    Dont mix brands. You will be inviting a headache and tge battery is not lijely to work even if it looks identical to this brand. This is great but if the instructions simply said press firmly until this or that clicks into place, it would be much easier. Instructions suck. All you do is attach the white link with the correct marked bag meta 2 or meta 3. Take one side and angle up until snap in and slide down until even level. Now put buttons on each side. (Note it is marked R or L inside new arms. Push with pressure on to the actual headset attachment headband arm that extends. The back pad slides on only one way which is good design.

    This battery-less head strap is sturdy and easily adjusted with large separate back and top knobs, which feel precise. It’s also very comfortable and can be easily removed and worn again without upsetting its original fit. I wear glasses and they align right back to where they were originally set. It also has a place on the left side to hold my USB cable from an external power supply (Apple Mac) out of my way. Great design and quality.

    Updated – I also purchased their battery pack which works great (even though I mistakenly said it was battery-less). I can swap the battery on the fly to keep on playing on my Meta Quest 3.

    Headset fits comfortability, the battery life is helpful for extended gaming but the customer support from this company is stellar. It seems customer support is a dying practice in this day and age. But this company takes customer satisfaction seriously. They reply promptly and help solve any concerns and go above and beyond. In my case the issue I was experiencing wasn’t even the fault of this company it was more about the wording in a Manual but I was easily able to confirm it was just the manual and not the product. But all the same even though the issue wàsno fault of their own and they delivered a quality product that worked exactly as advertised and worked well. They still helped solve a problem they didn’t even have to. The product itself was 5 star it’s a good product it’s comfortable it works well. I have a large head and wear a size 16 ball cap and it fits me, all the way down to my 4 year old daughter. But above the 5 star product these guys deliver 10 star support and for that id do business with them again happily. I highly recommend this product and any other product from this company just based on the service you’ll receive regarding the products they sell.
