The wiring method of the spindle motor and the inverter is as follows:

VFD’s U= Spindle’s U1
VFD’s V= Spindle’s V1
VFD’s W= Spindle’s W1
Connect any 2pin terminal “R”, “S” or “T” of the inverter to “110VAC”.

Speed of The Spindle Motor

0-24000RPM. Because it is a high-speed spindle motor, the spindle speed must not be lower than 9000 rpm during the use of the spindle. It should be noted that the spindle only can rotate clockwise but not counterclockwise.
