On the February 1st episode of WWE Speed, Dragon Lee defended the WWE Speed Championship against Chad Gable. They battled back and forth, and Gable gained the upper hand. Lee rallied, and Gable took control again. Gable powerbombed Lee and grounded him. Lee persevered, and he ultimately scored the win with an inverted DDT.
The match marked Lee’s first in-ring action since the WWE Main Event taping on December 16th, as he missed some time as he was helping his pregnant wife prepare for the arrival of their child.
Lee previously won the WWE Speed Championship by defeating Andrade on the November 20th episode of WWE Speed.
In an intense and high-flying matchup, Dragon Lee successfully defended his WWE Speed Title against Chad Gable in a thrilling encounter.
Both competitors brought their A-game to the ring, showcasing their incredible athleticism and technical prowess. Gable, known for his amateur wrestling background, brought his technical skills to the forefront, while Dragon Lee relied on his high-flying and daredevil moves to gain the upper hand.
The match was filled with near falls and back-and-forth action, keeping the crowd on the edge of their seats. In the end, it was Dragon Lee who emerged victorious, hitting his signature move, the Dragon Driver, to secure the win and retain his title.
Congratulations to Dragon Lee on a hard-fought victory and to Chad Gable for putting up a valiant effort. The WWE Speed Title remains in the hands of a deserving champion.

In case you missed it, shocking allegations about the latter hit the internet on January 30, 2025, and since then, football fans everywhere haven’t been able to stop talking about it.
On his podcast with Shannon Sharpe, Chad Johnson addressed the accusations against Tucker. According to him, there has to be a reason for the rumors.
Chad Johnson: ‘Where There’s Smoke, There’s Fire’
According to a detailed report released in January 2025, several massage therapists in the Baltimore, Maryland, area have come forward to share their alleged experiences with Tucker.
For those unfamiliar with the NFL player, he joined the league in 2012 after signing with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent. Since then, he’s only sharpened his skills, making him one of the most accurate kickers the league has seen.
Reports allege Tucker’s misconduct with the victims took place over some time, beginning during his rookie season in 2012 through 2016, one year after tying the knot with his wife, whom he met in college.
During an episode of Johnson’s weekly podcast with Sharpe, “Nightcap,” the former Bengals legend spoke out about the news, saying the allegations about the kicker didn’t sound too good. According to him, when “that many accusers” share a similar story, there must be some truth to it. “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire,” he said.
Sharpe Says Tucker Is Innocent Until Proven Guilty
After Johnson shared his initial thoughts about the recent reports surrounding Tucker, Sharpe also chimed in, saying that the public must remain unbiased in this case until it’s handled in a court of law.
“I think it’s only fair that Justin Tucker, at this point in time, deserves his innocence. He deserves to be heard.” However, Sharpe did seem to hold space for those who decided to speak out and share their story.
The 56-year-old and three-time Super Bowl champion continued, saying the league he once dominated in doesn’t take “very kindly” to allegations like this about its players. The “Club Shay Shay” host also made sure to let his listeners know that society must do better by “holding people accountable with things like this if it is proven.”
Johnson seemingly agreed, saying he hoped the league would “do their due justice in finding out” if the allegations against Tucker were true.

Six women, who all requested anonymity, came forward with allegations against the Ravens’ standout kicker in a detailed report. According to several of the therapists, the athlete’s behavior was sometimes so appalling that they had to end many of his sessions early. Additionally, two spas allegedly banned the 35-year-old from using their facilities after repeated complaints about his behavior.
One therapist said they’d been waiting for someone to take their allegations against Tucker seriously; however, “people … act like it’s hot gossip or a joke,” they said. “But it was really degrading.”
Five of the spa employees revealed Tucker requested massages around his inner thighs while he was erect. However, per the report, the questionable behavior didn’t end there. They also claimed the kicker would adjust his body during sessions to expose his genitals under the sheets.
Chad Johnson Says Tucker’s Behavior Is A ‘Pattern’

