Coastal Bend deals with power outages as temperatures drop
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — There are numerous power outages across the Coastal Bend as high winds continue to blow and freezing rain starts to set in Tuesday morning. More than 6,800 people are without power in our area as of 5:14 a.m.
Here is an updated look at the AEP Texas Outage Map. Some of the areas with the largest customer outages include:
There is no timetable for restoring power. Across the entire state of Texas, more than 19,500 AEP Texas customers are in the dark.
