AEW Dynamite: Fight For The Fallen Results 1/1

Welcome to Wrestling Inc.’s results for “AEW Dynamite”: Fight For The Fallen on January 1, 2025, coming to you live from the Harrah’s Cherokee Center – Asheville in Asheville, North Carolina!

Adam Copeland will be competing in his first match since AEW Double or Nothing on May 26 as he joins forces with his Rated FTR teammates Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler to go head-to-head with AEW World Champion Jon Moxley, Claudio Castsagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta of The Death Riders. After Moxley retained his title against Jay White, Orange Cassidy, and “Hangman” Adam Page in a Four-Way Match at AEW Worlds End this past Saturday, he, Yuta, and Castagnoli attacked White after the match until Copeland, Harwood, and Wheeler all came to his aid. Speaking of Cassidy and Page, they will also be going one-on-one with each other as they look to put their issues to bed once and for all.

Julia Hart will be competing in her first match since being dethroned as TBS Champion by former titleholder Willow Nightingale at AEW Dynasty on April 21 as she collides with Jamie Hayter. Hart has had her sights set on Hayter since making her return to AEW programming, interrupting her in the form of videos while Hayter has been speaking backstage and attacking her when she made her in person return at the “AEW Collision”: Winter Is Coming special on December 14.

Additionally, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin of The Hurt Syndicate will be squaring off with The Acclaimed’s Max Caster and Anthony Bowens in what will be the first time ever that any of the four men have met each other in the ring in both singles and tag team action. Jeff Jarrett will be addressing what’s next for him after informing Renee Paquette and AEW fans backstage of his intentions to do so at Worlds End much to the surprise of his wife Karen Jarrett and his allies Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, and Satnam Singh.

We are live! Excalibur, “Daddy Magic” Matt Menard, and Tony Schiavone greet audiences at home before we head to a message from The Death Riders aimed at Rated FTR. Rated FTR then respond to The Death Riders with a message of their own.

Back at ringside, Orange Cassidy and “Hangman” Adam Page then make their way out.

    Adam Page vs. Orange Cassidy

The bell rings and Page delivers a chop to Cassidy in the corner. He whips him into the opposite one and connects with a clothesline, then follows it up with a belly-to-belly suplex and goes for a pin. Cassidy kicks out, but Page fires off more chops on him and dumps him onto the apron. He levels him with a clothesline off the middle rope, then sends him crashing into the barricade.

Cassidy rains down right hands on Page, but Page dumps Cassidy back inside the ring and charges at him. Cassidy catches him with a boot and looks to land a crossbody off the middle rope, but Page catches him and connects with a Fallaway Slam on him in the corner. Page then gets Cassidy up on his shoulders, but Cassidy rolls him up. Page kicks out, but Cassidy hits a kick on him and follows it up with Stun-Dog Millionaire. Page responds with a second Fallaway Slam on Cassidy on the entrance ramp.

Back from the break, Page delivers a boot to Cassidy on the outside and dumps him back inside the ring. Cassidy puts his hands in his pocket and sends Page’s face repeatedly bouncing off adjacent top turnbuckles, then fires off kicks on him and follows it up with a superkick. Cassidy lands three Orange Punches on Page, but Page responds with a pair of Dead Eyes to him for the win.

    Winner: Adam Page

The Acclaimed then make their way down to the ring. The Hurt Syndicate follows.

The Hurt Syndicate (w/ MVP) vs. The Acclaimed

Bobby Lashley and Max Caster begin the action. The bell rings and Lashley sends Caster crashing into the mat with a Fallaway Slam. Anthony Bowens and Shelton Benjamin tag in, and Bowens fires off right hands on Benjamin. Bowens runs the ropes, but Caster tags himself in much to the frustration of Bowens. Benjamin delivers four German suplexes to Caster as an irritated Bowens watches from outside the ring. Lashley then tags back in and connects with a spear on Caster before he sends him crashing into the mat with a chokeslam and cinches in The Hurt Lock for the win.

    Winners: The Hurt Syndicate

Back from the break, Jamie Hayter makes her way out to the ring. Julia Hart follows.

    Julia Hart vs. Jamie Hayter

The bell rings and Hayter delivers a pair of clotheslines to Hart in the corner. She looks to land a third one, but Hart intercepts her with a back elbow. The action spills out of the ring, and Hart sends Hayter crashing into the ring steps spine first, targeting her previously injured back.

