AMES – The Iowa State women’s basketball team will try to bounce back from a lopsided loss when it takes the court at Hilton Coliseum on Wednesday against BYU.
The Cyclones, fresh off Sunday’s 82-68 loss at then-No. 20 West Virginia, will host the Cougars at 6:30 p.m. CT Wednesday in Big 12 Conference action.
Addy Brown scored 19 points, grabbed seven rebounds and handed out seven assists in the West Virginia games.
The loss at West Virginia ended Iowa State’s three-game winning streak. The Cyclones (13-7 overall, 4-3 Big 12) have a chance to start another one against a BYU team that has struggled through the start of Big 12 Conference play (10-7 overall, 1-5 Big 12).
