Chambers Fire in Riverside County contained
Wildfires burn across Southern California
New fires broke out Monday night in San Diego and Riverside counties.
HEMET, Calif. – A fire that broke out in the city of Hemet in Riverside County Monday night is contained.
SkyFOX was over “Chambers Fire” as firefighters battled a small trail of fire in the area.
Officials did not say what caused the fire. Around 7:30 p.m., officials said firefighters stopped the fire from spreading any further.
The fire was contained to 119 acres, according to the Hemet Fire Department.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