Back from the break, Hayter levels Hart with a big boot and rains down right hands on her. She follows it up with a backbreaker, but Hart fires off stomps on Hayter and sets up for a moonsault. Hayter avoids it, but Hart sends her crashing into the mat and locks in Hartless. Hayter powers up to her feet and follows it up with a sliding lariat. Hart grabs her arrow, but the referee grabs it from her. While she disposes of it, Hart spits mist into Hayter’s eyes and pins her for the win.

    Winner: Julia Hart

Back from the break, Mercedes Mone makes her way down to the ring. She demands that Asheville say hello to their CEO, then throws it to a video package of some of her highlights in AEW from 2024. She then addresses her upcoming NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship match against Mina Shirakawa at Wrestle Dynasty before she warns her that she’s coming for her RevPro Women’s Championship.

Roderick Strong then makes his way down to the ring. Jay White and Swerve Strickland follow.

Swerve Strickland (w/ Prince Nana) vs. Jay White vs. Roderick Strong – Winner Becomes The First Entrant In Next Week’s Casino Gauntlet Match

The bell rings and Strickland fires off right hands on Strong and White. He delivers a vertical suplex to Strong and flies out of the ring to level White, but White levels Strong and Strickland with a double DDT. He then fires off chops and uppercuts on both men before sending Strickland crashing into the ring apron and doing the same to Strong.

Back from the break, Strickland connects with a backbreaker on Strong and powerbombs him into White. Strong sends White crashing into the mat with a Tiger Driver, then rocks Strickland with a back elbow. Strickland levels Strong, then lands a flatliner on White before the action sills out of the ring. Ricochet appears in the crowd and hits Strickland with a pair of scissors, opening the door for White to deliver a Blade Runner to Strong back in the ring for the win.

    Winner: Jay White

After the match, Nana tries to stop Ricochet from using the scissors on Strickland. Ricochet walks right past him and jams them into Strickland’s head, then grabs a chair and looks to hit Strickland with it. Nana tries stopping him, but Ricochet clocks him with the chair and sits Strickland in it. He levels Strickland with a clothesline until Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, and Strong come to his aid.

Back from the break, Jeff Jarrett makes his way out to the ring with his wrestling boots in hand.

    We Hear From Jeff Jarrett

Jarrett wishes a Slappy New Year to Asheville, then says he’s been trying to figure out the right words to say over the last few days. He says he has a lot to be thankful for in his career, but he’s started to think about the end of things. He says his grandmother’s decision to take a second job selling professional wrestling tickets changed the trajectory of his family and his father’s lives in a high risk, high reward situation. Jeff recalls dropping out of high school to talk about his professional wrestling career and launching what is now known as TNA Wrestling, then makes it clear that he’s not done with his career. He then announces that he signed his last ever professional wrestling contract with AEW before making it clear that he wants to get his hands on some gold and become AEW World Champion.

Powerhouse Hobbs then makes his way down to the ring. Jon Cruz and Rob Killjoy are already waiting inside.

Powerhouse Hobbs vs. Jon Cruz and Rob Killjoy in a 2-On-1 Handicap Match

The bell rings and Hobbs runs over Cruz with a shoulder tackle. He sends Killjoy crashing into the mat, then delivers splashes to him and Cruz in opposite corners. He hits a spinebuster on Killjoy, then delivers a second one to Cruz on top of Killjoy for the win.

    Winner: Powerhouse Hobbs

The Death Riders then make their way out to the ring. Rated FTR follows.

Rated FTR vs. The Death Riders (w/ Marina Shafir)

Dax Harwood and Wheeler Yuta begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. Yuta delivers an open palm strike to Harwood, but Harwood fires off chops on him in the corner and follows it up with a back body drop. Castagnoli and Cope tag in and lock up before Cope looks to land a shoulder tackle on Castagnoli. Castagnoli stays standing on his feet, but Cope dumps him out of the ring over the top and dropkick him through the ropes. Shafir then sends Cope crashing into the ring post shoulder first.

Back from the break, Moxley fires off right hands on Cope and delivers a series of stomps to him in the corner. Castagnoli and Cash Wheeler tag in, and Wheeler sends Yuta crashing into the mat. Harwood tags back in, but Yuta sends him crashing into the mat.

