  • Eagles Projected To Add 11.5-Sack Star To Replace Brandon Graham

The Philadelphia Eagles have a fantastic roster but there could be even more pieces coming this offseason.

The easiest way for the Eagles to make a difference would be to add another big piece to the National Football League Draft. Philadelphia won’t have an early pick, but that doesn’t mean they can’t add a solid piece.

The Athletic’s Dane Brugler made a mock draft and projected Philadelphia to land Ohio State EDGE JT Tuimoloau.

“Philadelphia Eagles: JT Tuimoloau, Edge, Ohio State,” Tuimoloau said. “With Josh Sweat and Brandon Graham possibly moving on, the Eagles will be looking for reinforcements on the edges this offseason. Tuimoloau (6-4, 270) is a smart, alert player who plays the run well and also can get after the quarterback. In three College Football Playoff games this year, he has combined for 17 total pressures.”

Graham is a team legend who initially made it known that he would be hanging up his cleats after the season. He has since hinted that may not be the case, but anything could end up happening. No matter what happens, adding a young talent like Tuimoloau would make perfect sense. He logged 11.5 sacks in 15 games for Ohio State and is one of the better defensive ends in the upcoming draft class.

If the Eagles could land him this offseason in the NFL Draft, that seems like it could end up being an absolute win. Hopefully, they end up having a late pick, though, meaning a deep playoff run.

More NFL: Eagles Are ‘Dream’ Landing Spot For 12-Sack Game-Breaker

The Philadelphia Eagles are reportedly set to add a 11.5-sack star to their roster to replace the recently departed Brandon Graham. With Graham’s departure, the Eagles are in need of a strong pass rusher to fill the void left by the veteran defensive end.

The addition of a player with 11.5 sacks to their defense will undoubtedly bolster the Eagles’ pass rush and help solidify their defensive line. This move is sure to excite fans and give the Eagles a much-needed boost on defense.

Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting roster move as the Eagles continue to make moves to strengthen their team for the upcoming season. #FlyEaglesFly

  • Eagles predicted to add 6’5, 22.5-sack stud to replace Brandon Graham

The Philadelphia Eagles entered the second half of the regular season with one of the most air-tight starting lineups in football. Their depth will be tested going forward, though, following a season-ending injury to Nakobe Dean.

Inside linebacker was a spot the team could ill afford to lose a starter. Dean and running mate Zack Baun locked their respective positions down all season, ranking among the team leaders in overall defensive snaps.

Philly’s group of EDGE defenders are in a similar boat. With franchise icon Brandon Graham on injured reserve, and Bryce Huff now basically phased out of the rotation completely, the Eagles are down to Josh Sweat, Nolan Smith Jr. and rookie Jalyx Hunt at what looks to be the team’s biggest need entering the 2025 offseason.

With Sweat playing on an expiring contract himself, Dane Brugler of The Athletic predicts the Eagles will go EDGE in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft, sending Ohio State phenom J.T. Tuimoloau to Philly in his latest two-round mock draft.

Here was his take on the imposing 6-foot-5 pass rusher who has racked up 22.5 sacks over his three seasons with the Buckeyes:

With Josh Sweat and Brandon Graham possibly moving on, the Eagles will be looking for reinforcements on the edges this offseason. Tuimoloau (6-4, 270) is a smart, alert player who plays the run well and also can get after the quarterback. In three College Football Playoff games this year, he has combined for 17 total pressures.

This pick would make a ton of sense for GM Howie Roseman and the Eagles, who already have a ton of future cash allocated to the offensive side of the football. The team loaded up on defense in the 2024 draft, taking Quinyon Mitchell, Cooper DeJean and Hunt with their first three picks. That strategy figures to continue this April, with Roseman looking to stockpile elite young talent on defense on affordable rookie contracts.

Philly’s situation at EDGE is exacerbated by Huff, who the team signed to a brutal $51 million contract this past offseason. Huff missed some time with a wrist injury, but he’s healthy now and played just one single snap in last week’s playoff game against the Packers.

The Eagles will likely seek an exit plan from Huff’s contract in 2025, possibly via trade. With Graham likely to consider retirement coming off a torn triceps, the time is now to add a stud EDGE like Tuimoloau in April’s draft.

Fans will get to see the former five-star recruit in action on Monday night, as Ohio State squares off with Notre Dame for college football’s national title.

