Race fans like Tim Potts are beyond excited.Potts says, “I’ve been coming here since I was knee-high to a grasshopper, as they say. I’ve been a cup fan all my life, never been to a cup race, so to have it here at my home track — it just comes full circle.”Chris Miller says he wanted to witness history. “This is just cool because it’s a historic track. It’s nostalgic, bringing the old school back to where it started. I can’t wait to see all the fans getting excited and having a good time and seeing all this at a historic track. ”The hauler arrival was a fun experience for those who came out, but these fans are ready to see NASCAR’s biggest superstars taking laps around the madhouse.
