“We heard there was a big dust-up between Paul Heyman and Vince. And I guess, as the show was going on, there was big arguments and I guess the show, as it was going down, Vince wasn’t happy with it,” Hardy claimed. “There had always been a lot of tension between VKM and Paul Heyman, and I think a lot of that just comes from professional pride.”
He further suggested that McMahon sees himself as the greatest promoter while Heyman sees himself as a “breakthrough promoter” and that these two ideologies would naturally clash, especially during an infamous PPV, like December to Dismember.

NBA suspends three players involved in altercation between Mavericks and Suns

The National Basketball Association (NBA) has suspended three players who were involved in an altercation between the Dallas Mavericks and Phoenix Suns on Friday.
Mavericks forward Naji Marshall has been suspended four games without pay and Suns center Jusuf Nurkić has been suspended three games without pay for their “involvement in an on-court altercation,” Joe Dumars, executive vice president, head of basketball operations announced on Saturday.
Mavericks forward PJ Washington was also suspended one game without pay for “escalating the on-court altercation.”
In the third quarter of Dallas’ 98-89 win over Phoenix at the Footprint Center, Nurkić committed an offensive foul which led to a scuffle between him and Marshall.
The 30-year-old Nurkić swung his arm at Marshall which led to Marshall throwing a punch at Nurkić.
As officials and players of both teams tried to de-escalate the situation, Washington pushed Nurkić to the floor.
Nurkić, Marshall and Washington were all assessed technical fouls and ejected from the game.
According to the league, the altercation did not end on the court.
Marshall “attempted to further engage Nurkić in a hostile manner in the corridor outside the locker rooms.”
Suns head coach Mike Budenholzer criticized Nurkić for his role in the situation.
“I think that level of altercation is not good for our team,” Budenholzer said to reporters after the game. “It’s not good for anybody individually, it’s not good for our league. I don’t know all the details of what got it to that point.”
Mavericks head coach Jason Kidd had a different take on the altercation.

“We don’t like seeing that in any cricket,” Langer, the former Australia coach, said during commentary for the Seven Network.
“There’ll be plenty said about this.” The incident happened after the 19-year-old Konstas had left India in a state of shock with his sensational stroke-play, taking down Bumrah, on his way to a 65-ball 60.
“Virat Kohli is such an experienced pro, being wound up by a 19 [year old],” Former England Ashes-winning captain Michael Vaughan told Fox Cricket.
“It’s Virat that walks into Sam.” Taufel, a five-time umpire of the year, too felt it was Kohli who got into Konstas’ line.

“My suggestion would be they’ll be looking at that seriously and likely do something about that now.” Kohli was later fined 20 percent of his match fee and awarded one demerit point for breaching Level 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct.
Australian skipper Ricky Ponting and former India coach Ravi Shastri also blamed Kohli for instigating the exchange.

Australian media seemed not too happy by ICC’s minor sanction on Kohli.
“Virat Kohli is free to play in the Sydney Test after avoiding a suspension for his physical altercation with Australia’s boy wonder Sam Konstas during a dramatic start to the Boxing Day Test,” wrote Sydney Morning Herald.

PHOENIX – Not long after operations resumed at Sky Harbor Airport following a shooting and stabbing investigation, an arrest was made in Terminal 4 – but police say this is unrelated to the earlier incident.
“This man received a text message that he believed there was an active shooter at Sky Harbor, said Sgt. Mayra Reeson of the Phoenix Police Department.
He later arrived at the scene with guns and got into an altercation with an officer.
“He was told by a relative at the airport a shooting occurred earlier in the evening. The man, later identified as 21-year-old Cole Nenon, handed his firearms to other individuals at the airport before he approached an officer who was posted just outside the shooting scene. Nenon appeared irate and began yelling at the officer as he approached him. The officer gave Nenon commands to stop but he did not. The officer was able to take the man to the ground and placed him under arrest,” police said in a release.
Police say Nenon struck and spat on an officer and he was booked on aggravated assault charges.
According to the report, three firearms were recovered and taken as evidence.
Investigators say the man was arrested and will be booked into jail.
Sky Harbor is one of the largest commercial airports in the United States, and is a hub for American Airlines. It’s also a main connecting point for passengers on Southwest and Frontier airlines.

Report: Big Dom had to separate Nick Sirianni, Zach Ertz in postgame altercation
Commanders tight end Zach Ertz and Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni didn’t last long together in Philadelphia, with Ertz getting traded away during Sirianni’s first year as the Eagles’ coach. Some lingering hard feelings may have come up after Sunday’s game between Ertz’s current team and his old team.
Sirianni and Ertz got into an altercation during postgame handshakes and had to be separated by Eagles chief security officer Dom DiSandro, according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

DiSandro, known as Big Dom, was ordered off the sideline last season after he got into a scuffle with 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw. This time it appears that DiSandro was a peacekeeper, not an instigator.