The Philadelphia Eagles are rumored to be eyeing a massive upgrade for their defense by potentially adding a 6’5, 22.5-sack stud to replace veteran Brandon Graham. With Graham’s future uncertain, this potential addition could bring a new level of dominance to the Eagles’ defensive line. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting development! #FlyEaglesFly #DefenseUpgrade

  • Brandon Miller Has Torn Wrist Ligament, Out Indefinitely

Hornets forward Brandon Miller, who missed Friday’s game vs. Chicago due to what was originally referred to as a right wrist sprain, has been diagnosed with a torn scapholunate ligament after undergoing an MRI, the team announced in a press release.

The Hornets didn’t provide a recovery timeline for Miller, simply ruling him out indefinitely.

While each case is different, this injury typically requires surgery and results in a layoff that’s measured in months rather than days or weeks. Kenrich Williams, Khris Middleton, T.J. McConnell, Bradley Beal, and Jaylen Brown are among the players who have gone under the knife to have a torn scapholunate ligament repaired in recent years.

It’s a disappointing turn of events for the No. 2 overall pick from the 2023 draft, who finished third in Rookie of the Year voting last season and was having a solid sophomore campaign in 2024/25. Through 27 games (all starts), Miller has averaged 21.0 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 3.6 assists in 34.2 minutes per night, with a shooting line of .403/.355/.861.

The timing is especially unfortunate for the Hornets, who had just recently gotten their top four scorers – Miller, LaMelo Ball, Miles Bridges, and Mark Williams – healthy together for the first time all season. Entering Friday, the quartet had starting four consecutive games together alongside Josh Green. The Hornets went 2-2 in those contests, with its starting five posting a +14.5 net rating.

Nick Smith Jr. started in Miller’s place on Friday and had a good night, with 15 points in 26 minutes in a win over Chicago, so he’ll likely get another opportunity in that role. Seth Curry, who has earned a few starts this season when Miller was unavailable, returned to the rotation for the first time in two weeks on Friday and also figures to play an increased role going forward.

The Atlanta Hawks announced today that guard Brandon Miller has suffered a torn wrist ligament and will be out indefinitely. The injury occurred during a recent practice session, and Miller will undergo further evaluation to determine the best course of treatment. The team is hopeful for a full recovery for the talented young player, but his absence will undoubtedly be felt on the court. Stay tuned for updates on Miller’s condition and return to play. #GetWellSoonBrandon #AtlantaHawks

  • Raptors use Brandon Jennings to troll Jayson Tatum after win

The ongoing verbal clash involving former NBA guard Brandon Jennings and Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum welcomed another member Wednesday — the Toronto Raptors.

The Raptors defeated the Celtics 110-97, ending a 10-game losing streak against Boston. Tatum had 16 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists on 5-of-15 shooting.

Toronto’s 10th win of the season came with a calculated troll postgame as it posted a picture of Jennings.

Boston’s star and Jennings have engaged in a back-and-forth the past week on social media.

While on Gilbert Arenas’ podcast Jan. 5, Jennings asked if Tatum was the “softest Boston Celtics superstar ever,” pointing to Jaylen Brown being last season’s NBA Finals MVP.

“If you’re so tough, why you didn’t get Finals MVP last year?” Jennings said, while Arenas and co-host Lexie Brown offered pushback. “Why’d you let your running mate [Jaylen Brown] do it?”

He slightly walked back his soft comment, saying rather that he would be more afraid of Brown on the court.

“Not afraid, more just like, it’s going to be tough today. Damn, I got to be on my s— today,” he added.

Tatum responded in various ways, including a caption from an Instagram post last week

Last Friday, he addressed it in a postgame news conference after losing to the Sacramento Kings.

Tatum clarified he’s not mad, but “had some time [Thursday]” to address it. But he said he wasn’t surprised that all the noise around his play hasn’t gone away after winning a title.

“Surprised? No. I think it comes with being one of the best players in the league,” Tatum said. “The more you accomplish, the more it gives people the opportunity to nitpick at things. If I wasn’t who I was or had a certain status, people would probably not talk about me as much. But I’m not the first superstar in league history to deal with this. It comes with it.”

Jennings stirred the pot again Tuesday, arguing that Tatum isn’t a top-five Celtic of all time. He put Bill Russell, Paul Pierce, Kevin McHale, Larry Bird and Kevin Garnett on his list, again receiving pushback from Arenas.

