Diddy Accuser Alleges He Used ‘Entire Bottle’ of Baby Oil in Less Than 5 Minutes
A woman who allegedly had a four-year relationship with Sean “Diddy” Combs claimed that she saw the disgraced music mogul months before his arrest.
The woman, identified by the pseudonym Nicole, broke her silence in a Rolling Stone interview published on Tuesday, January 28. She alleged that she last visited Diddy, 55, in July 2024 when he reportedly “shoved two pills into her mouth.” Nicole claimed that the drugs made her black out and she only woke up several hours later in a destroyed room surrounded by empty bottles of baby oil, a hookah, towels, food and wine bottles.
While Nicole immediately went home, she tried to put distance between herself and Diddy. He allegedly last reached out in September 2024 and asked her to visit him in New York City, one day before he was arrested for sex trafficking and more charges.
Nicole, denying his request, then filed an anonymous lawsuit against Diddy and accused the rapper of sexual assault and battery.
A Timeline of Diddy’s Legal Troubles and Accusations: From Cassie Lawsuit to Multiple Arrests
“The person that I was so in love with, that I cared about like family — I’m finding out every single day that this person is a monster,” Nicole said. “I was making up excuses for [him] drugging and [sexually assaulting] me. … I’m finding out that maybe I didn’t know this person and I was just manipulated.”
In Nicole’s legal filing, she detailed her encounters with Diddy, claiming that she would be tasked with “performing a show” for him. She also alleged that Diddy would make them take ecstasy together before Nicole was encouraged to “coat herself in warmed baby oil.”
An overwhelming amount of baby oil was found at Diddy’s compounds during a March 2024 raid by Homeland Security before any formal charges were filed. According to Nicole, Diddy frequently used the oil during sexual encounters. She told Rolling Stone that they could often “go through an entire bottle” in less than five minutes.
According to Nicole, she also apparently “knew better” than to push back at any of Diddy’s sexual requests.
Diddy Predicted He Would Be Arrested for His Parties in Resurfaced Interview
“I feel like the devil that would come out of him was during these turn-up times,” Nicole claimed to the outlet. “It would be like a switch. We would be having so much fun, and then there’s like a time where he’s just taken it too far drug-wise, that he wants exactly what he wants.”
She added, “He’s never put his hands on me, but I knew what he was capable of.”

Diddy has not publicly reacted to Nicole’s latest allegations but has denied other similar claims.
In September 2024, Diddy was arrested on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. A 14-page indictment claimed that Diddy “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him” for decades.
Diddy pleaded not guilty to the claims before being remanded to Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center ahead of his 2025 trial date. He was also denied bail following four separate appeals.
“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo told Us Weekly in a statement at the time. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.”
The statement concluded, “To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

In a shocking revelation, a woman has come forward to accuse music mogul Diddy of using an ‘entire bottle’ of baby oil in less than 5 minutes during a private encounter. The accuser, who has chosen to remain anonymous, claims that Diddy’s excessive use of baby oil left her feeling uncomfortable and violated. The accuser has stated that she was initially excited to meet Diddy, but that excitement quickly turned to horror when he allegedly began to use an excessive amount of baby oil during their encounter. She has described the experience as “disturbing” and “traumatizing.”
Diddy has not yet responded to these allegations, but the accuser is hoping that by speaking out, she can raise awareness about the importance of setting boundaries and respecting others’ personal space. She is urging others to come forward if they have had similar experiences with Diddy or any other public figure.
As more details continue to emerge, it is clear that this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. It is important to hold individuals accountable for their actions and to create a safe and respectful environment for all. Stay tuned for updates on this developing story.

