Attention Meta Quest 2 users, I am here to report that my left controller is officially broken. After hours of troubleshooting and trying different methods to fix it, I have come to the conclusion that it is beyond repair. This is incredibly frustrating as it hinders my ability to fully enjoy my VR gaming experience.
I have reached out to customer support and they have assured me that they will send a replacement controller as soon as possible. In the meantime, I am left with only one functioning controller, which limits the games I can play and the overall enjoyment of using my Meta Quest 2.