Whether or not Jennings will slow down, the Raptors made sure to get their troll in while the iron was hot.

After the Toronto Raptors pulled off an impressive victory over the Boston Celtics, they didn’t waste any time in rubbing salt in the wound. In a hilarious move, the Raptors decided to use newly acquired guard Brandon Jennings to troll Celtics star Jayson Tatum.

During the post-game press conference, Jennings was asked about his thoughts on the win and couldn’t resist taking a playful jab at Tatum. “Yeah, it was a great team effort out there tonight. We really came together and played some solid basketball. And hey, maybe next time Tatum will think twice before trying to take on the Raptors,” Jennings said with a smirk.

The comment quickly went viral on social media, with fans and pundits alike chiming in on the playful banter. Some praised the Raptors for their clever use of Jennings to get under Tatum’s skin, while others commended Tatum for taking the joke in stride.

Regardless of how you feel about the situation, one thing is for sure: the Raptors know how to have fun and keep things light-hearted, even after a big win. And who knows, maybe this will ignite a new rivalry between Tatum and the Raptors that will only add more excitement to future matchups. Stay tuned!

  • Tom Welling, Brandon Routh, Tyler Hoechlin & 3 Other Superman Actors Unite For A Picture Celebrating 31 Years Of Man Of Steel Adaptations

Several iconic Superman actors have united to celebrate the hero’s on-screen history through a special DC photo event. Across the world of television and film, multiple actors have played Superman in live-action and various animated properties. With the Man of Steel continuing to be one of Hollywood’s most beloved superheroes, Superman’s fanbase has only expanded from generation to generation, and once in every while, fans are lucky to meet multiple Supermen in person.

At the recent Fan Expo New Orleans event, a passionate Superman fan and cosplayer @Mikel_Byrnes shared a new photo with him and not one but six different actors who have played Krypton’s last son in live-action and animation. Check it out below:

Byrnes was suited up as the Man of Steel next to Smallville’s Tom Welling, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman’s Dean Cain, Justice League/Justice League Unlimited’s George Newbern, Superman: The Animated Series’ Tim Daly, Superman & Lois’ Tyler Hoechlin, and Superman Returns’ Brandon Routh. While Routh is the only Superman actor who got his DC start through film, he reprised the role in 2019’s Arrowverse crossover event, Crisis on Infinite Earths.

What The Superman Actor Photo Means For The Man Of Steel’s Legacy

Having incredible moments like these, where fans get to share a minute or two with Welling, Routh, Hoechlin, Cain, Daly, and Newsbern, serves as a reminder that Superman has a huge history and a global fanbase. As Superman’s story continues to get reimagined, there will always be new fans all over the world who discover the DC legend outside the realm of comics. From the many Superman movies and TV shows that continue to be produced, there is a Man of Steel for every fan, depending on their preferences.

Even when one Superman franchise comes to a conclusion, it doesn’t mean that the world stops celebrating said movie or TV show version of the Man of Tomorrow. That is why it became such a big deal when Welling and Routh got to join Hoechlin in Crisis on Infinite Earths back in 2019 as their versions of Clark Kent, as it honors what came before while also celebrating what was happening in DC’s current media. This is also why it is incredibly special to be able to have a similar moment in real-life with several Superman stars at the same time.

Our Take On The Superman Actor Photo

James Gunn's New Version of the Superman Movie Logo

Seeing this many Superman actors united with fans only emphasizes the importance of the character and his place in pop culture, as he continues to be one of the world’s most famous superheroes. With these moments still happening just as the Man of Steel is about to be re-introduced to the big-screen with David Corenswet’s Superman movie in James Gunn’s DC Universe, the photo reinforces the idea that the DC icon will always remain relevant for decades to come. Hopefully, there will be a time when a DC live-action project can bring several Superman actors together for a special story.

  • Warriors could offer Pelicans two different packages for Brandon Ingram

Warriors could offer Pelicans two different packages for Brandon Ingram

Examining possible trade packages for New Orleans Pelicans All-Star Brandon Ingram…

What could the Golden State Warriors offer for Ingram?

The Warriors have a couple of different packages to offer for Ingram, who is definitively on the trade block, as reported by Forbes’ Evan Sidery on Tuesday.

