METRO ATLANTA — Parts of the southeast continue to feel the effects of the second winter storm of 2025.

Severe Weather Team 2 tracked the storm over the past week as it formed and when it pushed through the area on Tuesday afternoon.
“It was a tricky forecast, but the snow came through about as expected. Now we have to deal with icy conditions Wednesday,” Severe Weather Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Brad Nitz said.
Schools across metro Atlanta continue to make changes to their schedules for Thursday.