Back from another break, Cope tags in and delivers an elevated DDT to Moxley. The two brawl in the crowd, but Moxley tags out to Yuta once they return back into the ring. Moxley then gets Cope on top of the announce desk, and while the referee is distracted, Jay White hits a Blade Runner on Yuta in the ring. Cope delivers a back body drop to Moxley on top of the announce desk and flies off it to send him through one of the barricades, opening the door for FTR to deliver Shatter Machine to Yuta and Cope to follow it up with a spear for the win.

    Winners: Rated FTR

Tony Khan Makes Major AEW Announcement

Tony Khan once again has a big announcement for AEW fans.

January 1st 2025 is a big day for All Elite Wrestling in more ways than one. Along with New Year’s Day being the 6th anniversary of the promotion being established, it is also the start of the new media rights deal with Warner Bros. Discovery that was confirmed in late 2024.

Beginning 2025 with a Fight For The Fallen special episode of Dynamite to help those in Asheville, North Carolina who were affected by Hurricane Helene, which will also be simulcast on the MAX streaming service, the first episode of Collision will air on January 4th.

Taking place between NJPW Wrestle Kingdom and the first-ever Wrestle Dynasty pay-per-view, Khan has announced on social media that Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting will once again be the opening theme for Collision:

    Starting this Sat 1/4
    Collision simulcasts Saturdays on @TNTdrama + @StreamOnMax !

Our Christmas #AEWCollision episode was our most viewers in a year and a half!

Elton John Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting is back for 2025!

The hit Elton John song was the original theme for Collision when the show launched in June 2023. In July 2024, the theme was changed to “Red Light Is On (Let’s Go)” by Omega Sparx and Mikey Ruckus. Aware of the fan backlash, Rukus stated that he knew the new song would be “universally hated” and that no one could replace Elton John.

The current line-up for the January 4th Collision is as follows:

    • Daniel Garcia (c) vs. Mark Briscoe – Singles match for the TNT Championship
    • Private Party (c) vs. Lio Rush & Action Andretti – Tag team match for the Tag Team Championships
    • Toni Storm vs. Deonna Purrazzo

Tony Khan Responds To The Critics

All Elite Wrestling had a mixed year in 2024. While the match quality was good and shows such as Revolution and All In had impressive attendance figures, weekly TV attendance and ratings have not been as strong. When asked about the criticisms, Tony Khan issued a fiery response.

In a surprise move, AEW President Tony Khan has just made a major announcement that is sure to shake up the wrestling world. Stay tuned for more updates as the news unfolds. #AEW #TonyKhan #BreakingNews

  • Tony Khan brings back AEW Collision’s original Elton John theme song

Tony Khan brings back AEW Collision’s original Elton John theme song

From the launch of what was then the promotion’s third weekly television show in June of 2023 until this past July, AEW Collision featured Elton John’s “Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting” as its theme song.

The classic rock, well, classic was a bit of an odd fit for a pro wrestling show. But it’s a classic for a reason, Collision (almost always) airs on Saturday nights, and it does feature quite a bit of fighting — all of which has been deemed “alright” by the powers that be, so it worked.

It’s not been explicitly stated, at least that I can find, why AEW stopped using John’s 1973 mega-hit. Cost is the obvious answer, though. But with even WWE ponying up for hit songs to open Raw and SmackDown with, and his own new media rights deal in hand, AEW owner & president Tony Khan announced on New Year’s Eve that “Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting” will be back starting with their Jan. 4, 2025 episode this weekend.

Starting this Sat 1/4 Collision simulcasts Saturdays on @TNTdrama + @StreamOnMax!

Our Christmas #AEWCollision episode was our most viewers in a year and a half!

Elton John Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting is back for 2025!

As Khan reminds us, that new WBD deal means this Saturday’s Collision will be be simulcast on the Max streaming service. Here’s a look at what’s been announced so far for their Jan. 4 show:

    • Toni Storm vs. Deonna Purrazzo
    • Daniel Garcia (c) vs. Mark Briscoe for the TNT championship
    • Private Party (c) vs. Lio Rush & Action Andretti for the AEW Tag titles
    • An appearance by Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson of The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express

Excited for that? Does Sir Elton make you a little more excited?