    Ingram Package A

    • Andrew Wiggins
    • Brandin Podziemski
    • Gary Payton II (expiring)
    • 2029 first-rounder
    • 2031 first-rounder

    Ingram Package B

    • Jonathan Kuminga
    • Andrew Wiggins
    • Brandin Podziemski

The difference between the two packages is the presence or absence of the greatest asset the Warriors have to offer: 22-year-old Jonathan Kuminga.

Kuminga’s stock is soaring and he looks like a future star of late. Golden State probably wouldn’t feel that Package B is worth their while, especially with Ingram on an expiring, which is why they definitely wouldn’t include any picks (if they were to remotely consider offering this package at all, which is doubtful).

Package A is a more realistic scenario from the Warriors’ perspective, although they’d probably start negotiations with only one first-rounder included and might back out if New Orleans demanded two first-rounders.

It all depends on how highly Golden State values Ingram as a potential Robin to Stephen Curry’s Batman for the next few months. Do the Warriors really feel that Ingram would move the needle and be able to operate as that second star they’ve been looking for?

If so, the Dubs might want to work out some kind of deal that resembles Package A. Then again, if Golden State pulled off acquiring Ingram without giving up Kuminga, the entire NBA would be astonished and the Pelicans’ front office would have many questions to answer.

A deal between these two teams would be extremely difficult to negotiate. There are other options for New Orleans to explore, including a possible trade with the New York Knicks, the details of which can be found below.

More NBA: Juicy trade packages for Brandon Ingram: New York Knicks

The Golden State Warriors have been linked to New Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram in recent trade rumors, and it’s no surprise considering the Warriors’ desire to add another scoring threat to their already potent lineup.

There are two potential trade packages that the Warriors could offer the Pelicans for Ingram, each with its own set of pros and cons.

Package 1: Andrew Wiggins, James Wiseman, and a future first-round pick
This package would involve the Warriors giving up two young players in Wiggins and Wiseman, along with a future first-round pick. Wiggins has shown flashes of his potential as a scorer and defender, while Wiseman has shown promise as a rim protector and rebounder. However, both players are still developing and may not have the same immediate impact as a player like Ingram.

Package 2: Jordan Poole, Eric Paschall, and two future first-round picks
This package would involve the Warriors giving up two young role players in Poole and Paschall, along with two future first-round picks. Poole has shown improvement as a scorer and playmaker, while Paschall provides solid scoring off the bench. However, neither player has the same potential as Ingram and may not be enough to entice the Pelicans to make a deal.

Ultimately, it will be up to the Warriors and Pelicans to decide if a trade for Ingram makes sense for both teams. The Warriors have the assets to put together a competitive offer, but it remains to be seen if the Pelicans are willing to part ways with their star forward.

  • What Happened to Brandon Aiyuk? Examining Why the 49ers’ Star WR Remains Sidelined

What Happened to Brandon Aiyuk? Examining Why the 49ers’ Star WR Remains Sidelined

The 2024 season has been a rough year for Brandon Aiyuk. After an explosive 2023 campaign, he was looking for an extension with the San Francisco 49ers, which resulted in a lengthy negotiation period. Moreover, conversations about potential trades also started making the rounds before San Francisco acquiesced and gave him a four-year extension worth $120 million.

Since then, the year has been far from what the team or Aiyuk were anticipating. After arguably the best year of his short career, he has followed it up with arguably the worst one. That was before he was sidelined, further messing up matters.

    PFN Playoff Predictor
Try out Pro Football Network’s FREE playoff predictor, where you can simulate every game of the NFL season and see how it all shakes out!

    Why Is Brandon Aiyuk Sidelined?

A Super Bowl rematch was a chance for the 49ers to get things back on track for the season. However, not only did they lose yet again to the Kansas City Chiefs, but they also lost Aiyuk in the game.

A back-and-forth contest saw QB Brock Purdy target him in the second quarter. Unfortunately, a hard tackle from both sides saw Aiyuk get sandwiched between two Chiefs players, and he was immediately on the ground. Replays showed his leg bending out of shape, and medical staff had to rush to his aid. Eventually, he came out to the sideline before being carted off to the locker room.

While it was clear that the injury was nothing to scoff at, the true extent of the damage came out later. Eventually, news came out that Aiyuk had torn both his ACL and MCL simultaneously.

How Long Will Aiyuk Be Out?

Aiyuk was immediately placed on the injured reserve list, ending his season. The timeline for his eventual return, though, remains in flux.

