It’s officially been (*checks calendar*) one week since Bachelor Nation’s Matt James dropped the strangest breakup announcement of all time on Instagram, and fans have yet to hear from Rachael Kirkconnell (save for a few strategic “likes” here and there). But fret not, ’cause she’s currently tearing up the slopes in Aspen with her sister and seemingly doing A-OK.
On January 23, Trinity Kirkconnell shared some snapshots from an Aspen getaway to her Instagram Stories, including a group shot with Rachael:

Rachael hasn’t shared any pics from the trip herself (her last grid post is still a mushy birthday shout-out to Matt from December), but I’m just happy to see her happy!
ICYMI, Rachael’s younger sis was also the one who helped clear up the confusing breakup chronology when fans started questioning the timing of Matt’s post. In the comments section of a TikTok discussing Matt and Rachael’s split, Trinity confirmed that Matt posted that breakup prayer on IG only three hours (!!) after the two officially went their separate ways, which is…truly something.
Side note: If it’s any consulation to Rachael, Bachelor host Jesse Palmer did say he was happy to have her back on the show for another shot at love. Though he noted that “rushing back into the show” is probably “the last thing” she’s thinking about right now during an interview with Us Weekly, Jesse went on to add, “I absolutely think, though, that the show would consider having one or both back at some point down the road if they were open to it. Absolutely.”