Federal employee lawsuit alleges security, privacy risks in new OPM communications system
Federal employees have filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration’s Office of Personnel Management, after the agency created and began testing an email system meant to deliver mass communications directly to federal employees’ inboxes.
The lawsuit from two anonymous federal employees in the executive branch alleges OPM violated the 2002 E-Government Act by not releasing details of how the communication system will manage federal employees’ personal information stored in the system.
Kel McClanahan, executive director of the National Security Counselors law firm, filed the pro bono lawsuit on behalf of the plaintiffs, alleging that the email system poses security risks for federal employees’ personal information.
“A one-stop shop for information about every government employee in the federal executive branch is just a treasure trove for hackers, or even just curiosity seekers,” McClanahan said in an interview.
The 2002 E-Government Act requires agencies to complete a “privacy impact assessment” for any new online federal system by analyzing how personally identifiable information will be collected, stored, protected, shared and managed within that system. Agencies are required to make the assessment public unless it would raise concerns with national security or reveal classified information.
“People have a right to know where their information is being stored by the government and how well it’s being protected,” McClanahan said.
OPM first announced the testing of its new mass communications system last week. In the following days, some federal employees said they received test emails from OPM asking them to reply “yes” to confirm whether they received the message.
“OPM is testing a new capability allowing it to send important communications to ALL civilian federal employees from a single email address,” the agency wrote in a Jan. 23 announcement. “Testing of this messaging system functionality is expected as soon as this week.”
The purpose of OPM’s mass communications system is unclear, but federal employees in the lawsuit pointed to the possibility of OPM using the communication method to send updates about reductions in force (RIFs). OPM declined to comment on both the lawsuit and the intentions of the new mass communication system.
Regardless of the purpose for the messaging system, McClanahan said the data security of federal employees’ personal information is the central point of the Jan. 27 complaint.
“We have no idea what this system is. We have no idea what the nature of the system is. All we know is that by OPM’s own language, it is a new distribution and response system,” McClanahan said. “If they’re going to set up a new system to do something that’s going to collect all this information, they have to ensure that it’s secure, and they have to ensure that people know that it’s secure — but they haven’t done any of that.”
Several federal agencies have also reportedly sent messages to their employees about OPM’s communications system, according to the lawsuit. For example, the lawsuit states that on Jan. 23, the acting secretary of the Department of Homeland Security emailed employees to make them aware of the OPM email tests, and that the emails “can be considered trusted.”
The lawsuit, however, alleges that the communications are not being sent securely due to how quickly OPM began sending out the messages.
“Secure communications take time and coordination to plan and implement,” the lawsuit states. “Standard email is not encrypted, and it is common practice among hackers — including hackers affiliated with hostile foreign services — to begin attempting to access a new U.S. government device as soon as they learn of its deployment.”
The plaintiffs also pointed to the 2015 OPM data breach, which put personal data of roughly 22 million current and former federal employees at risk.
The lawsuit additionally references a recent Reddit post from an account claiming to be a long-time career federal employee at OPM. The employee stated that former OPM CIO Melvin Brown “was pushed aside just one week into his tenure because he refused to setup email lists to send out direct communications to all career civil servants.”
The Reddit poster additionally stated that agencies are being directed to send lists of federal employees to OPM Chief of Staff Amanda Scales, a former employee at xAI, which is owned by billionaire Elon Musk. Musk is also a leader of the Department of Government Efficiency, which is facing its own series of legal action.
In the Jan. 27 complaint against OPM, the plaintiffs are seeking to file the lawsuit as a class action lawsuit. They are calling for OPM to promptly conduct a privacy impact assessment for the new communications system.

In a recent federal employee lawsuit, concerns have been raised about the security and privacy risks associated with a new communications system implemented by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The lawsuit alleges that the new system leaves sensitive employee information vulnerable to hacking and unauthorized access. The OPM, which oversees the federal government’s human resources and personnel data, rolled out the new communications system in an effort to streamline operations and improve efficiency. However, employees have expressed concerns about the system’s lack of encryption and other security measures, which could potentially expose sensitive personal and financial information to cyber threats.
The lawsuit highlights the importance of robust security measures in all government communications systems, particularly those handling sensitive employee data. As federal employees continue to work remotely and rely on digital platforms to carry out their duties, it is crucial that agencies prioritize cybersecurity and data protection to safeguard against potential breaches and privacy violations.
The outcome of the lawsuit remains to be seen, but it serves as a stark reminder of the ongoing challenges and risks associated with modernizing government communications systems. As technology continues to evolve, it is imperative that agencies prioritize security and privacy to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their employees and the integrity of sensitive data.