With multiple ligament injuries and the timing in Week 7, a specific date is hard to specify. Usually, in the case of a singular season-ending injury, next season is a safe bet for a starting point. But given the extent and brutality of his injury, a 2025 season opener might be in jeopardy.

It is likely that the WR misses out on OTAs, training camps, and even preseason work. His exact integration back into the offense might be a dream for the early parts of next season. However, an exact timeline remains in doubt.

Thankfully, the lengthy negotiation period had fruitful results for Aiyuk. Given the nature of the sport, a season-ending and life-altering injury is never too far away. With his contract extension, he is set to remain with the team until 2028. As a result, he will have the time to bounce back and re-establish himself as a premier wide receiver in the league.

Who’s Stepping Up in Aiyuk’s Absence?

Since his injury, the obvious onus was set on WR Deebo Samuel Jr. and TE George Kittle. But with Samuel having one of the worst seasons of his career, Jauan Jennings has instead taken up a large portion of the responsibility.

First bursting onto the scene with a TD in the Super Bowl, Jennings has quickly become a consistent and reliable part of the San Francisco attack. On the season, he has 856 yards on just 63 receptions, while adding six TDs as well.

Samuel, on the other hand, has just 665 yards in the year, which is a far cry from his All-Pro numbers. Even though operating as a tight end, Kittle is having one of the best seasons of his already splendid career. In just 13 games, he is already good for 967 yards.

Depending on his performance and availability over the final two games of the year, he might finish with his best numbers since 2018. While they are out of the playoff race, the emergence of Jennings and the continued excellence of Kittle give the 49ers something to write home about.

The San Francisco 49ers have been dealing with a puzzling situation surrounding star wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk. Aiyuk, who had a breakout rookie season in 2020, has been sidelined for several weeks with no clear explanation as to why.

Many fans and analysts have been left scratching their heads, wondering what could have possibly happened to Aiyuk. Some have speculated that he may be dealing with an injury, while others have suggested that there may be some internal issues between Aiyuk and the coaching staff.

Whatever the reason may be, the absence of Aiyuk has been felt on the field. The 49ers’ passing game has struggled without their top wide receiver, and the offense as a whole has been lacking explosiveness.

As the mystery surrounding Aiyuk’s absence continues to grow, it is crucial for the 49ers to address the situation and get their star receiver back on the field as soon as possible. Until then, fans will have to wait and see what exactly happened to Brandon Aiyuk and when he will return to action.

49ers update on Brandon Aiyuk good news on recovery from knee injury

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk has a long way to go in his recovery from a knee injury he suffered Week 7. However, head coach Kyle Shanahan had a positive update on Aiyuk when he spoke with media Saturday.

Aiyuk, who tore his ACL and MCL after taking a low hit against the Kansas City Chiefs, had surgery and is in the team facility going through his rehab.

“Yeah, he’s plugging along with that,” said Shanahan. “The rehab guys I don’t see too much of. They come in early in the morning and they’re usually out of here before we get off the practice field. But he went to L.A. for surgery, did the rehab there for a while, but he’s been back here like the last month or so going through his process, working hard. It’s a long process, but he’s on track.”

There’s still no clear date on when the 49ers expect Aiyuk to return, but his early progress is a good sign. The key will be ensuring the 2023 All-Pro doesn’t have any setbacks that might cost him even more time. Ideally Aiyuk would return at some point during training camp so he could ramp up for the regular season, but the team also isn’t going to rush the 26-year-old back into action.

Aiyuk hauled in 25 receptions for 374 yards in seven games in 2024. He’s up to 294 catches, 4,305 yards and 25 touchdowns in 69 games across four seasons.

The latest update on San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk brings good news on his recovery from a knee injury. Aiyuk, who suffered the injury during training camp, has been making significant progress in his rehab and is on track to return to the field sooner than expected.

According to team sources, Aiyuk has been diligent in his rehabilitation efforts and has shown no signs of setbacks. He has been participating in light drills and workouts, and is reportedly ahead of schedule in his recovery timeline.

The 49ers coaching staff is optimistic about Aiyuk’s potential return in the near future, with some speculating that he could be back on the field as soon as the next game. Aiyuk’s presence would be a huge boost to the team’s offense, as he has shown great promise as a playmaker and dynamic receiver.

Fans can look forward to seeing Aiyuk back in action soon, as he continues to progress in his recovery and prepare for his return to the field. Stay tuned for more updates on Aiyuk’s recovery and his potential return to the lineup for the 49ers.
