Kelly Ripa Shared a Rare Makeup-Free Selfie

Dry winter skin is no match for Kelly Ripa‘s ultra-hydrated complexion. While cold weather can often cause dehydration and dullness, the talk show host has apparently found a successful solution to combating any loss of moisture. Just look at her latest makeup-free selfie for proof. 

On Wednesday, Ripa posted a bare-faced photo to her Instagram Story after what appeared to be a post-gym session with dancer Necy Kelly. “With my love,” she wrote alongside a sweet snapshot of the two in workout clothes. Ripa, for her part, wore a black mock neck shirt with long sleeves and pulled her blonde hair back into a sleek ponytail, showing off her no-makeup complexion below. 

There seemingly wasn’t a stitch of makeup on Ripa’s skin, which was glowing and had the perfect amount of natural flush on her cheeks. 

Last month, Ripa shared her one of skincare secrets with a video on Instagram. “I never post my skin prep, but I gotta post about this,” she told her audience as part of her partnership with L’Oreal Paris while holding up the brand’s Revitalift Triple Power moisturizer. “I started using this product in early September and I can honestly say that I see such an improvement in the overall quality of my skin. My skin looks even. I see a decrease in my wrinkles.” 

That wasn’t the first time Ripa got candid about her beauty regimen. “Aging gracefully is a lie, and nobody tells you that,” she told Glamour in October 2022 while dropping her skincare routine. “And what does that even mean? I keep saying, ‘If people are aging gracefully, why do I have so many skin care products in my cabinet?’”

During the interview, she also revealed that she has had Botox, calling the procedure a “life-changing experience.” “I’m not saying it’s for everyone, but it was divine for me,” she said. “I did not understand that so many people around me were getting Botox—I just thought I was aging in dog years and nobody else was.”