Although Sharpe and Johnson said they’re waiting for the NFL and legal system to play out before making stronger assertions about the case, they did acknowledge the number of victims who came forward to share their stories.
“It’s tough when there’s so many [accusers],” Sharpe said before Johnson said that the accusations against Tucker sound like routine behavior.
“That’s a pattern, too, if you think about it,” Johnson said. “Now, when you have a problem, and there’s an issue with one person, that’s one thing. Now, there, a person deserves their true innocence until proven guilty. Now, if you have a pattern of behavior, and it’s all coming from different people, that’s different. Everybody can’t be lying.”
“There’s an issue that lies there … if it’s happening multiple times and multiple people all have the same story, everybody can’t be lying. Everybody can’t be in cahoots at the same time.”
Tucker Denied All Allegations
Tucker responded to the startling allegations about him in a social media post online, calling the claims “unequivocally false.” As he went on, he denied the therapists’ accounts, saying he’s never been removed from spas or massage sessions due to “misconduct.”
Tucker said the claims were part of a “preconceived narrative” to garner attention by using his name.
As he finished, the kicker, who won a Super Bowl in 2013, called the accusations “devastating” after explaining that he’s always been mindful of his behavior while interacting with members of the Baltimore community. “I maintain I did not act inappropriately at any point before, during, or after a professional bodywork treatment session,” he wrote.
The NFL also released a statement about the news, saying a reporter notified the organization about the claims. “We take any allegation seriously and will look into the matter,” the league said.
NFL star Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson took to social media to react to the recent allegations against Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker. Tucker has been accused of cheating during games by using a foreign substance on the football to enhance his performance.
In a series of tweets, Johnson expressed his thoughts on the situation, saying, “Everybody can’t be lying. If there’s smoke, there’s fire. Let’s wait for all the facts to come out before passing judgment. But this doesn’t look good for Tucker.”
Johnson, known for his outspoken personality, continued to tweet about the issue, calling for a thorough investigation into the allegations and urging the NFL to take action if necessary.
As the controversy surrounding Tucker continues to unfold, it’s clear that the football community is divided on the matter. However, Ochocinco’s comments serve as a reminder that integrity and fair play are essential in the game of football.

After a prolonged and detailed search to land a general manager for the football program, USC struck a blow at its rival in hiring away Chad Bowden from Notre Dame.
FootballScoop.com, 247Sports.com’s Matt Zenitz and others were first to report the news.
USC has yet to officially announce the hire.
As for why it’s such a big deal, Bowden was just recently named FootballScoop.com’s Player Personnel Director of the Year.
Bowden carried the title of assistant athletics director/general manager at Notre Dame. He initially followed coach Marcus Freeman (then the defensive coordinator) to Notre Dame in 2021 and took on the role of defensive recruiting coordinator in an analyst role before Freeman promoted Bowden to director of recruiting for the entire program once he became head coach.
Michigan made a run at poaching him a year ago before he opted to remain with the Irish.
“He’s elite at what he does, and he’s one of the hardest workers I know,” Freeman said of Bowden in December of 2023 on Wake Up the Echoes, a video podcast produced by Notre Dame’s in-house Fighting Irish Media. “There’s times where I’m actually like envious of the relationships he has with our recruits — maybe even with my kids. My kids, when they come to the office, most of the time they say, ‘Hi, Dad.’ They go right into the recruiting office and spend time with Chad and his staff, because they have a unique ability to bring those kids in and communicate and spend time with them.
“That’s trust. Trust is built over time. That’s why I’ve always wanted to work with him. He’s a hard worker. He’s a really good person. Most of the time he has outside the box ideas. He pushes me. Like one of our things is ‘The Golden Standard’. Challenge everything. You talk about a guy that challenges me to think outside of the box to get outside my comfort zone, sometimes I gotta say no. He is a guy that makes me better.”
Notre Dame’s recruiting classes ranked No. 6 in 2022, No. 11 in 2023, No. 9 in 2024 and No. 11 in 2025.
USC has had Dave Emerick in the role of senior associate athletic director for football / general manager. A long-time friend of Riley whom he brought over from Mississippi State, it’s unclear what his role in the new structure of USC football will be or the exact responsibilities Bowden will take on in this new world of college football with revenue sharing management on top of NIL.
Either way, the response around college football reverberates that the Trojans just made a major addition to their operation.
The University of Southern California (USC) has made a major move in the world of college football by hiring Chad Bowden as their new football General Manager. Bowden, who previously served in a similar role at Notre Dame, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to the Trojans.
During his time at Notre Dame, Bowden played a crucial role in building a strong and competitive football program. Under his leadership, the Fighting Irish experienced significant success on the field, including multiple bowl game appearances and a national championship berth.
USC is hoping that Bowden’s expertise and vision will help elevate their football program to new heights. With his proven ability to recruit top talent, implement strategic game plans, and foster a winning culture, Bowden is expected to make an immediate impact on the Trojans.
Fans and alumni of USC are excited about the hiring of Bowden and are optimistic about the future of the football program under his guidance. With his leadership, the Trojans are poised to become a dominant force in college football once again.
Notre Dame will be looking for two crucial pieces on its staff just days into the offseason. Defensive coordinator Al Golden left for the Cincinnati Bengals and general manager Chad Bowden has taken the same position at USC.
Bowden was prompted to GM last March after turning down a similar opportunity at Michigan under head coach Sherrone Moore.
It’s a surprise in a sport of surprises as Bowden had been Marcus Freeman’s right-hand man dating back to their time at Cincinnati.
Bowden’s rise up the ranks has been a quick one. He started off in a low role at Cincinnati get his foot in the door before working his way to be Director of Recruiting for the Bearcats. When Freeman took the defensive coordinator job at Notre Dame, Bowden moved to South Bend to work as his assistant before becoming the Director of Recruiting the next year.
Per John Brice at FootballScoop, Bowen was making between $275,000-300,000 and is set to make $1million annually.
The success in the personnel side of the sport shouldn’t be a surprise given his father, Jim, was the GM for the Cincinnati Reds for several years in the 90s.
“I think for me, it’s the reason I am who I am today,” Bowden told ISD in 2022. “My dad was brash, cocky, arrogant, but was also really hard-working and understood talent, understood player personnel, understood people.
“He was a big public figure in the city of Cincinnati. He was able to bring in Ken Griffey Jr. and I was part of that. I was able to watch that and able to watch him work day to day.”
Bowden’s departure will leave a massive hole at Notre Dame as he was perhaps the most significant piece to the recruiting department. The 2024 Football Scoop GM of the Year was instrumental in Notre Dame landing impressive recruiting classes since 2023 and for pushing the limits of where the program could go with high school prospects and transfer portal targets.
There was no better example of Bowden’s impact as the Fighting Irish made the College Football Playoff this season with a depleted roster as Notre Dame was without several key starters for the postseason run.
Freeman will now need to work fast on hiring a general manager as it’s an important time on the recruiting calendar, which includes Saturday’s Junior Day.

