    I was in need of a bluetooth transmitter that had optical and line in, as well as be able to connect 2 devices at once. Looks like I found one of the better ones. Pairing was a breeze… after I found out the power adapter I tried to use wasn't powerful enough. You're going to need a decent power plug. Otherwise you'll be sitting there wondering if something is wrong. It just needs MORE POWER! heh
    Using the line in hooked up to the headphones output on my stereo. Mine doesn't have rca out, nor any other way but headphones output. It's one of those cheap combo stereos.
    It really works great!
    I've used a couple other Bluetooth transmitters and they didn't sound anywhere near as good as this one. The bonus of aptx adaptive is a huge plus. That works with my new Heavys headphones. The latency isn't noticeable to me at all. It's even better using the optical input. It's crisp. It's clear.
    This simple transmitter is a fantastic, simple, and inexpensive upgrade. It's well worth it in my opinion.

    Amazing device! I have a smart tv but it doesn’t have Bluetooth and this allows me to watch tv late at night without worrying about keeping apartment neighbors up.
    It was so simple to setup as well- only downside is that my xbox360 volume isn’t compatible and doesn’t work with device but it’s an old game system so understandable. All other devices and tv work perfectly! Great price and good device.

    Solves audio lag

    I had pretty bad audio lag with my new BT 5.3 Space One headphones using a BT 5.0 transmitter. Switched to a cheap allegedly BT 5.3 one and the lag was only less bad. This device delivered near zero lag with solid connectivity. One touch pairing works. Reconnects immediately when you turn headphones back on.

    I have EarFun Free Pro 3 Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds that support aptX. The EarFun app tells me that I have turned on the aptX feature. The problem is that the aptX light does not go on the Avantree Audikast 3 [2025 Version], I contacted Aventree several days ago and they have not gotten back to me so I am questioning support reliability. My spouse needs the aptX feature for lipsync when watching streaming movies. Right now it's off enough to be annoying.

    When lipsync is not an issue, the Aventree device works fine.

    I decided to try this out after my Sennheiser 120's died. I have been very happy. The connection is great and no delay on sync at all. I do have them connected to Sennheiser Accentum's which support APTX, APTX HD and APTX Adaptive. I think you will need headphones with APTX. I tried some other headphones that I own and had delay issues. Another pair that worked well were ANKBIT 600 Pros which were inexpensive on Amazon. Hope this is helpful. I would buy this again.

    Replaced unit works well

    I purchased one and it arrived DOA. The replacement unit works. There is a big issue with the sticker that covers the display. It has a QR code to get clearer instructions for set up. I recommend using this code and remove the sticker before setting up.
    I saw one review where a guy thought the unit he received was not the same product. His photo showed the sticker still in place. While the sticker is a great idea, it is not transparent and you can't tell what's going on if it is still in place. A great idea that must be causing a lot of returns and support calls.

    The downside to this product is that it defaults to optical input. If there is no audio coming from the source, it will switch back to optical from the Aux input. When audio begins, it takes some time for the device to switch to Aux causing no audio at the start of a song or TV show. This is the reason for my 4 stars. If they only detected the presence of an Aux when you plug it in, then there would be no input switching going on causing the delay at the start of an audio signal.
    The other issue I have is that the latency is not low enough to keep the audio synced with the video while using with TV shows. The product states low-latency, but it's not low enough.

    Es capaz de sincronizar con mi viejo receptor AV que tiene bluetooth 2.0 con muy buena calidad de audio.
    Tiene un gran retraso en la señal pero es por la versión de bluetooth del receptor.
    Tiene control de volumen y se puede conectar a dos dispositivos a la vez.
    Cuando lo compré tenía dudas porque sólo puedo usar la entrada auxiliar y había leído un comentario que decía que en cuanto desaparecía la señal de audio de la entrada auxiliar conmutaba automáticamente a la entrada óptica y que eso ocasionaba la pérdida de algunos segundos de audio al volver a enviar audio por la entrada auxiliar. Tengo Avantree Audikast 3 [Versión 2025], sólo uso la entrada auxiliar y eso no ocurre. Desde el momento que detecta un cable conectado sólo utiliza esa entrada.

    Ich habe in den letzten 2 Jahren zwei verschiedene Arten von Bluetooth-Transmittern ausprobiert, und beide waren problematisch – Verbindungsprobleme mit dem Headset, ständige Verbindungsabbrüche usw. Am Ende habe ich sie zurückgegeben.

    Mit dem AVANTREE hingegen hatte ich bisher keinerlei Probleme.
