  • “I’m genuinely confused” – Love Island: All Stars’ Curtis Pritchard talks about meeting Danielle

Love Island: All Stars Season 2 Episode 17 was released on January 29, 2025, and introduced two new bombshells to the villa. However, tensions became high when Curtis got a text to spend the night in the hideaway with the new female bombshell, that is, Danielle.

This stirred the pot with Ekin Su who was visibly not happy to let her Love Island partner visit Danielle.

Despite that, Danielle and Curtis spent the night together and talked. The two got to know each other and shared what kind of partners they would like to have on the show. Danielle said that she wants to date someone who is her type even in the outside world.

She says she will not waste time with Curtis until she sees him as the “father” of her child. This struck a happy nerve in Curtis as he claimed that he also is trying to find a “mother” to his children and settle down.

Earlier, before the sleepover, he was questioned by the boys about being with the new bombshell. To this, he replied,

    “I’m genuinely confused.”

Love Island: All Stars Islander Curtis Pritchard is confused about his relationship

In the most recent episode of Love Island: All Stars , Curtis Pritchard spent time with Danielle, a new bombshell who has entered the villa. This sleepover in the hideaway has allegedly confused him and made him question his existing partnership with Ekin Su. He says he wants to settle down and wants someone who is their authentic self.

Ekin Su, while discussing the “confused” issue of Curtis with her friends, said that it doesn’t make sense. She is overthinking the whole deal because she didn’t feel reassured by her partner but instead got a “confused” remark.

This happened before Curtis could go meet Danielle and Ekin Su is not sure why he was confused even before meeting with the new islander.

Later in the episode, Danielle and Curtis sit down to chat while Ekin Su is trying to approach him. However, she was stopped by other islanders . She saw them smiling and having a good time which resulted her in going to a corner and tearing up. Ronnie rushed to her aid and hugged her as she cried .

Elsewhere, Curtis is not aware of what is happening and continues to chat with Danielle. He shares,

“I want somebody to be themself, completely themself, 100% themself. I’ve shut everyone off in this villa because I was ‘closed off.’”

On Love Island: The Morning After , Amy, Indiyah, and Kae discuss Curtis and his relationship with both, Danielle and Ekin Su . Indiyah points out how Curtis earlier thought that his relationship with Ekin was moving too fast but when faced with the same question in front of her partner, he denied it.

Indiyah says that this felt like him hiding his true feelings. Kae soon points out that this is something that has happened before and indeed it has. Curtis was with Amy before in another season and had done the same thing.

In a first look for the next episode, Ekin Su and Curtis are seen having a chat. He says that he will talk to her about it all the next day but Ekin points out that she knows what he’s going to say. She says,

“I know what you’re gonna say. You’re gonna say, ‘Ekin, I’ve really enjoyed spending time with you, but this is all too much for me. I’m really happy getting to know Danielle. Goodbye. That’s what you’re thinking.’”

Love Island: All Stars releases every day on ITV2 and can be streamed online through ITVX.

I’m genuinely confused – Love Island: All Stars’ Curtis Pritchard talks about meeting Danielle

Love Island fans were left scratching their heads after Curtis Pritchard opened up about his recent meeting with Danielle, a mystery woman he had been spotted with at a local cafe.

In an Instagram post, Curtis shared a photo of himself and Danielle smiling together, sparking speculation about their relationship status. However, the former Love Island contestant quickly cleared up any confusion by explaining that Danielle was simply a friend he had met through mutual connections.

“I’m genuinely confused by all the speculation surrounding my meeting with Danielle,” Curtis wrote. “She’s just a friend I recently met through some mutual friends. There’s nothing romantic going on between us, so please stop jumping to conclusions.”

Despite Curtis’ clarification, fans couldn’t help but wonder if there was more to the story. Some even speculated that Danielle could be a potential love interest for Curtis on the upcoming season of Love Island: All Stars.

For now, it seems that Curtis and Danielle are just friends, but only time will tell if their relationship will develop into something more. Stay tuned for more updates on this intriguing Love Island mystery.

  • ‘Wheel of Fortune’ star Vanna White confused by son being called ‘thirst trap’

“Wheel of Fortune” star Vanna White was left puzzled after social media users called her son Nikko Santo Pietro a “thirst trap.”

Last month, White, 67, shared an Instagram video in which she and Santo Pietro were seen in the kitchen as they cooked a chicken dish. After fans used the slang phrase to describe the 30-year-old real estate agent, White appeared to be unfamiliar with the meaning of the term during Thursday’s episode of the long-running game show.

“I recently posted a video of me and my son, Nikko, cooking and it got a lot of response,” the TV personality told her co-host Ryan Seacrest as the audience cheered.

“I don’t get it,” White said with a shrug.

“The kids are calling Nikko a thirst trap,” Seacrest, 50, explained.

The “American Idol” host informed her that fans noticed Santo Pietro was wearing a snug-fitting white T-shirt in the clip.

“Apparently, that was a very tight — he went to the Baby Gap to buy that shirt,” Seacrest joked. “It was very tight and they found him strikingly good-looking and no one knows what you cooked.”

“What did you guys actually make?” he asked White.

