In addition to attempting a lot of shots by the rim, the Nittany Lions also get to the free-throw line a lot. If the Wolverines want to meaningfully defend the post without running into foul trouble, they must get back on defense, especially off of missed shots and turnovers. 

    -Find some outside shooting. Michigan’s last two games have been their worst two in effective field-goal percentage of the entire season. Prior to their last three games, the Wolverines led the nation in the category. If Michigan wants to get back on track, it must return to form shooting the ball, especially in a home game against a team that struggles to defend on the road.

    The Phoenix went down to the Kings on Wednesday night, with coach Josh King saying while he was disappointed in the result, he couldn’t say the same about the spirited effort his side showed.
