Police responded to medical emergency at Sheetz | Crime & Courts


The Patton Township Police Department responded to a medical emergency at Sheetz, located on Valley Vista Drive, early Thursday morning.

At around 7:15 a.m., officers arrived at the scene following reports of a male in need of medical attention. Emergency medical services transported the patient by ambulance to Mount Nittany Medical Center for treatment, according to a press release.

During the incident, the convenience store was temporarily closed as first responders were on the scene. The store has since reopened and resumed normal operations.
