It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Scott Ernst, beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Scott passed away peacefully in his home in Allentown, PA on February 15, 2024, at the age of 78.

Born and raised in Allentown, Scott was known for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for his family. He was a dedicated husband to his wife of 55 years, Mary, and a loving father to his three children, Sarah, Michael, and Emily. Scott was also a proud grandfather to six grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride.

Scott was a hardworking and dedicated employee, spending over 40 years at the same company before retiring to spend more time with his family. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, gardening, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Scott will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of love, kindness, and laughter will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on February 20, 2024, at the Allentown Community Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in Scott’s memory.

Rest in peace, Scott. You will forever be in our hearts.
