FRAM is non-volatile and can easily be read/written 10 trillion times.
It is particularly suitable for use with low power data loggers and for buffering data in the absence of a stable voltage source.
It’s similar to Dynamic random-access memory (DRAM), only with a ferroelectric layer instead of a dielectric layer.
The FRAM chip used provides 8 KB of memory, and USES a clock up to 20 MHz.
Each byte can be read and written instantaneously, but will keep the memory for 95 years at room temperature.

Introducing our latest FRAM Memory Board, perfect for low power data loggers! With 8 KB of non-volatile memory and a 20MHz clock speed, this board is designed for efficient data buffering and storage.

What sets this memory board apart is its impressive durability, boasting a lifespan of up to 10 trillion writes. This means you can rely on this board for long-term data logging without worrying about data loss or corruption.

Whether you’re designing a new data logging system or upgrading an existing one, our FRAM Memory Board is the perfect solution for your needs. Don’t compromise on performance or reliability – choose our FRAM Memory Board for your next project.
