On the January 14th episode of WWE NXT, Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson faced Unholy Union (Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn) in a Number One Contender’s Match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. The two teams battled back and forth, and Legend and Jackson ultimately emerged victorious. In doing so, they earned a shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.

Fyre and Jackson trade shots. Jackson sends Fyre flying with a rope walk hip toss. Legend and Jackson work over Dawn. Dawn and Fyre take control after Fyre cheapshots Legend behind the referee’s back. Legend fires up and clears the ring. Legend and Jackson set up a dive. Dawn breaks it up and takes Jackson out with a meteroa. After the break, Legend and Jackson hit their finish on Fyre for the win.
Naomi previously took Jade Cargill’s place as Bianca Belair’s tag team partner on the December 20th episode of WWE SmackDown.

Last night on WWE NXT, the number one contenders to the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles were determined in an intense battle royal match.
The match featured some of the top female competitors from the black and gold brand, all vying for the opportunity to challenge for the prestigious titles currently held by Tamina and Natalya.
In the end, it was the team of Io Shirai and Zoey Stark who emerged victorious, outlasting the competition and earning their shot at the champions.
With their impressive performance in the battle royal, Shirai and Stark have proven that they are a force to be reckoned with and are ready to take on any challenge that comes their way.
