#Barron #Tower #Trumps #Youngest #Son #Fathers #Footsteps #Set #Relaunch #Real #Estate #CompanyExclusive: Barron Trump’s New Real-Estate Business Revealed
President-elect Donald Trump‘s youngest son, 18-year-old Barron, is seemingly following in his father’s footsteps by incorporating a real estate business.
In 1971, Donald Trump took control of his father’s residential real estate company in his mid-twenties. So began a business empire of homes, luxury hotels, casinos and golf courses in the United States and worldwide, making Trump a global household name and providing the platform for his political rise.
As Trump prepares to return to the White House on Jan. 20, the business activities of his closest family members in hundreds of companies, which include his real estate, hotels and golf clubs, most of which are managed through holding company the Trump Organization, will attract more scrutiny partly because of questions of potential political influence.
Business filings reviewed by Newsweek show that Barron Trump incorporated a real-estate business in July 2024. In the same month, his older brother Eric Trump also launched a previously unreported firm. Barron Trump’s firm was dissolved in November after Trump won the presidential election, but one of his partners told Newsweek there were plans to relaunch it.
Newsweek contacted representatives for the Trump family for comment.

Barron, 18, was pivotal in advising his father on how to reach younger voters, according to media reports. Eric, 41, is key to his father’s business interests, serving alongside his other brother, Donald Trump Jr., 47, as the executive vice president of the Trump Organization.
The firm linked to Barron Trump, named Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc., is a real estate company incorporated on July 15, 2024, and dissolved on November 14, 2024, days after Donald Trump won the presidential election.
One of Barron Trump’s partners, Cameron Roxburgh, who attended the $40,000-a-year Palm Beach school Oxbridge Academy with him, told Newsweek the team dissolved the company to avoid media attention during the election but that it will be relaunched in the Spring.
Roxburgh told Newsweek the firm is a high-end real-estate development company that will have properties and golf courses in Utah, Arizona and Idaho. Roxburgh added that Donald Trump had offered his son private advice and approves of the idea. He said Donald Trump had not provided funding for the business but added that they aim for the company to be incorporated as a subsidiary of the Trump Organization, though there are no plans for this to happen yet.
The other incorporator, Carter Fulcher, is a partner of a luxury real estate company in Idaho, and the cousin of Idaho Republican Congressman Russ Fulcher. Roxburgh said Congressman Fulcher is not involved in the business. Newsweek contacted Congressman Fulcher’s representatives and Carter Fulcher for comment.
Mar-a-Lago address
The business’ principal office is listed at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, and it was incorporated in the state of Wyoming, which is considered a business-friendly state because of low taxes and minimal regulations. Barron is now studying at New York University’s Stern School of Business
Three days before Barron incorporated his venture, his brother Eric incorporated ET Talks LLC on July 12, 2024.
Little public information is available about the purpose of ET Talks. Corporate filings show the company is registered to Trump National Golf Club, Jupiter, the estate in which Eric lives with his wife, Lara Trump, a former Fox News contributor who served as the co-chair of the Republican National Committee from March to December 2024.
Filings list Lizebeth Kyprislidis, director of project coordination at the Trump Organization as a point of contact for correspondence relating to the incorporation of the business. Newsweek contacted the Trump Organization and Kyprislidis for comment.
While there are no federal laws of U.S. Constitution provisions that require a president to remove himself from business interests, The Trump Organization announced on Friday that Donald Trump will not have any involvement in managing his real estate company during his second term as president. He appointed an outside ethics adviser, lawyer William Burck, a longtime Republican, to avoid conflicts of interest.
Richard Painter, who served as former President George W. Bush‘s top ethics lawyer, told Newsweek that the President-elect’s sons’ business dealings could become problematic for Donald Trump if he invests or has any financial interest in them and doesn’t disclose this relationship publicly.
“To stay clean the President needs to not receive any money from any of these businesses or he has to disclose it,” he said.
He added that it was important that Donald Trump doesn’t “do anything in his official capacity that tries to promote these businesses or help them along.”
“That would be an abuse of public office,” he told Newsweek.
Aside from incorporating ET Talks, in recent months Eric Trump has also been promoting a cryptocurrency venture, World Liberty Financial, with Donald Trump Jr. Public information indicates that most of his other business activities involve subsidiaries of Donald Trump’s businesses.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump Jr. too has engaged in recent corporate activity. In November, Newsweek revealed that his eldest son, Donald Trump Jr. set up two new holding companies for a recreational boat and a hunting camp.
In a recent exclusive interview, Barron Trump has unveiled his new real-estate business venture. The youngest son of former President Donald Trump has been quietly working on building his own empire in the world of real estate. At just 15 years old, Barron has already shown a keen interest in the industry, following in his father’s footsteps. He has been studying the market, learning from industry experts, and honing his skills to become a successful real estate mogul.
Barron’s new business will focus on luxury properties, catering to high-end clients looking for exclusive and luxurious homes. With his family’s connections and his own knowledge of the industry, Barron is poised to make a big impact in the real estate world.
Stay tuned for more updates on Barron Trump’s new real-estate business as he continues to make his mark in the industry. This is definitely a venture to watch out for!

