizations, or emergency room visits, leading to lower healthcare costs and improved efficiency.
Overall, remote monitoring plays a vital role in telehealth services by enabling healthcare providers to monitor and track patients’ health status from a distance, improve communication between patients and providers, and reduce healthcare costs. As telehealth services continue to evolve and expand, remote monitoring will likely play an increasingly important role in delivering high-quality, convenient healthcare to patients around the world.
DJ Hernandez sentenced to time served in shooting threats case
HARTFORD, Conn. — The brother of the late New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was sentenced Friday to 18 months of prison time already served for threatening to carry out a shooting at the University of Connecticut and to kill three people, including a judge, in 2023.
Dennis Hernandez, 38, who went by “DJ” while playing quarterback and wide receiver for UConn football in the mid-2000s, was suffering severe mental health problems at the time of the threats and has since received treatment and medication, according to his public defender, Josh Ewing.
U.S. District Judge Sarala Nagala in Hartford also sentenced Hernandez to three years of supervised release, during which he must continue mental health and substance abuse treatment, allow probation officials to monitor his electronic devices and stay away from UConn and other locations he threatened, the Connecticut U.S. attorney’s office said.
Hernandez, who apologized for his actions during brief comments in court, was expected to be released from custody Friday afternoon, The Hartford Courant reported. Federal Bureau of Prison records showed he was no longer in custody Friday evening.
A message left at a phone listed for Hernandez was not immediately returned.
State criminal charges in Connecticut and Florida in other cases — including allegations he threw a brick with a note critical of the media onto ESPN headquarters property in Bristol, Connecticut — are expected to be dismissed because of the federal case, Ewing said, adding that those incidents happened during the same mental health crisis.
Ewing did not immediately return phone and email messages after the sentencing. In court documents, he wrote that Hernandez was “horrified” at how his actions terrified others, is remorseful and committed to maintaining his mental health.
Hernandez pleaded guilty to a felony — transmitting interstate communications containing a threat to injure — in December.
Police said he drove to the UConn campus and to Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, where he once served as quarterbacks coach, to “map the schools out” for a shooting in July 2023. Court filings said Hernandez was struggling financially, was frustrated at seeing other people get hired as football coaches and felt owed by UConn.
Also that month, prosecutors said Hernandez made multiple Facebook posts threatening to harm or kill three people who live in other states, including a state court judge.
His mother, Terri Hernandez, told police around the time of his 2023 arrest in Bristol that he had deteriorating mental health problems, including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Dennis Hernandez was shocked with a Taser and taken into custody after he came out of his sister’s house with his arms raised, yelling “shoot me” and threatening to harm officers, police said.
Terri Hernandez and several other relatives and friends wrote letters to the judge supporting Dennis Hernandez asking that he be released from detention.
DJ Hernandez, the brother of former NFL star Aaron Hernandez, has been sentenced to time served in a case involving shooting threats.DJ Hernandez was arrested in May after allegedly making threats to shoot someone during an argument in Connecticut. He was charged with reckless endangerment and breach of peace.
After spending several months in jail awaiting trial, DJ Hernandez appeared in court on Tuesday where he was sentenced to time served. The judge also ordered him to complete anger management classes and to stay away from the victim.
This case has garnered attention due to DJ Hernandez’s connection to his brother Aaron, who was convicted of murder in 2015 and ultimately took his own life in prison.
It remains to be seen how DJ Hernandez will move forward from this incident, but for now, he has been given a second chance with his sentence of time served.

