Barack Obama was seen attending a private dinner in Washington without Michelle Obama.

Amid intense speculations over their marital discord, former president Barack Obama was spotted attending a private dinner party on Saturday night without wife Michelle Obama. Obama reached Osteria Mozza and joined a small group that included Joe Biden’s White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients who arrived after Obama, PageSix reported.
As Obama entered the restaurant, people dining there greeted him with a round of applause following which he headed to a private dining room.
According to reports, Obama was all smiling though he did not stop for photographs.

Michelle Obama’s aides said she was not breaking any protocol by not attending Donald Trump’s inauguration as Donald Trump and Melania Trump did not attend Joe Biden’s inauguration in 2021.
Michelle Obama apparently did not like Barack Obama chitchatting with Donald Trump at Jimmy Carter’s funeral and hammered home the message that she can’t be as flaky as that.

Kid Rock took a brutal swipe at Michelle Obama for her decision to skip the inauguration. He said in 2009 he was asked to perform at the Youth Inaugural Ball after Barack Obama was sworn into office. “I would kindly remind her [Michelle] that years back when Obama was first elected, I did not vote for him. But they asked me to play the inauguration. And I played it, and I went. I had a good time. I went out of respect for the president, so I would kindly remind Michelle about that,” Kid Rock said.
