Jared Goff’s Wife Christen Shares BTS Photos From Summer Wedding

Christen Harper Goff, the wife of Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff, showed off some previously unseen photos from the couple’s summer wedding in California. 

“Moments from my favorite day of 2024 ,” Christen, 31, shared via Instagram on Sunday, December 29, alongside a carousel of pictures from the June ceremony. 

The snaps showed the bride and groom posing together in black-and-white, Christen preparing to walk down the aisle, the couple signing their marriage license and the pair dancing together at their reception. 

“Unreal. What a weekend ,” commented Katie Austin, who was one of Christen’s bridesmaids after the friends met as Sports Illustrated swimsuit models. 

Kristin Juszczyk, wife of San Francisco 49ers star Kyle Juszczyk commented, “Real life princess!”

Jared, 30, responded succinctly to the nostalgic post, leaving three red hearts in the comments section of his wife’s post. 

The couple exchanged vows at the Ojai Valley Inn in Ojai, California, on June 22. Christen shared a separate sneak peek into the festivities over the summer.

“We kicked off our wedding weekend with the perfect evening spent in the garden surrounded by all of our family and friends,” she wrote via Instagram on August 7. “We laughed we cried and we drank lots of Hugo spritzes .”

After the rehearsal dinner, Christen and Jared invited their guests to “a welcome party under the strawberry moon,” during which she wore a vintage John Galliano gown. 

In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly in October, Christen explained how she’s acclimated herself with the other Lions’ wives and girlfriends since Jared was traded to Detroit in 2021.

“Everyone’s in a unique position because we’re all coming from different places,” Christen explained. “There’s some girls who are from here, but generally it’s girls moving to a new city where they don’t know anybody. A lot of us are lucky because there was this fresh start around the time Jared came to the team, so a lot of us were getting to know the city at the same time.”

Since Jared arrived in Detroit, the Lions have evolved into one of the best teams in the NFL. After advancing to the NFC Championship Game during the 2023-2024 season, the team has amassed a 14-2 record this year with their sights firmly set on the first Super Bowl in franchise history. 

“It was a little tough not winning as much as we are now,” Christen admitted about Jared’s first season in Detroit in 2021 when the team went 3-13-1.

“I think going through all the ups and downs together have really brought us closer together,” Christen explained of the bond with her fellow WAGs. “We leaned on each other during the tough times and we celebrate the fun times together.”