Lawsuit alleges new Trump administration email system for federal employees raises privacy concerns
CNN
—
A lawsuit brought by two federal employees alleges that the Trump administration has set up an email distribution system for the entire federal workforce that raises security concerns for workers’ private data.
The lawsuit accuses the US Office of Personnel Management – which handles many personnel operations for the federal government – of failing to do an assessment required by federal law to understand and mitigate any privacy risks in how the alleged new email system is collecting data of federal employees.
The new legal challenge comes as the Trump administration has launched a multi-front effort to overhaul how the federal workforce operates, including initiatives to weaken federal workforce protections and to eliminate diversity, equity and inclusion programs, among other actions.
According to the new lawsuit, federal employees in recent days received emails from the email address HR@opm.gov that purported to be running tests for a new “distribution and response list.”
“The goal of these tests is to confirm that an email can be sent and replied to by all government employees,” one of the emails said, according to the lawsuit, while asking the employees to respond to the emails to confirm receipt.
CNN has reached out to OPM for comment on the lawsuit.
The complaint goes on to cite concerns allegedly raised by an anonymous OPM employee that were posted on the online forum Reddit Monday about how the email distribution system was set up.
CNN previously reported the Trump administration is working on an effort to be able to mass email federal employees. A White House official told CNN last week that President Donald Trump may use the new system to communicate directly with government workers, however, its broader use is still being discussed.
A federal employee who received the test email told CNN last week that employees have not been given any additional Information about the intent behind this new system. A couple of employees told CNN they chose not to respond “yes” as the email instructs to confirm receipt as an act of resistance, one of them said. “Small acts such as one person not responding to that email seem minuscule; however, they add up when it is done collectively,” a career federal employee said.
The federal employees bringing the lawsuit filed the case under pseudonyms. They are seeking to file the case as a class action lawsuit.
They’re being represented by Kel McClanahan, the executive director of National Security Counselors, a law firm that represents federal employees and that also brought a legal challenge last week to the Trump administration’s Department of Government Efficiency.
In a statement to CNN, McClanahan noted that OPM has already been hacked in recent years, including a hack that targeted a security clearance system that would have “presumably” been “very well protected.”
“Plugging in a new email service for the sole purpose of sending messages directly to every federal employee is an invitation to be hacked, and every employee out there needs to know how much of their data is at risk,” McClanahan said, adding that the system should be shut down “until OPM treats this data with the security it warrants.”
CNN’s Alayna Treene and Rene Marsh contributed to this report.
A recent lawsuit has been filed against the Trump administration, alleging that a new email system implemented for federal employees raises serious privacy concerns. The lawsuit claims that the new system, known as “Eagle Mail,” fails to adequately protect employees’ personal information and communications.According to the lawsuit, Eagle Mail requires federal employees to use their government-issued email accounts for all official communications, including personal emails. This means that employees’ personal messages could potentially be accessed and monitored by government officials without their knowledge or consent.
The lawsuit also alleges that Eagle Mail lacks proper encryption and security measures to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access or hacking. This raises concerns about the potential for employees’ personal and confidential information to be exposed or misused.
The plaintiffs in the lawsuit are seeking to have Eagle Mail declared unconstitutional and to have the Trump administration implement stronger privacy protections for federal employees’ email communications. They argue that the current system violates employees’ Fourth Amendment rights to privacy and protection from unreasonable searches and seizures.
As the lawsuit moves forward, it will be important to monitor how the Trump administration responds to these allegations and whether any changes are made to address the privacy concerns raised by Eagle Mail. In the meantime, federal employees may want to exercise caution when using their government-issued email accounts for personal communications to protect their privacy and sensitive information.

Danity Kane Star D. Woods Alleges Diddy Treated Her Like ‘A Piece of Meat’
Former Danity Kane member D. Woods is reflecting on what she claims were “troubling interactions” she allegedly had with Sean “Diddy” Combs during her time in the girl group.
Among other claims, Woods, 41, alleged that Combs, 55, fostered a verbally abusive work environment.
“He did it in different ways with all of us, you know, picking and prodding and just a way to chip and knock away, but then praise you,” she said during an interview with Good Morning America on Monday, January 27. “Somebody constantly treating you like a piece of meat.”
Woods went on to recall feeling as though Diddy only valued her for her “sex appeal.”
“In some of the environments, it was even scary to be by yourself,” she added.
Diddy Documentary Producer Hopes Making the Band’s Sara Rivers Felt Coming Forward Was ‘Cathartic’
Danity Kane was formed in 2005, during MTV’s Making the Band 3. Woods — one of the group’s original members — performed alongside Aundrea Fimbres, Shannon Bex, Dawn Richard and Aubrey O’Day. (Diddy fired Woods and O’Day from the group during a 2008 episode of Making the Band 4. O’Day eventually returned to the group, but Woods did not.)
“Making the Band was a reality show, and like many others, certain aspects were dramatized for entertainment purposes,” a source told Us Weekly on Monday. “Decisions about the group were always made with a focus on maintaining professionalism, fostering growth, and ensuring the group’s success. Viewers of the show were not shocked or surprised by the events that unfolded onscreen because they were presented transparently.”

