How to install the Cable/wire?

As soon as I try to reformat my nvme, the nvme looses connection. Can detect but appearing as 0. Why?

Since you still could detect the SSD that means our hardware is working. You could format your SSD on Computer or boot from SD card and run gparted with RPi OS(sudo apt install gparted). If you need help please offer more detail.