#tall #Barron #Trump #Hes #reportedly #tall #LeBron #JamesTexas’ Jahdae Barron, Michael Taaffe and Andrew Mukuba are spearheaded by their pride in being from the ‘512’
ATLANTA – In the immediate aftermath of Texas’ 31-12 road victory over No. 10 Michigan, Longhorns’ cornerback Jahdae Barron was filled with emotion as he spoke about the win being for “the 512” – representing the area code of Austin, Texas.
Barron along with safeties Andrew Mukuba and Michael Taaffe have been a driving force for Texas’ defense, being able to fulfill a dream as Austin natives who are all able to suit up for their hometown program.
As the trio head into Wednesday’s Peach Bowl matchup with Arizona State (12 p.m, ESPN) looking to extend their collegiate careers together for another game, each player gave extended thoughts on what “the 512” means to them.
“What people don’t realize is going back to the Bam Performance days, we used to start and end every workout by saying 512,” Barron said of the trio who have trained with Austin native and former Colorado State and Green Bay Packers’ defensive back Bernard “Bam” Blake going back to their high school days.
“I would say it’s a brotherhood, there was a time when everyone was overlooking the 512 and then things just started clicking. Because Westlake and Lake Travis [High Schools] have always been hot but I’m saying that now more schools are getting love like LBJ, Connally and Manor,” Barron said.
Taaffe, a Westlake High product who unlike Barron and Mukuba was a walk-on to open his collegiate career, spoke about what the 512 means to him.
“That has a lot of meaning, because not a lot of people recruit the 512, not a lot of people bet on the 512 when it’s in the conversation of Texas High School Football, everyone talks about Dallas, they talk about South Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, North Shore, but they don’t talk about us,” Taaffe said.
“Westlake is kind of the exception, but they talk about us as well-coached and physical players, but they don’t instantly think about talent when they think about Austin and the 512. So just being able to get guys like Drew and myself and Jahdae is so cool because being honest with you, we always talked about this going back to our high school days.”
Mukuba, who spent his first three seasons with Clemson before transferring to Texas to play his final year with Taaffe, Barron and the Longhorns, spoke about wanting to create a legacy in his hometown with his childhood friends.
“When I think of 512, I think of honestly just Austin legends, that’s all I ever wanted to be, guys like Jahdae Barron, Michael Taaffe, those are the guys that come to mind when I think of 512,” Mukuba said.
Barron pointed to other Austin area greats as examples of players who have helped put the 512 on the map, along with the success that this year’s Texas team is having with the trio leading the way.
“We’ve always been hot, but things started clicking when Deuce Vaughn did his thing at Cedar Ridge and getting drafted, then Tahj [Brooks] doing amazing things, so everything is just clicking for the city right now,” Barron said.
“Myself, Taaffe and Drew, the three of us training together made this a reality out of nothing, I wasn’t supposed to be here, I signed with Baylor initially and then Drew going to Clemson and Taaffe as a walk-on. It’s hella guys in the City of Austin doing great things and that’s all we’ve wanted to do is put on for the city.”
After turning down scholarship offers from other programs to suit up for the Longhorns, Taaffe has round into one of the top safeties in the nation.
When asked why Central Texas high school football is overlooked, Taaffe gave extended thoughts while also jokingly expressing a desire that the trio could have played together when he was at Westlake.
“I think you’ve got all these four-and-five star guys in Dallas, in Houston, in East Texas and I don’t know if that’s because there’s not a lot of camps in Austin or whatnot,” Taaffe said.
“I wasn’t really big and all that recruiting stuff just because of my story as a walk-on, but when the pads come on, you got teams in Lake Travis, Westlake, Vandegrift, Dripping Springs, LBJ you have some many teams in the 512 and Central Texas that can play really good ball. Jahdae and Drew should have gotten over to Westlake so we could have balled out even more and really put the 512 on the map,” Taaffe said.
When made aware of Taaffe’s wish that the trio had played together for Westlake, Mukuba had his own alternate desire of how their high school days could have played out.
“Nah, I would say I wish they Jahdae and Taaffe would have come to LBJ to play,” Mukuba said while laughing at Taaffe’s suggestion.
As the three players are set to take on Arizona State, Taaffe was reflective when thinking about their journey and the fact that they get to take the field together as teammates for another playoff game.
“You know, for it to play out like this where we’re actually all playing really good ball as teammates is so cool, so 512, has definitely been put on the map, and we are definitely proud to be from the 512 and to represent the 512,” Taaffe said.
Texas’ Jahdae Barron, Michael Taaffe, and Andrew Mukuba are not just star football players for the University of Texas Longhorns, they are also proud representatives of their hometown of Austin, Texas. Known as the ‘512,’ Austin is a city rich in culture, music, and of course, football. These three athletes have not only excelled on the field, but they have also embraced their roots and proudly represent the ‘512’ wherever they go. Whether it’s wearing their Austin gear, talking about their favorite local spots, or simply sharing stories about growing up in the city, Barron, Taaffe, and Mukuba are always quick to show their love for their hometown.
Their pride in being from the ‘512’ is not just about where they come from, but it’s also about the strong sense of community, support, and resilience that defines Austin. As they continue to make a name for themselves in the world of college football, Jahdae Barron, Michael Taaffe, and Andrew Mukuba are not just representing the Longhorns, they are representing the ‘512’ and all that it stands for.