It has been confirmed that Chad Bowden, the renowned offensive coordinator for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, will be leaving the program to join the coaching staff at the University of Southern California (USC).
Bowden’s departure comes as a shock to many Notre Dame fans, as he has been instrumental in the team’s success over the past few seasons. Under his leadership, the Fighting Irish offense has consistently been one of the top in the nation, earning them several conference titles and playoff appearances.
While Bowden’s decision to leave Notre Dame for USC may come as a disappointment to some, it is undoubtedly a great opportunity for him to further his coaching career at a prestigious program like USC. The Trojans are known for their high-powered offense, and Bowden’s expertise will surely be a valuable asset to their coaching staff.
As we bid farewell to Chad Bowden, we wish him the best of luck in his new role at USC and thank him for his contributions to the Notre Dame football program. We look forward to seeing what he will accomplish with the Trojans and will continue to support him in his future endeavors.
At long last, USC football has its new general manger. The Trojans are hiring former Notre Dame general manager Chad Bowden for the same role, according to multiple sources.
Fighting Irish head coach Marcus Freeman brought Bowden with him from Cincinnati when Freeman was hired as Notre Dame’s defensive coordinator in 2021. Bowden was a recruiting staffer with the Bearcats, but he became Freeman’s first hire in South Bend. Bowden was named Notre Dame’s general manager in March after Michigan made a run at hiring him away. He’d been Notre Dame’s director of recruiting prior to being promoted to GM.
Bowden was named FootballScoop’s Player Personnel Director of the Year as voted by his peers earlier this month. He leaves Notre Dame following a successful season for the Fighting Irish. Notre Dame went 14-2 and lost to Ohio State 34-23 in the national championship.
At USC, Bowden is expected to make approximately $1 million annually, according to multiple sources.

Bowden, 30, inherits a USC football program looking to tighten up its roster building operation. USC has had some high profile recruiting misses from the high school ranks and in the transfer portal in the last two years.
USC had been looking to upgrade its personnel staff for over a year. USC athletic director Jen Cohen pursued Alabama general manager Courtney Morgan multiple times, but he chose to stay in Tuscaloosa. Current USC general manager Dave Emerick is expected to stay at USC but work in a different role moving forward.