“We cooked Uncle Roy’s Chicken,” White replied.

“Well, thank you Uncle Roy and thank you, Nikko, for that tight shirt,” Seacrest quipped.

White went on to tease that she would be posting another video on Thursday.

    “Oh boy!” Seacrest said.

“What’s it going to be?” White said coyly to which Seacrest replied, “We’ll find out soon.”

The “Vanna Speaks” author later shared another video of herself cooking with Santo Pietro, which was met with a similarly enthusiastic response from her followers.

After White uploaded the first cooking video in December, fans quickly took the comments section to rave over her “handsome” son and inquire about his relationship status.

“Vanna where have you been hiding Nikko ? He’s GORGEOUS,” one person wrote.

Another commented, “Your son is hot!!!”

“He’s adorable!” one Instagram user added.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Nikko said the attention was “flattering.”

“Obviously, I had an outpour[ing] from her fans just really being kind and saying all kinds of interesting stuff in the comments,” he said.

Santo Pietro, who works at The Agency, the real estate company owned by Mauricio Umansky, ex-husband of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards, added, “I’ve always loved being in front of the camera, and I work really hard on my social media. That’s a big part of what I do, so it feels natural and good.”

However, Santo Pietro was adamant that the praise wasn’t going to his head.

“People see me as this heartthrob, and they’re thirsty for me and all this stuff. I love it all, but at the same time, it’s really good to remember the meaningful things in life and just kind of dial it back, doing a lot of charity work, working hard every day,” he told the outlet.

“That’s what it is to me,” Santo Pietro continued. “Making an impact.”

White added, “He’s such a good kid!”

She continued, “I always taught both of my children, you have to work hard to get things, it’s not just given to you. And he’s doing it.”

In addition to Santo Pietro, White shares daughter, Gigi, with her ex-husband, restaurant owner George Santo Pietro.

While some fans had expressed their hopes of finding love with Santo Pietro or setting him up with their daughters, he confirmed he was already in a relationship.

“I have an amazing girlfriend,” he told ET. “She’s an absolute sweetheart. She’s a singer-songwriter. We’ve been together for a year. She wrote a song about me. It’s really sweet that she did that.

He added that his girlfriend, Easae, who wrote the song about him titled “Karaoke,” “obviously detected the heartthrob thing before America did.”

White confirmed that she approved of Easae, saying, “She’s so sweet, she really is, down-to-earth, loving, giving.”

Nikko’s viral attention is also potentially sparking a few more television appearances.

“I would love that,” White said when asked if fans could expect to see Santo Pietro on “Wheel of Fortune.” She noted that her former co-host Pat Sajak’s daughter, Maggie Sajak, has appeared the show many times, including filling in for White while she took over Sajak’s role as host in 2020 when he underwent surgery. Maggie has also worked as the show’s social media correspondent since 2021.

“I don’t know how well I’d play the game, but I’d love to participate at some level,” Nikko added.

Fox News Digital’s Elizabeth Stanton contributed to this report.

Vanna White, the beloved co-host of “Wheel of Fortune,” recently found herself in a bit of a confusing situation when her son was referred to as a “thirst trap” on social media.

The term “thirst trap” is often used to describe a photo or video that is posted online with the intention of attracting attention or compliments. It’s typically used in a playful or lighthearted way, but Vanna White was left scratching her head when she saw it being used to describe her own son.

In a recent interview, White admitted that she had to do some research to figure out what the term meant. She ultimately discovered that it was meant as a compliment, but she couldn’t help but feel a little puzzled by the whole situation.

Despite her confusion, White took the whole thing in stride and even joked that she might have to start posting some “thirst traps” of her own. It just goes to show that even a seasoned TV personality like Vanna White can still be surprised by the ever-evolving world of social media.

  • ‘What is going on?’… Fans confused by shock announcement Tony Ferguson will fight for UFC rival

It appears Tony Ferguson’s legendary run in the UFC is finally over.

At the peak of his powers, ‘El Cucuy’ won an interim title and put together a historic 12-fight winning run.

However, he’s currently riding an eight-fight losing streak. Most recently, he was tapped out by Michael Chiesa at UFC Abu Dhabi in August before terrifying fight fans by refusing to retire afterward.

Now a new MMA organization has claimed they have added Tony Ferguson to their growing roster.

Global Fight League announce Tony Ferguson signing

On Friday, Global Fight League [GFL] sent shockwaves through the MMA world with a social media post.

“@tonyfergusonxt signs with the Global Fight League. #MMA #GFL #USA,” they wrote alongside a graphic featuring Ferguson, which was posted to their official Instagram account.

Fans were caught off-guard by the announcement as Ferguson hasn’t been officially released by the UFC.

The American fan favorite hasn’t confirmed his signing with GFL yet. Meanwhile, UFC boss Dana White hasn’t made any public statements about letting one of the greatest lightweight fighters ever leave his MMA league.

Naturally, the comment section of GFL’s latest post was full of confused and excited fight fans.

“OMFG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!!,” one person replied. While another asked: “When was he released???”

“What is going on???,” Someone else said.

    “WHATTTTTTT,” a fourth fan exclaimed.

