I bought this for my Cintiq 13hd to make it compatible monitor arm. Because of the adjustable nature of it, it did work. As you can see in the photo it did require overlap, which means the monitor is not quite 'flat'. However, to its credit, it does say it's for "frame heights of 10.47 to 16.2 inches"- which this is not. Since it is my fault, and it managed to work anyhow, I will not be detracting stars from the score.Despite the fact it says 13 inches at the minimum, it's good to note that a 13 inch monitor seems to normally be 9.5 inches or less when maintaining a 16:9 aspect ratio. This would be too small and lead to the necessary overlap I had. It could possibly be suitable for a 4:3 ratio monitor however! Just keep an eye on the measurements in advance.The product itself seems quality, especially for the low price. The metal doesn't feel thin and I have doubts it'll break. Make sure the screws are tightened as much as once you're 100% sure all is together. I would recommend checking on the hex nuts and tightening it every once in a while for proper maintenance.—-As a note about stands: Some VESA plates have open holes and large holes on one side, this can make it harder to put it on, and made me not want to adjust the adapter parts on that side further.     My review will be on the reinforcement plates, since this seller has multiple items. The reinforcement plates to protect the desk are solid and well worth the price. They function exceptionally well and feel high quality. They are fairly large and bulky however, so if you don't have much clearance on the sides of your desk, these won't fit. The top should be fine, but the bottom metal piece will jut out if you have your table legs and too close to the edge and that piece holding the top of the desk is too far to the edge. I felt I got my money's worth.

    Wish it had a swivel.

    This mount works well in general and has no issue holding my Fire Max 11. But it doesn't swivel, which means you have to mount this in portrait or landscape, then you're locked to that choice unless you want to take it apart and change orientation.

    It seems like it would be really easy to add a little plastic ball joint like a lot of holders have, and that would have made this a lot more attractive. Still, for the price I'd say it's a good buy, but do be aware of this limitation as for most people, the ability to easily change layout is pretty critical.

    I have an Ikea desktop that is a hollow surface composed of pressed cardboard that is sandwiched between some thin layers of plywood, covered in a very thin laminate that is approximately 5/8 inch thick (about 16mm). It looks decent but is soft, scratches easily and is prone to flexing on the edges.

    I have a 32-inch 4k monitor mounted in through desk mount and that feels sturdy, but wasn't confident with an AmazonBasics/Ergotron arm with a smaller but heavier 27-inch 2K monitor mounted using a clamp arm on the edge of the desk.

    There are so many of these monitor reinforcement plates but I chose this one because of the large top and bottom plate that are wider rather than longer (from the back of the desk to the front) and it was also the least expensive at the time. Having had it installed for several months, I can say that it was a good choice and I don't feel that I'm missing anything having spent less for a great mounting plate.

    Needed for use with the cheap IKEA table tops

    I used these monitor mount plates to clamp a pole mount to my wife's desk. It's an older IKEA table top, made of the particle board material IKEA uses, so anything clamping down on it will crush it. With these plates I was able to clamp the pole mount right on the desk, nice and tight. I feel like it was a good price for what I got and I would recommend it.

    This is regarding “Single Long Monitor Stand, 13 to 32 inch Computer Monitor Desk Mount, Extra Long Adjustable Monitor Arm”… My desk is actually an installed countertop 32” deep from the wall and I need the extra long arm of this stand. I assumed I was going to mount it to the wall somehow because the website pics all show back edge of desk mounting. But then I saw in the instructions that using a grommet hole was an option! I had a 2” grommet hole in the perfect location so I removed the plastic grommet insert and the monitor stand fit great! And the best part is there was still enough room to pass the power cord through to the under counter power strip. Couldn’t be happier with the product at this point and am ordering up a bunch more for the future multi monitor setup. Also is really nice how the pole cable retention clip includes holder for the included hex wrenches which you can see in one of my pics. Very well thought out product at a great price!

      When I want to watch my big screen TV, I simply move my 27" monitor out of the way with ease. Worth every penny spent!

      I really like this and it fits my needs. I work from home in my bedroom and needed longer arms to extend my screens closer to me so I could see better and not have to have my screen on 175%. These did the trick (now I only need the screens at 125%) but it is a little wobbly despite being perfectly fitted with the clamp. My monitors are only 10 lbs and I think the higher you lift the stand to raise the screens the more wobbly it is, so be careful. I ended up having to place folded cardboard under the front legs on the console table I have it clamped to so it wouldn't be as wobbly, but not it's kinda lifted in the front which looks kinda dumb but whatever, it works! It was easy enough to put together, just follow instructions and make sure you have all the pieces the guide says you should have before you start. Price is decent for what you get, the item is heavy duty and I'm not worried about it not being able to withstand the movements.

      Maybe I got a lemon, but my stands arm is nearly impossible to adjust. I got the 15.7" pole single monitor stand and the bolts in the first joint by the pole would not and will not move at all. In order to assemble and adjust the stand I had to stand on the arm on the ground and pull one side up. after a few dozen adjustments like that it's now a little looser but there's no way I will be able to adjust it like I wanted to or loosen the bolt at all. My use case involves a lot of moving of my monitor so I'm really regretting not going with a gas spring stand.

      That said, the monitor extends farther than I thought it would, and it seems sturdy even when it's extended far outwards – but my anxiety of not trusting the bolts in general is certainly impacting my opinion.

      Estaba buscando un brazo extensible para mi monitor, en concreto de veintisiete pulgadas, y en todo Amazon no encontré más que este.
      El montaje fue súper sencillo, de materiales en general bastante bien y ajustarlo con las herramientas que viene es muy sencillo. Si bien de primeras está súper duro basta con soltarle un poco los tornillos en cada unión y vale.
      La única pega que le veo es el sistema en el eje z es decir hacia arriba y hacia abajo. Es un sistema pensado para fijarlo a una única altura y que no sea fácil moverlo punto me hubiese gustado poder moverlo con facilidad hacia arriba y hacia abajo.
      Por lo que ofrece y su construcción lo recomiendo 100%.
