The older talent page was a short stub that pointed at the app directory and stopped. This note is the page to use. It does not read resumes, schedule interviews, or rank people.
Write down
- The role, the team, and who is allowed to say yes.
- The tasks the person will do in the first month.
- What must not be inferred from a name, a photo, or a gap in dates.
A note is not an offer and not a workforce report.
