India and England are facing off in the fourth T20I of their five-match series, with England captain Jos Buttler winning the toss and opting to bowl in Pune. Both teams have made key changes to their playing XIs from the previous match.

For India, Arshdeep Singh replaces Mohammed Shami, who has been left out after just one game. Rinku Singh returns in place of Dhruv Jurel, while Shivam Dube has been brought in for Washington Sundar to add more firepower to the lineup.

“It’s all about coming here and playing a good brand of cricket. The pitch looks a bit dry. Three changes. Arshdeep in for Shami and Rinku is back for Jurel. We need a little bit of firepower, so Dube in for Washington,” said Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav at the toss.

Meanwhile, England have made two changes, Saqib Mahmood replaces Mark Wood, and Jacob Bethell comes in for Jamie Smith.

“Yeah, feels like a great atmosphere and obviously a must-win for us. Really pleased with the performance [in Rajkot] and happy with the way we are moving. I’m unsure to be honest and have to be on it from the first ball,” Buttler said.

While India registered contrasting victories in the first two matches of the series in Kolkata and Chennai, England fought back with a 26-run victory in the third T20I in Rajkot.

In a surprising turn of events, Mohammed Shami has been benched after just one game as Rinku Singh returns from injury. The decision has raised eyebrows among fans and pundits alike, with many questioning the rationale behind the move.

Shami, who had a decent performance in the previous game, was expected to be a key player for the team. However, the team management has opted to bring back Rinku Singh, who has recovered from his injury and is ready to take the field once again.

This decision has sparked speculation about the team’s strategy and selection process. Some believe that Shami’s performance in the previous game was not up to the mark, while others feel that Rinku Singh’s return is a strategic move to strengthen the team’s batting lineup.

Whatever the reason may be, one thing is for sure – the competition for a spot in the playing XI is fierce, and every player will have to give their best to secure their place in the team. Only time will tell how this decision will affect the team’s performance in the upcoming games. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