Bowden has front office experience in his blood. Bowden’s father, Jim Bowden, was named general manager of the Cincinnati Reds at 31 in 1992, at the time the youngest general manager in the history of Major League Baseball. He also was the general manager for the Montreal Expos and Washington Nationals. He resigned from the Nationals in 2009 and has been a television analyst as well as a national writer for The Athletic.
In a shocking move, USC football has poached General Manager Chad Bowen away from Notre Dame. Bowen, who has been instrumental in the success of the Fighting Irish in recent years, will now bring his talents to the Trojans as they look to elevate their program to new heights.
This move is sure to shake up the college football world, as Bowen’s keen eye for talent and strategic approach to team-building have been key factors in Notre Dame’s success. USC is undoubtedly thrilled to have him on board and is looking forward to the impact he will have on their program.
Fans of both schools will be closely watching how this move plays out, as USC looks to establish themselves as a powerhouse in college football with Bowen leading the way. Only time will tell how this decision will ultimately impact both programs, but one thing is for certain – the Trojans are making a bold statement with this hire.

Sharelle Rosado couldn’t help but laugh about a rumor that her relationship with ex-fiancé Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson was a PR stunt.
Rosado confirmed their split last October, one year into their engagement — and claimed she went through his phone and found text messages between the former NFL wideout and other women.
“If it was just PR then we wouldn’t have a child together, I mean, make it make sense,” Rosado told The Post, referring to their 2-year-old daughter, Serenity. “I think some people just speculate and assume or, you know, wish their situations were different and wish they had their situation the same as ours at times. But people are going to speculate. At the end of the day, we know what we have, we know what we created. If we’re together or not, we’re going to support each other.”

Rosado and Johnson’s relationship is featured in “W.A.G.s to Riches,” a new series about the wives and girlfriends of athletes and entertainers, premiering Wednesday on Netflix.
In the first episode, Lastonia Leviston, nicknamed “Stoni,” who is the mother of rapper Rick Ross’ first child, is seen telling some of the other WAGs that Rosado and Johnson’s relationship is for PR.
The 37-year-old Rosado — who is the CEO of Allure Realty, where many of the cast members work — emphasized that their family comes before everything.
“I think at the end of the day, we both respect each other’s role and we’re still family no matter — if we get married or not. We have a child together… I still consider his kids mine. If they call me or need anything, I’m there and vice versa. So we have to respect each other. We’re going to always support each other [in] business and family first.”

Things got more interesting between the exes when Shannon Sharpe’s Shay Shay media — the company that houses his and Johnson’s “Nightcap” podcast — announced a podcast deal with Rosado on Jan. 13.
Shay Shay Media produces “Humble Baddies,” a podcast by Rosado and her fellow “W.A.G.s to Riches” cast members Ashley Wheeler, and Alexis Stoudemire.
Sharpe has gone to bat for Rosado — and Johnson asked him to mediate their breakup — during previous installments of their “NightCap” podcast.
“UNC doesn’t take sides,” Rosado said. “He gets on the both of us, and that’s what I love about having him. Sometimes he can be our therapist and we both would be on the phone with him and he would give us advice. So we appreciate just having a great support system.”
Rosado added that she approached Sharpe about their “Humble Baddies” podcast while she was on tour with the Pro Football Hall of Famer and Johnson, and that it took off from there.
Johnson previously said he would support Rosado’s podcast and respects their business relationship.

It’s been nearly impossible for Rosado to avoid discussing their relationship in the public eye, but she doesn’t mind it being out there.
“No one’s perfect and I feel like I’m telling my story to help someone out,” she said. “Some people don’t know the resources they have or can’t afford those resources that I have, like my therapist that I talk to. I feel like me telling my story and what I’ve been through can help someone or help someone not even go through that, so I’m OK with that. I’m in the public, I don’t have anything to hide. I feel like I’m helping more people than hurting them or hurting myself.”
Rosado said she wasn’t sure what it would take for her to get back with Johnson.
“Right now I’m focusing on myself and he’s very busy. I think we’re at a point of our time where it’s like a lot of work is coming in and we don’t honestly have time to focus on that right now,” she said. “So when the time comes, if it comes, then I guess I can answer that question.”
Earlier this week, they traded jabs when an X user told Johnson to get back with Rosado.
“No, i have enough jobs to worry about don’t need no extra work,” Johnson said.
Johnson proposed to Rosado in Miami with a seven-and-a-half-carat diamond ring in January 2023 after going public with their relationship in November 2020.
Former reality TV star Sharelle Rosado is setting the record straight about her breakup with former NFL player Chad Johnson. In a candid interview with People magazine, Rosado opened up about the accusations that their relationship was just a PR stunt.
Rosado revealed that their split was anything but a publicity stunt, sharing that the breakup was a difficult and emotional decision for both of them. She explained that while their relationship was initially publicized on social media, their feelings for each other were genuine and not for publicity.
