Los Angeles FC has announced that it will host Club América in a friendly on Feb. 11 at BMO Stadium.
The match will kick off at 7:30 p.m. local time (10:30 p.m. ET) and will be broadcast live on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
A portion of the proceeds from the game will go toward ongoing wildfire recovery and relief efforts in Los Angeles.
The game will be the second time in a month that América has faced an MLS side during its preseason, with the Liga MX champions drawing Inter Miami 2-2 in Las Vegas last weekend.
For Las Águilas, the match at BMO Stadium will take place in between league games on Feb. 7 and Feb. 15, likely forcing head coach André Jardine to rotate his lineups.
For LAFC, the game will be its final tune-up before the 2025 regular season kicks off with a Concacaf Champions Cup match against Colorado on Feb. 18.
LAFC and Club América have previously met two times: in the 2020 Concacaf Champions League semifinals and in the 2022 Leagues Cup Showcase. LAFC won the match in 2020 while the teams drew 0-0 two years later, with América winning on a penalty shootout.
