I bought this when it was on sale so it was heavily discounted and I think if you get a good deal on it, it’s worth it but not full price.The picture quality even when pitch black is not the best or brightest however you’re not buying a high end projector either. Some content will look better than others. Anime looks better than live action movies for some reason the colors look deeper and much nicer.Very portable and stand is sturdy so it doesn’t move easily keeping a stable picture. The only thing I noticed that might be a problem is if you lose or break the remote, the projector becomes unusable. There’s no controls on the projector as a back up method to select media or change settings.It’s very basic and easy to use and set up. One hdmi port and one USB. The controller feels a little cheap and sometimes I need to adjust my angle for it to register button commands.Overall this is a decent budget projector and would recommend it for those looking for one as an outdoor or spare but not as a main set up.

    I love this projector! I've had others in the past but this one is the most compact and I love how easy it is to adjust/keystone. It's important to remember that it must be hooked up to a 2.4 ghz router. It will not work properly if it's on the 5 ghz.. I tried it first on the 5 ghz and almost returned it. GREAT PRODUCT WOULD PURCHASE AGAUN!!

    My Experience with the Mini Projector

    This product has been nothing short of a complete disaster, and I can't help but share my intense dissatisfaction with you.

    Here are some of the infuriating issues I've encountered:

    Upon turning it on, the projector stubbornly displays only the "Miracast" setup page, effectively locking me out of accessing any other features or the home screen. It's as if the projector has become a one-trick pony.
    Bluetooth pairing with my phone appears to work, but it's utterly pointless since it fails to deliver any functionality. Moreover, attempting to use it with HDMI out on my PC is an exercise in frustration. The placement of the HDMI port on the back is a design flaw that hinders vertical rotation with an HDMI connector, making it incredibly inconvenient.
    Despite numerous attempts to adjust the settings, the image quality remains consistently and infuriatingly blurry, undermining the very purpose of a projector.
    To add insult to injury, my initial purchase was a colossal waste of money and time. The product arrived broken, a testament to the utter lack of quality control. It's maddening that this fraudulent company would knowingly send out defective items. The projector doesn't connect to any smart devices or Wi-Fi as advertised, and the screen quality is nothing short of abysmal.

    Surprisingly good projector

    This took almost no time to set up, its simple small and portable. I tested it on the floor and after verifying the important stuff worked, I took the mounting base off and screwed it to the ceiling with a single screw and washer. Its now installed and working great. I'm surprised at the quality of the image, it's very clear. The auto-keystone function straightened the image out instantly.
    With WiFi, Android OS and a remote controller, its a fine standalone entertainment projector. I have not tried casting, nor the USB or HDMI functions, but the streaming is fast and smooth.
    The only minor complaint is the brightness of the image. Its definitely not bright enough for use in a well lit room, but it works well in a dim room and it's great in the dark. Sound quality is good, it's not loud, but it's crystal clear. Besides, that's what Bluetooth is for.
    Overall, this is a good, easy to use projector .

    Black dots , does not support Netflix.

    Started using this in March this year . After a few months Netflix stopped working . Contacted Netflix and they said I was watching on an unsupported device . So this projector only allowed me a few short months of Netflix . There appeared to be a small hair in the lens ( I cannot get it out ) . Now I have small black specs that are projecting on the wall almost looks like mold inside the projector? It worked in a pinch but I’m really dissatisfied . The apps it does allow me to use arnt that great for watching tv or shows . It’s very limited with what you can download . Again you can’t watch Netflix on this even though it says you can . The picture quality was ok . Just hate that I spent that much on something and basically was defective when I got it .

      I have tried multiple ways to try to get it to connect and through the settings it will show that the Bluetooth is on but it does not actually let me click on anything besides search for devices and turning Bluetooth on/off, which could never be found through my Google pixel6 pro. When I go to the main screen it shows that the Bluetooth isn't actually connected. I tried using their QR code and it's still won't set up properly. Trying to find assistance on what's going on with it is frustrating.

Apps become “not compatible” after only like two weeks. Remote sucks too never works. Just expect what your pay for. Know you’ll have to have other sources of streaming like an Apple TV, google chrome,or Roku. The mirroring doesn’t work either, when you try to mirror anything your watching it will give a licensing notice and you won’t be able to watch.

      After more than a decade without a TV, I was tired of watching everything on a tiny screen, but I didn't want another huge device in the house. This little projector projects nicely onto a blank wall in my living room. It's bright enough to be functional even with indirect light from a sunny day and projects an enormous image from across a small room.

      The projector has an onboard speaker that works in a pinch, though the volume and audio quality aren't impressive. Though the design has 180-degree rotation, it clicks through discrete stops, so you can't get precise adjustment through physical positioning. And if you're using an HDMI cable that sticks straight out the back from the port, projecting upward to the ceiling might not be possible.

      I mention HDMI because the wireless connection is not always super stable and seems to have interference issues with other devices (specifically the Nintendo Switch). Video from PC over Miracast or Bluetooth is susceptible to lag.

      All told, it's not a bad little budget device and a handy option to have on hand when there's not a TV.

      It's a decent product. For the price it's at, I can't expect much more. It's great when plugged into an external device, but it's own wifi connection is weak. Quite a bit of lag. It also makes a slight noise when plugged in and turned off. So I just unplug it when I'm done using it. But for a cheap portable projector, it gets the job done. Easy set up. It's small and doesn't take up much space. I don't have a backdrop and it still projects just fine. I'm definitely happy with the purchase despite its downsides.

      I brought this because I was traveling and staying in a friend's house with out a tv. So this was great to have for the kids. After a couple of days I started getting error messages saying that this device is no longer compatible. So the only streaming service I could use for this time was amazon prime. Nothing else worked. Trying to cast from my phone didn't work or the ipad. Complete waste. I didn't get what it was supposed to be able to do. It works but doesn't function like they said it would.