Fans of All Elite Wrestling’s AEW Collision were in for a treat this week as Tony Khan announced the return of the show’s original theme song by legendary artist Elton John.

The catchy and energetic tune, which was used when AEW Collision first debuted, quickly became a fan favorite and set the perfect tone for the action-packed wrestling show.

Khan’s decision to bring back the Elton John theme song was met with excitement and nostalgia from fans, many of whom had been hoping for its return ever since it was replaced with a different track.

With the iconic music now back in rotation, AEW Collision is sure to have even more fans tuning in each week to enjoy the thrilling matches and unforgettable moments that have become a staple of the show.

Thank you, Tony Khan, for bringing back the Elton John theme song and giving fans of AEW Collision a reason to dance and cheer once again!

  • Adam Copeland Is Living In The Moment In AEW

Adam Copeland Is Living In The Moment In AEW

More than 25 years after his debut, the roar from the crowd never gets old for Adam Copeland.

His return Saturday night at the conclusion of Worlds End in Orlando was a scene he’s played over and again. His music blasts over the arena speakers and almost immediately, people know who it is. All the energy is directed at him as his pyro hits and the building loses its collective mind.

It’s hard to explain, Copeland says. He compares it to musicians performing, a football player scoring a touchdown, and it’s part of the reason at 51 years young, despite another setback, another injury, and another surgery, he’s not ready to hang his boots up just yet.

“I think that’s part of the pull, right? And that’s why you see folks who don’t need to still be doing this doing it because it still hits that core. You can’t really explain it, man,” Copeland tells Uproxx Sports. “If you could bottle it, you’d be a trillionaire.”

On Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite — which will be the first show simulcast on TBS and streaming on Max — we’ll get our first look at Rated FTR, marking Copeland’s first in-ring action in seven months when he joins Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler against Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta of the Death Riders.

Copeland says he’s been training in the ring for about three months getting prepared for his return, which takes place in Asheville, North Carolina on a special Fight for the Fallen episode of Dynamite. Through Fight for the Fallen, AEW will help provide support and resources to those impacted by Hurricane Helene directly through organizations already on the frontlines of disaster relief efforts.

Asheville, which was among the cities devastated by the hurricane earlier this year, currently is home for Copeland, Harwood, and Wheeler. The support from AEW CEO Tony Khan and AEW has been “amazing,” says Copeland, and goes beyond Wednesday night’s efforts.

“I was cleared and ready to come back and I had the conversation with Tony trying to work out what do you want me to come back to? And he was like, do you. Don’t worry about coming back right now because life, right? He understands that and he gets that and respects it, and because we did have a lot of work here to do, not just for our household and everything, but for the community,” Copeland says. “I’m just really happy that we’re doing this show here. It’s my first one back in the place that I now call home with two of my best buddies who also call this home. It’s storybook in that regard.”

Copeland’s return to the ring coincides with AEW’s monumental simulcast, a nod to his star power alongside FTR for the show’s live debut on Max. Copeland says at this point in his career, he’s a utility player — he can slot in wherever AEW needs him on the roster, whether it be in the opening act or in this case, the main event.

“I understand that at times, you need me to bat first or clean up. And so that’s where I feel like, okay, that’s my role right now. We’re coming back, fresh off an Emmy nomination, it feels like the time to go, okay, we should probably use this talent who’s in the midst of some pretty cool things happening and highlight that, that’s just business,” Copeland says.

“So it’s my time now to move forward and compete for the title and be involved in that storyline. And at some point it won’t be and it’ll be a different thing you need me to do. And that’s really how I’ve always looked at my position. Okay, where do you need me? Slot me in. I’ll make it work.”

That last part has been key to Copeland’s growth and his ability to last in the main event scene, and it’s something he’s “prided myself on” over the course of his career. His top priority has always been to make things work, as he believes that level of consistency is something people notice.

“There’s been some things that on paper, I’m like, ‘Oh, this is going to be a challenge,’ but again, I enjoy challenges for sure. Luckily, working a guy like Moxley and against all of these guys and getting in there with Claudio for the first time, I don’t have to worry about that where you can just get in and enjoy and perform.”

Copeland couldn’t ask for a better position to return in. He says his latest setback, breaking in his tibia in May, was more annoying than anything.

