Why can’t I do an offline clone?

1. Disconnect the computer while cloning.

2. Ensure that the capacity of the target drive is greater than the source drive, Target≥Source.

Why do four clone indicators remain off after pressing the clone button?

Make sure the SSDs are inserted into the correct slots, one for NVMe SSDs and one for SATA SSDs, then plug in the power adapter, press and hold the copy button for 5 secs until all indicators flash, then press the copy button again to start cloning.

The target drive doesn’t show up. (For Windows 7 or higher)?

(1) Right-click [ This PC ] -> Click [ Management ] -> Click [ Disk Management].

(2) Right-click the offline drive to open the context menu, then click [ Online ].

(3) The target drive will come back online, and both drives share the same name.

Can I use with only a slot of this Dock?

Yes, you can use single NVMe SSD or single SATA SSD, you can also use NVMe SSD + SATA SSD, but this dock does not support two NVMe SSD or two SATA SSD at the same time. if you need NVMe+NVMe or SATA+SATA, please see our other model: Pilot NN/SS RGB

What conditions mean that cloning is complete?

When the progress indicator runs to 100% and the 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% indicators are all lit, the copy is complete.
