Hey everyone, I recently purchased the LG Tone Platinum HBS-510 Wireless Stereo Headset in Black and unfortunately, after just a few uses, the hinge on one side has broken.

I was really disappointed as I loved the sound quality and comfort of these headphones, but now I’m left with a broken pair that won’t stay on my head properly.

I reached out to LG customer service and they were very helpful in arranging a replacement for me, but I wanted to share my experience with others who may be considering purchasing these headphones.

Overall, I would still recommend the LG Tone Platinum HBS-510 for their great sound quality and comfort, but just be aware of the potential issue with the hinges.