“One more scar, one more plate, seven more screws and you just get moving. That’s where it was with that. But after about three months, I was up, I was moving around, I was getting around pretty good,” Copeland says. “I got back in the ring by like the three and a half month mark. I was like, okay, there we go. Now it’s just a matter of when to come back. What’s the proper timing getting in the Percy Jackson filming before and just all of that stuff.”

His injury removed Copeland from any possibility of performing during All In at Wembley Stadium, a bucket list item that he wants to cross off before his career comes to an end, although that’s not the only place he wants to wrestle before he retires.

“I’d love to wrestle in Arena México. Never worked there for CMLL or anything like that, so I think that would be great. I’ve been as a fan, at the time I was world champ — so I went to this show with a lucha mask on and I sat in the third row and watched the entire show,” Copeland says with a laugh. “Tokyo Dome. Never performed there, love to do that. And then for me, the really big one is Maple Leaf Gardens. I don’t even know what it’s called now, but I want to do Maple Leaf Gardens.”

While venues hold a special place in his heart, Copeland says the thing that gives him the most energy right now is telling a great story with a quality opponent. He points to his time with Christian early in his AEW run and the ability to weave in countless other stars, from Nick Wayne to Daniel Garcia as a way to play chess with the AEW roster.

“I think story and opponent, they go hand in hand,” Copeland says. “That for me is still the biggest thing. That’s the thing that I enjoy the most. That’s the thing I get off on is go, okay, let’s craft this story. How many months do we have? Let’s figure out some tent poles. How many other characters can we pull into it and moving parts, and then hopefully have a few different characters come out of it with intriguing stories going forward. That to me is always really fun, and without diluting it or making it confusing, getting as many different characters involved as you can.”

More than anything, Copeland is relishing living in the moment. He understands there’s an expiration date on his career, but says it’s not something he dwells on. In his eyes, all that thinking about retirement does is make you anxious, and then the moment will either pass or fail to live up to your expectations.

Copeland knows the clock is ticking. But before it hits midnight, he’s making sure all of his focus is on what he has going on as he returns to the ring.

“There’s still some really fun stories to be explored that will probably eat up a year and a half, two years,” he says. “And then I think it’s going to be time. But again, I can’t sit there and dwell on it. I have to focus on each time I’m in that ring and go, here I am. You’ve got to be in the present. Otherwise, bad things can happen, but also being in the present, I soak it all in, I enjoy it all instead of getting too far forward.”

Adam Copeland, better known as Edge, has been making waves in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) since his return to the ring earlier this year. After a successful comeback in WWE, Copeland decided to take his talents to AEW, where he has been thriving in a new environment.

One thing that stands out about Copeland’s run in AEW is his ability to live in the moment. He is not dwelling on past accomplishments or looking too far ahead to the future. Instead, he is fully present in each match, giving it his all and leaving everything in the ring.

In a recent interview, Copeland spoke about the importance of living in the moment and how it has helped him in his wrestling career. He emphasized the need to focus on the task at hand and not get caught up in distractions or outside pressures.

Copeland’s mindset of living in the moment has translated into some incredible performances in AEW. He has had memorable matches against top talent and has shown that he still has what it takes to compete at the highest level.

As Copeland continues to make his mark in AEW, fans can expect to see more of his in-the-moment approach to wrestling. Whether he’s facing off against a longtime rival or a newcomer to the company, Copeland’s focus and determination are sure to shine through.

In a world where the wrestling landscape is constantly changing, Adam Copeland is proving that living in the moment is the key to success. With his passion for the sport and his unwavering dedication, Copeland is sure to continue making an impact in AEW for years to come.

In a recent, extensive interview on “Insight With Chris Van Vliet,” Copeland revealed that he had about 18 months left on his AEW contract and a pretty full dance card until then.

“I have about a year and a half left right now,” The former two-time AEW TNT Champion said. “A lot of business trying to get done in that time, there’s a lot of people I want to work within that time, and I look at it already and I think in the six months I’ve been there I think I’m close to 20 matches already.”

Copeland also stated that he plans to retire after this run of matches, although he did not give a specific date. Instead, he confirmed that he plans to make it permanent this time.

“When I retire this time,” Copeland said. “I truly — I’m going to come home and be dad, and occasionally act, and walk my dogs.”