5 Common Technical Support Challenges and How to Overcome Them
Technical support is an essential service for businesses and individuals who rely on technology to operate efficiently. However, providing technical support comes with its own set of challenges. Here are five common technical support challenges and how to overcome them.1. Communication barriers: One of the biggest challenges in technical support is effective communication. Customers may struggle to articulate their technical issues, while support agents may use technical jargon that is difficult for the customer to understand. To overcome this challenge, it is essential to actively listen to the customer, ask clarifying questions, and explain solutions in simple terms.
2. Lack of technical knowledge: Another common challenge in technical support is support agents lacking the necessary technical knowledge to resolve complex issues. To overcome this challenge, companies should invest in ongoing training and development for their support staff. This can include providing access to technical resources, online courses, and certifications.
3. Long wait times: Long wait times for technical support can be frustrating for customers and impact customer satisfaction. To overcome this challenge, companies can implement a ticketing system to prioritize and track support requests, hire additional support staff during peak times, and offer self-service options such as FAQs and online troubleshooting guides.
4. Inadequate tools and resources: Technical support agents need access to the right tools and resources to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. To overcome this challenge, companies should invest in a comprehensive helpdesk software that includes features such as remote desktop access, knowledge base, and customer feedback mechanisms.
5. Cultural and language barriers: In today’s globalized world, technical support teams often interact with customers from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. To overcome this challenge, companies should hire multilingual support staff, offer language training to existing staff, and provide cultural sensitivity training to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, providing technical support comes with its own set of challenges, but with the right strategies and resources in place, companies can overcome these challenges and provide a seamless and satisfactory support experience for their customers. By investing in ongoing training, effective communication, and the right tools and resources, companies can ensure that their technical support team is equipped to handle any technical issue that comes their way.
What we learned from Man Utd 2-1 Leicester
Football writer Ninad Barbadikar analyses Friday night’s FA Cup fourth-round tie at Old Trafford.
Manchester United 2-1 Leicester City
Harry Maguire’s late winner for Manchester United against former club Leicester City booked a place in the fifth round of the FA Cup for the Red Devils in dramatic fashion.
Ruben Amorim’s side were perhaps fortunate with no VAR in play for this round of FA Cup games, with the technology set to be introduced in the fifth round, as Maguire looked to be in an offside position when Bruno Fernandes delivered his set-piece for the goal.
Ruud van Nistelrooy’s Foxes will feel hard done by after the first half in which they were the better side. This marks their ninth defeat in 13 matches since the Dutchman took charge in early December.
“We are not defeated in Fergie time, we are defeated in offside time,” said the Leicester head coach after the game.
Joshua Zirkzee scored once again at Old Trafford to cancel out Bobby De Cordova-Reid’s opener during the match. Zirkzee has now scored four out of his five goals for the club at home.
Leicester’s opener was United’s 32nd goal conceded across 20 matches in all competitions. Amongst Premier League sides, only Tottenham Hotspur, Southampton and the Foxes themselves have conceded more, with 36, 35 and 34 respectively.

After struggling for much of the first half to create their own chances, De Cordova-Reid’s goal close to half-time felt like an accurate summation of the proceedings at Old Trafford.
The Jamaican’s strike was the seventh time United conceded the first goal in their last eight home enconuters.
A tally of just two shots in the first half spoke volumes about their struggles in breaking down an opponent whom they had beaten 3-0 in early November, with van Nistelrooy in charge of Man Utd on a temporary basis.

De Cordova-Reid, who had just scored one goal in all competitions before last Friday evening, made it 17 successive FA Cup games with goals scored for the Foxes.
Garnacho adds spark
Alejandro Garnacho started the game on the bench as Amorim preferred Kobbie Mainoo on the right, but the former entered the play at the expense of debutant Patrick Dorgu, who endured a testing first 45 minutes in English football.
“They’re boring now,” said United legend Roy Keane whilst speaking on ITV. United produced just two shots in the first half.
In stark contrast to that dull first 45 minutes, super-sub Garnacho added some much-needed spark to the attack and was denied his opportunity to equalise by Caleb Okoli, who put in the clearance of the game to keep the ball out of the Leicester net.
Moments later though, Garnacho made the difference again, providing the cross for Rasmus Hojlund’s initial shot whose rebound was swept home by Zirkzee.

Garnacho ended the night with four shots, eight touches in the opposition box and a 50 per cent shot on target rate.
A game of two halves
Goalscorer Maguire was clear in his thoughts after the game and explained United’s struggles and comeback.
“The first half was nowhere near good enough, we played at a slow tempo and we didn’t really get going,” said the United No 5.
“I think the second half we came out a lot bigger tempo, we dominated the game and it really felt like we were going to get that winner, it would fall to us and thankfully, I put it in the back of the net.”
The 31-year-old’s late winner, scored in the final minute of the match, was the first time a United player had scored a second-half stoppage time winner in the FA Cup since Anthony Martial’s memorable winner against Everton in 2016.
The numbers showed 1.82 Expected Goals (xG) for United versus Leicester’s 0.89, with Amorim’s side creating just 0.04 xG in the first half. A similar tale ensued for the Foxes in the second 45 minutes, where they managed just 0.06 xG.
Man Utd looked a completely different side after the break due to the introduction of Garnacho and Zirkzee as they produced a total of 11 shots in the second half, four on target as well as four big chances.
“We didn’t have any energy in the beginning, especially in the first-half. Then in the second half we played a little bit better, with a little more speed, winning second balls,” said United head coach Amorim, after the game.
“Then we managed to turn things around so it was a good result not a good performance.”

Though wins have been difficult to come by in the league, Amorim has now won five out of his seven cup games in charge of the Red Devils.
