Martin Luther King Jr. Day is always the third Monday in January. This year, that falls on Monday, Jan. 20.
Is MLK a bank holiday? Will banks be closed on MLK Day?
Yes, Martin Luther King Jr. Day is one of 11 federal holidays recognized in the United States. This means banks will be closed on Monday. The Federal Reserve will also be closed.
Bank ATMs and digital banking features will still be in service.
