Jordon Simmons was a member of Michigan State’s 2020 recruiting class, the last of Mark Dantonio’s tenure, but was retained when Mel Tucker got to campus. Simmons then spent the next four seasons in East Lansing, before transferring to Akron for this past season. The former Spartan is now in the transfer portal once again.
At MSU, Simmons ran the ball 137 times for 520 yards. At Akron, he had a solid season running the ball 110 times for 664 yards and two touchdowns.
