The Philadelphia Flyers black third uniform, first used during the 2017 Stadium Series game before being adopted officially as a full-time uniform two years later. The uniform is black with the Flyers logo on the chest, an orange stripe on each sleeve and large black numbers trimmed in white. The large numbers were developed originally to be viewed easily from outdoor stadium seats.

NEW YORK (PIX11) – Drivers are catching a break this week with Alternate Side Parking being suspended for the fourth day in a row.
ASP will be suspended on Thursday for continued weather operations, according to the Department of Transportation. Parking meters remain in effect.
Parking rules have been suspended since Monday, initially due to the holiday. Snow and icy conditions brought on by Sunday’s storm have continued to impact parking rules.
To stay updated on Alternate Side Parking rules, New Yorkers are advised to check 311.

Alternate Side Parking suspended for fourth time this week: When and whyNew York City residents are rejoicing as Alternate Side Parking has been suspended for the fourth time this week. The suspension, which went into effect on Wednesday, will last until Friday due to ongoing street cleaning operations in the city.
The Department of Sanitation made the decision to suspend Alternate Side Parking in order to facilitate cleaning efforts and ensure the safety of residents during this time. Jalan Sultan Ismail flooded due to pipe break, disrupting traffic – lane closed, find alternate routes
The new year hasn’t exactly gotten off to an auspicious start, at least for those trundling back to work in downtown KL this morning. A pipe break on Jalan Sultan Ismail caused a minor flood in front of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, right under the Bukit Nanas Monorail station.
As a result of the problem, the leftmost southeast-bound lane was underwater, causing traffic disruption in the area; traffic police were on hand to help manage the situation. The flooding was reported by the Kuala Lumpur Command and Control Centre (KLCCC) at 7:40am this morning, and an hour later it posted an update showing the lane being closed and the water drained.
The pipe break appears to have caused extensive damage to the kerb and pavement, so expect repair works to continue disrupting traffic on the road for a while yet. We advise road users in the area to plan ahead and find alternate routes to their destination; those already stuck in the congestion should drive safe and pay extra attention to avoid worsening the situation.

Idina Menzel Soars on This Alternate Version of “Let It Go”
Kids have had “Let It Go” on repeat since Frozen was released in 2013 — so it only makes sense to perform the power ballad with some classroom instruments.
In March 2014, Idina Menzel — who voiced Elsa and sang “Let It Go” in the original Disney animated movie — joined Jimmy Fallon and The Roots for an installment of the iconic recurring Tonight Show segment — and the alternate version remains whimsically majestic.

Idina Menzel’s “Let It Go” performance with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots will give you chills
Fallon and the band played a variety of instruments including kazoo, xylophone, and bongos, while Menzel’s instruments were a triangle and her incredible voice.
Fallon kept the beat by playing some toy blocks (Fun fact: The “LIG” blocks stand for “Let It Go” and were borrowed from Fallon’s daughter, Winnie). Menzel sang the opening of the number, but it was when Fallon hit play on the Casio keyboard that the soaring ballad was kicked up a notch to the showtstopper the world knows by heart.
The Tonight Show Host provided some backing vocals, but left the difficult high notes for Menzel, who belted them effortlessly — while sitting down, no less.
Elsa is just one of the iconic roles Menzel has played throughout her career. She originated the role of Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway, and even made a special cameo in the 2024 film adaptation alongside with her original Wicked co-star Kristin Chenoweth.
“Let It Go” has been a phenomenon since its 2013 release — so much so that the song has been certified Diamond, meaning it “has moved at least 10 million equivalent units by combining sales and streaming numbers.”

“I’ll never get sick of it, honestly. People always think you get sick of singing a song over and over,” Menzel said on the American Idol red carpet in May 2024 after accepting the Diamond certificate for the song’s milestone achievement. “But the truth is, if you really listen and embrace it, songs take on new meanings depending on what’s happened in my life, who’s sitting out there in the audience, maybe a young kid in a blue dress.”
“You always have different people to sing it for or different realizations about yourself and what it means to you,” she continued. “I have heard a million stories, and each one is very profound and moving to me.”