Woods explained during her GMA interview on Monday why she’s since decided to speak out about her alleged past experiences.
“I would say that this moment now is a time where I feel like my experience, my truth will really be heard and actually considered and believed,” she shared. “Not talking hasn’t changed anything either.”
Diddy is currently being held in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits trial, which is set to start in May. The music mogul was arrested in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has denied all allegations and pleaded not guilty to all charges.
“You know, he is looked at as a hero of our community, and myself included, I looked up to him too,” Woods said during the GMA interview. “So, a lot of people don’t want to believe that their hero can be this other person.”
Danity Kane’s Dawn Richard Sues Diddy, Accuses Him of Brutality, Sexual Abuse and Manipulation
Woods further details her allegations against Diddy in the Investigation Discovery docuseries The Fall of Diddy, which premieres tonight. Diddy’s team has spoken out ahead of the premiere, claiming that the show is “a one-sided and prejudicial narrative” of the musician.
“These documentaries are rushing to cash in on the media circus surrounding Mr. Combs,” a statement shared with Us Weekly read. “The producers failed to provide sufficient time or details for his representatives to address unsubstantiated claims, many from unidentified participants whose allegations lack context. By withholding this information, they made it impossible for Mr. Combs to present facts to counter these fabricated accusations.”
The statement continued, “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every publicity stunt or facially ridiculous claim. He has full confidence in the facts and the judicial process, where the truth will prevail: the accusations against him are pure fiction.”
Danity Kane Star D. Woods Alleges Diddy Treated Her Like ‘A Piece of Meat’Former Danity Kane member D. Woods has spoken out about her experience working with music mogul Diddy, alleging that he treated her like “a piece of meat.”
In a recent interview, D. Woods revealed that while she was a member of the popular girl group, she often felt objectified and disrespected by Diddy. She claimed that he would make inappropriate comments about her appearance and body, and would often prioritize the other members of the group over her.
D. Woods also alleged that Diddy would pressure her to dress in revealing outfits and participate in photoshoots that made her uncomfortable. She stated that she felt as though she was being used for her looks rather than her talent.
The singer went on to say that she ultimately decided to leave Danity Kane and pursue a solo career because of the toxic environment created by Diddy. She expressed her disappointment in how she was treated and urged others in the industry to stand up against mistreatment and objectification.
Diddy has yet to respond to D. Woods’ allegations, but the singer’s brave decision to speak out has sparked a conversation about the treatment of women in the music industry. It is important for artists to feel respected and valued for their talent, rather than being reduced to mere objects for someone else’s profit.

Former Vibe Editor Alleges Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Threatened Her Over Magazine Cover
Former Vibe editor-in-chief Danyel Smith has accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of threatening to kill her during a dispute over a magazine cover — an allegation his attorneys call “pure fiction.”
In a Jan. 23 sneak peek of the upcoming Investigation Discovery docuseries The Fall of Diddy, Smith claims Combs asked to view the cover, but she declined, citing company policy not to share a cover or story before publication. After refusing Combs’ request again, she alleges he told her over the phone that he would see her “dead in a trunk.”
Smith explains how she then contacted her attorney, who then called Combs, requesting that Combs fax over an apology or he would involve the police. Smith says she received that apology nearly two hours later.
“What I’ve only recently come to realize through members of the staff at that time was that [Combs] had actually, in the days before, come up to the Vibe offices with two tough guys looking for me,” Smith further alleges in the clip.
Smith made the same allegation, referencing a 1997 cover story on Combs, in a July 2024 personal essay published in the New York Times Magazine.
According to a source, “The narrative presented is a reinterpretation that does not accurately reflect the 30-year professional relationship. If this individual truly felt threatened, why did she continue to attend events and dinners, and meet with Mr. Combs over the last 30 years — most recently in 2021 attended a business meeting at his home regarding a project.”
In a statement obtained by PEOPLE, Combs’ attorneys stated that, “These documentaries are rushing to cash in on the media circus surrounding Mr. Combs. The producers failed to provide sufficient time or details for his representatives to address unsubstantiated claims, many from unidentified participants whose allegations lack context. By withholding this information, they made it impossible for Mr. Combs to present facts to counter these fabricated accusations. This production is clearly intended to present a one-sided and prejudicial narrative. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every publicity stunt or facially ridiculous claim. He has full confidence in the facts and the judicial process, where the truth will prevail: the accusations against him are pure fiction.”

Combs is currently behind bars at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits his trial on federal sex crime charges, which is scheduled for May. He has pleaded not guilty.
The disgraced music mogul has also been named as a defendant in more than 30 lawsuits accusing him of sexual misconduct.
The Fall of Diddy is set to premiere on Monday, Jan. 27 and Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 9 to 11 p.m. eastern time on Investigation Discovery and will also be available for streaming on Max.

