Gypsy Rose Blanchard gives birth to her first child, daughter Aurora

Gypsy Rose Blanchard had her baby!

The 33-year-old gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Aurora Urker, on Dec. 28 in Louisiana.

Blanchard’s boyfriend, Ken Urker, confirmed the news to TMZ on Wednesday.

“Aurora is healthy and we are so happy,” said Urker, 31.

Urker shared an Instagram picture of him and Blanchard holding their daughter at the hospital. “Welcoming 2025 with the greatest gift of all ,” he wrote.

Blanchard welcomed her daughter exactly one year to the day of her release from prison.

She served seven years in prison for the second-degree murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard. She was released on parole.

Blanchard first revealed she was pregnant with Urker’s child in July 2023 — just months after filing for divorce from husband Ryan Anderson in April, whom she married in 2022 while serving her prison stint.

She later posted paternity results to confirm that Urker was the father of her baby.

“There’s been a lot of chatter around the paternity of our baby and while we’ve known for sure from the beginning, I feel that it’s finally time to put all these theories to rest. Here are the results showing Ken is the father,” she captioned the prenatal paternity test results in November.

Anderson addressed the speculation surrounding the baby in October, telling his 717,000 TikTok followers that he had no doubts Urker was the child’s father.

“I’ve never once questioned who the baby daddy was,” Anderson said in a video. “[I] never once said ‘I’m gonna make a fuss about it’ or ‘I’m gonna prevent this’ or ‘do that.’ I’ve never said anything like that. I’ve always said ‘guys it’s not my baby.’”

Blanchard expressed excitement during her pregnancy, including at her gender reveal party in August.

“The moment y’all have been waiting for… It’s a girl! Ken and I are over the moon and are so excited to start our family. We’re so thankful for our friends, neighbors, and families who came to our party today! We also want to thank ya’ll for your love and support!” Blanchard wrote alongside a video from the party.

Blanchard’s relationship with Urker started while she was serving time for the role she played in her mother’s death. He proposed in 2018; however, their on-and-off relationship ended years before her 2023 prison release.

Blanchard married Anderson in a jailhouse ceremony in July 2022. She filed to end their marriage before their second wedding anniversary and then rekindled her romance with Urker.
