Nittany Lions go through final Fiesta Bowl prep with newcomers in attendance

TEMPE, Ariz. — Penn State offered one final look ahead of its matchup with Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl on Sunday afternoon with a practice viewing window on the grounds of Tempe Diablo Stadium. It was a light practice under cloudless skies for the Nittany Lions, who were working at the spring training home of the Los Angeles Angels.
The No. 6-seed Nittany Lions and the No. 3-seed Broncos are scheduled to meet in the Fiesta Bowl at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz., on Tuesday (7:30 p.m. ET, ESPN). The latest betting lines have Penn State (12-2) as a heavy favorite over Boise State (12-1) for the College Football Playoff quarterfinal.
