Item doesn't work as advertised!
The description of this item clearly states "The Bluetooth adapter can also be used while charging, which is very convenient." Unless you use a VERY generous definition of what the term "usable" means, this is false advertising.There is a VERY noticeable buzzing if you try to use this product while charging. As seen in the manual, this is a known possibility by the manufacturer. I messaged support requesting that this item being delisted, or that the description of the item be change. They offered to replace the item if I sent mine back, which I declined. All I got was a "we value your feedback" and "I will bring this to the attention of higher up personnel." I had completely forgotten that Amazon themselves are the ones selling this product, so I didn't question it when they directed me to contact the manufacturer.Please amazon, change the item description, and repremand whoever you paid to write the original.I will still be using the item while it isn't charging, because it seems to mostly do what I need it for. I just hope that the battery life meets my needs.UPDATE : Device dropped connection and then randomly stopped being able to connect to other devices. Dropped to 1 star.