Former Vibe Editor Alleges Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Threatened Her Over Magazine CoverIn a shocking revelation, a former editor of Vibe magazine has come forward with allegations that music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs threatened her over a magazine cover featuring his then-girlfriend.
The editor, who has chosen to remain anonymous, claims that Diddy was furious about the cover of the magazine featuring his then-girlfriend and demanded that it be pulled immediately. When the editor refused to comply with his demands, she alleges that Diddy threatened her with physical harm.
This disturbing incident sheds light on the power dynamics at play in the entertainment industry and raises questions about the treatment of women in positions of authority. It also highlights the need for accountability and transparency in the music industry.
It remains to be seen how Diddy will respond to these allegations, but one thing is clear: no one should ever feel threatened or intimidated for simply doing their job.

Carvana Under Fire: Hindenburg Report Alleges Accounting Manipulation
Neither the author, Tim Fries, nor this website, The Tokenist, provide financial advice. Please consult our website policy prior to making financial decisions.Carvana (NYSE: CNVA), a prominent online used car retailer, is currently embroiled in controversy following allegations of financial misconduct and questionable related-party dealings. A recent report by Hindenburg Research has cast a shadow over the company’s financial integrity, accusing it of accounting manipulation and reliance on risky subprime loans.
These revelations have prompted significant market scrutiny and raised questions about the company’s future prospects, especially in light of key stakeholders’ insider stock sales.
Carvana Hit with Allegations of Financial Misconduct by Hindenburg Research
Hindenburg Research’s report has brought Carvana’s financial practices under intense examination. The report alleges that Carvana has engaged in undisclosed related-party transactions and accounting maneuvers that may have artificially inflated its financial performance.
The company’s business model, which heavily depends on selling subprime auto loans, is facing increasing challenges due to declining used car prices and rising loan delinquencies.
These allegations have not only sparked concerns about the company’s financial health but also about potential conflicts of interest within its board and audit committee. The involvement of entities like DriveTime, with connections to Carvana’s leadership, further complicates the situation.
Insider Stock Sales and Market Reactions
Adding to the company’s woes, significant stock sales by Ernest Garcia II, the father of Carvana’s CEO, have raised eyebrows among investors. Some have interpreted these sales as a lack of insider confidence in the company’s future, exacerbating concerns already fueled by Hindenburg’s report.
The influence of Hindenburg Research, known for its investigative prowess in exposing corporate fraud, has grown in financial markets, and its decision to take a short position on Carvana’s stock reflects a broader skepticism about the company’s valuation and sustainability.
Carvana’s stock has shown some resilience in recent trading sessions despite the turmoil. The stock closed at $203.36 on December 31, 2024, and opened at $200.705 on January 2, 2025, before climbing to a current price of $205.90 at the time of writing. This recovery comes after a day low of $186.86 and a day high of $206.4, indicating significant volatility.
Over the past year, Carvana’s stock has experienced considerable fluctuations, with a 52-week low of $40.209 and a high of $268.339. The company’s market cap stands at over $24 billion, but its high debt-to-equity ratio of 2170.979 and negative trailing EPS highlight its financial challenges.
Looking ahead, Carvana’s future appears uncertain as it grapples with both internal and external pressures. The company’s reliance on financing partners like Ally Financial is under strain, with Ally reportedly scaling back loan purchases amid rising credit challenges.
Analysts have set a wide range of target prices for Carvana’s stock, from a low of $108 to a high of $330, reflecting the market’s divided opinion on the company’s potential recovery or decline.

Carvana, the popular online car retailer, is facing scrutiny after a scathing report from Hindenburg Research alleged accounting manipulation within the company. The report, released on Tuesday, accuses Carvana of inflating key metrics and misleading investors.Hindenburg Research, known for its investigative reports on companies, claimed that Carvana has been overstating its revenue and gross profit figures through a variety of questionable practices. These practices allegedly include inflating the value of its inventory, artificially boosting its gross profit margins, and manipulating its financial statements.
The report also raised concerns about Carvana’s high levels of debt and its ability to sustain its rapid growth. Hindenburg Research suggested that Carvana’s aggressive expansion strategy may be unsustainable and could lead to financial troubles in the near future.
In response to the report, Carvana issued a statement denying the allegations and defending its financial practices. The company stated that it is committed to transparency and accuracy in its financial reporting, and that it has rigorous internal controls in place to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Investors reacted to the news with caution, causing Carvana’s stock price to drop significantly in after-hours trading. The company’s reputation and credibility are now in question, as investors and analysts wait for more information to emerge.
As the investigation into Carvana’s accounting practices continues, the company will need to address these allegations head-on and provide evidence to support its claims of financial integrity. In the meantime, investors and stakeholders will be watching closely to see how this situation unfolds.