Copeland originally retired in 2011 due to a career-threatening neck injury, which was expected to end his wrestling career. Despite this, he made occasional WWE appearances until making a surprise return in the 2020 Royal Rumble.

Copeland was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2012, solidifying his legacy as one of the greatest wrestlers of his era.

More News: AEW Superstar Adam Copeland’s In-Ring Return is Imminent: Report

In a shocking turn, on October 1, 2023, Copeland debuted in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) following the WrestleDream pay-per-view event. Appearing under his real name and the iconic “Rated R Superstar” moniker, Copeland’s arrival marked a new chapter in his storied career.

Unfortunately, Copeland suffered a serious leg injury at AEW Double or Nothing 2024 when he leapt off the top of the cage. Despite successfully defending the AEW TNT Championship against Malakai Black, AEW Executive Vice Presidents Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson (The Young Bucks) stripped him of the TNT title on the May 29 episode of AEW Dynamite.

Despite the setback, Copeland is expected to make his return to AEW “imminently,” with speculation pointing to his comeback at the start of the new year. All things considered, this very well may turn out to be the last rounds of a legendary career.

For more on professional wrestling, head to Newsweek Sports.

Kazuchika Okada defeats Will Ospreay in Continental Classic final at AEW Worlds End

The second-ever Continental Classic came to an end at Saturday’s AEW Worlds End with Kazuchika Okada winning the entire tournament, retaining his Continental title in the final against Will Ospreay.

The bout featured both men pulling out all the offensive stops in the final sequence, scoring close near falls on each other in rapid fire succession. The end came when Okada landed a Rainmaker clothesline to finally put Ospreay down for the win.

Okada was then confronted by old rival Kenny Omega in Omega’s first promotional appearance since May.

In two semifinal matches that opened the show, Okada (Blue league runner-up) defeated Ricochet (the Gold league winner) while Ospreay (Gold league runner-up) outlasted his former friend in Kyle Fletcher (the Blue league winner).

Ospreay was bloodied up during the Fletcher match and came out for the final with a full head bandage without washing off any of the blood. As expected, the bandage eventually came off and his head wound opened up.

With the victory, Okada holds on to the Continental title he won this past March by defeating Eddie Kingston.

  • Thunder Rosa’s dad cost her the AEW Women’s World title (kinda)

Thunder Rosa’s dad cost her the AEW Women’s World title (kinda)

Before and during their Worlds End PPV, AEW made a big deal out of the fact Thunder Rosa’s father would be ringside for her Tijuana Street Fight with Women’s World champion Mariah May. He brought her a bag of dirt from the graveyards of Tijuana to inspire her victory, but it didn’t work out that way.

Her father’s presence may be what motivated Rosa to fight on when things weren’t going her way in the first half of the match. You wouldn’t think she’d need it; reclaiming the belt she had to vacate back in 2022 was probably motivation enough. But she needed all the help she could get after being slammed into a pile of thumbtacks (which she introduced into the match by pulling apart the pinata they were in).

May used her time in control to taunt Rosa’s dad, and steal his cane. That sparked Thunder’s last comeback…

…and led to her choking the champ with a chain in the ring. Despite referee Aubrey Edwards asking her multiple times, Mariah didn’t submit. She did get her hands on that bag of graveyard dirt, and used it to blind Rosa and get free.

Once the challenger couldn’t see, it didn’t take long for May to grab her for Storm Zero and put her through a table that had been set up at ringside earlier.

Get complete results from Worlds End and coverage of the entire show here.

Thunder Rosa has been on a roll in AEW, but some fans believe that her own father may have cost her the AEW Women’s World title. During a recent match against Britt Baker, Thunder Rosa’s father got involved in the match, distracting her and ultimately leading to her loss.

While Thunder Rosa is undoubtedly a talented wrestler who has proven herself time and time again in the ring, some fans are pointing fingers at her father for interfering in the match and potentially costing her the title. Of course, this is all just speculation and there is no concrete evidence to suggest that Thunder Rosa’s father intentionally threw the match for her.

Regardless of the circumstances, Thunder Rosa remains a top contender in the AEW women’s division and will no doubt continue to chase after the Women’s World title. Only time will tell if she can overcome this setback and reclaim her shot at championship gold.
