Kaia Gerber gets close to actor Lewis Pullman at intimate dinner… weeks after her Austin Butler split

Kaia Gerber, 23, was spotted getting close to actor Lewis Pullman on his 32nd birthday at Salazar restaurant in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

The duo sat close to each other, smiling and laughing over their meal, with Kaia holding his arm as they exited the eatery.

Kaia couldn’t keep her eyes off Lewis, an actor who is best known for his roles in Top Gun: Maverick.

Lewis is also the son of actor Bill Pullman, who starred in lead roles in While You Were Sleeping, Independence Day, Sleepless in Seattle, Casper, Lake Placid and many more.

Kaia and Lewis’ sighting together comes just three weeks after it was confirmed Kaia and Austin Butler, 33, had broken up after three years together.

Kaia and Austin, who had a 10 year-age difference, reportedly decided to break up toward the end of 2024, per TMZ.

Kaia, who is the daughter of supermodel and icon Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, opted for a comfortable look consisting of a denim jacket, a green scarf, trousers and a baseball cap.

The cover girl added sparkle with her hoop earrings, rocking a makeup-free face and her brunette hair loose around her.

Meanwhile, the handsome actor chose to wear a classic white tee with jeans, a baseball cap and a hooded jacket.

He is the son of Bill Pullman, 71, and dancer Tamara Hurwitz. 

Lewis’ actor credits include Top Gun: Maverick, where he played Lt. Robert Floyd, as well as roles in Press Play, The Starling Girl, The Line, The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial, Skincare, Riff Raff and Salem’s Lot.

He is set to star in the Marvel Comics film Thunderbolts, alongside Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan and David Harbour. 

He stars alongside Amanda Seyfried in Ann Lee, a musical film centered around the Shakers religious sect. The film is currently in post-production.

Lewis also had a role in the Josh Brolin-led series, Outer Range, which aired on Amazon Prime until the series was canceled after two season.

The duo were at the popular eatery with pals, although they only had eyes for each other. 

Kaia and Lewis sat next to each other at the outdoor table with pals.

At one point they stood up and talked to friends, with Kaia leaning into him and holding on to his forearm.

The model and the actor left the eatery together, with Kaia unable to hide her smile. 

Rumors Kaia and Austin split first surfaced on New Year’s Day 2025 – while Kaia was spotted on a holiday in Cabo, Mexico without Austin. 

Kaia flaunted her toned abs and her pert derriere in a tiny blue thong bikini while on her beach vacation on Monday, January 1st. 

Her solo trip to Mexico without Austin was unusual – as the Elvis actor has been snapped on holiday with her there on multiple occasions.

Kaia and Austin haven’t been pictured together since their date night on October 5th in New York City.

On January 7th, it was confirmed that Kaia and Austin split, with the outlet noting that they ended their relationship sometime at the end of 2024. 

The insider noted that there was no bad blood between the former flames, only that their relationship had run its course. 

The couple initially sparked dating rumors in December of 2021, and they made the relationship official when they celebrated Valentine’s Day together in February 2022.

Austin and Kaia made their red carpet debut at the 2022 Met Gala, after they dated for just a few months.

They stepped on the red carpet as a couple at multiple other events, including the Time 100 Gala in 2023 – were they shared a PDA moment. 

In addition, they attended the Vanity Oscar Party in 2023 and Austin’s Bikeriders premiere that same year.

Austin and Kaia dressed up as Edie Sedgwick and Andy Warhol for Halloween 2023 for a cute couple look.

They also attended his Dune: Part Two premiere afterparty in London together in February 2024.

Prior to Kaia, Austin was in a long-term relationship with Vanessa Hudgens, for almost nine years – from September 2011 until January 2020.

Kaia previously dated Jacob Elordi and Pete Davidson.