“Fake news again,” one skeptical fan commented:

“Let me get this fight,” GFL star Chris Giagos added.

    Who else has GFL signed?

Paige VanZant is set to make her MMA return for GFL after walking away from the sport in 2020.

The former UFC star is the biggest signing they’ve made yet, but the new promotion has picked up a bunch of big names, with Tyron Woodley, Luke Rockhold, Benson Henderson, Anthony Pettis, Andrei Arlovski, Frank Mir, Fabricio Werdum, and Junior dos Santos all on their roster.

Other GFL stars include Wanderlei Silva, Alex Gustafsson, Hector Lombard, Thiago Santos, Kevin Lee, Jeremy Stephens, Marlon Moraes, Gegard Mousasi, Greg Hardy, Robelis Despaigne, Bubba Jenkins, Tanner Boser, Philipe Lins, and Will Brooks.

However, GFL has been accused of jumping the gun when it comes to announcing new signings.

Earlier this week, OKTAGON issued a statement after it was announced that two of their fighters were joining GFL.

It read: “In response to questions regarding the possible move of our fighters to another organization, we confirm that Andreas Michailidis and Mateusz Duczmal are under a long-term, exclusive contract with our organization. We declare the information currently circulating online to be false.”

So, fans may want to wait before they get too excited about Ferguson fighting in a new MMA league.

Many are wondering what could have led Ferguson to make this decision, especially considering his long history with the UFC and the success he has had in the organization. • Former DEA Official Who Says Marijuana Is A ‘Gateway Drug’ And Confused Agency’s Scheduling Role Claims Trump Allies Want Him As Administrator

A former deputy administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) who says he’s being courted to potentially lead the agency under the newly inaugurated Trump administration has previously described marijuana as a “gateway drug.”

And though he’s said he feels that cannabis rescheduling could potentially help to more effectively allocate federal drug enforcement resources toward cracking down on other subtances, he also previously made comments indicating that he doesn’t understand DEA’s role in making scheduling decisions.

President Donald Trump hasn’t officially named Jack Riley as his selection to run DEA, but the former official says he’s received signals from those in Trump’s orbit that he is being considered as the nominee for the agency.

DEA has “really been in hibernation” over the Biden administration, Riley told ABC 7, adding that, “I think we spent more time talking about the people that unfortunately lost their lives from fentanyl to doing something about fentanyl, and I want to change that.”

He focused his recent policy-related comments on combating the opioid crisis. But if he were to be chosen and confirmed as DEA administration, advocates and stakeholders have a mixed bag of statements from his record to assess how he’d navigate marijuana issues.

For example, in an interview with The Associated Press last year that came amid the Biden administration’s marijuana rescheduling push, Riley said that he remains convinced that cannabis is a “gateway drug.” But even so, he said moving marijuana to Schedule III could be a “positive” policy “in terms of us getting clear to use our resources to combat other major drugs.”

In 2019, following his retirement, he appeared on C-SPAN and took questions on federal cannabis laws, including one where a caller asked for his take on the federal-state marijuana policy disconnect.

Riley said the issue is “widely misunderstood,” because he claimed DEA “has nothing to do with whether it’s legal or not legal” and that “that’s done by other agencies based off the science and what they would look at in terms of it being a medical assistant.”

“We don’t do that. All we do is enforce the regulations Congress imposes on us,” he said.

That’s not exactly the case. While the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) carries out scientific reviews for scheduling decisions, it is DEA that makes the final decision after receiving the health department’s recommendation, per the statute laid out in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).

The potential Trump pick added that, “as the states begin to wrestle with their own version of marijuana, I think they’re under the false illusion it’s going to generate long term tax benefit for the states.”

“In reality, if you look at some of the states, they’re just starting to see the overall effect,” he said. “Maybe they were able to collect, you know, a billion dollars in taxes—but what they’re seeing in social services, emergency room admissions, loss of productivity, car accidents in Colorado…now they’re becoming, you know, more and more people driving impaired because of marijuana.”

“And then the other side of it, the edibles—the oils that are taken to be used, the THC that’s extracted and is extremely potent—all of these things are byproducts of our decision, I think, at the state levels to make these laws and make marijuana available,” Riley said. “I think it’s a slippery slope. I certainly hope that if it’s going to be done, it’s done with the proper regulations and the services that require to keep it consistent with the law.”

The former official also authored a book titled “Drug Warrior: Inside the Hunt for El Chapo and the Rise of America’s Opioid Crisis” based on his experience combating international drug trafficking syndicates—and it contains several references to his role in enforcing criminalization over cannabis.

However, advocates may be partially encouraged by the fact that Riley has said on different occasions that he feels there’s a “big difference” between distribution and possession, suggesting that he doesn’t view the latter offense to be a priority for federal law enforcement. He made that point during a House committee hearing in 2015, for example.

“Our goal is to attack the highest levels possible so that we can really hurt the organization from start to finish,” he said in response to a question about DEA possession prosecutions. “With our limited resources, that is the most effective way for us to make a difference across the country.”

Regardless of that stance on enforcement priorities, Riley did suggest in an interview with Notre Dame Magazine in 2012 that he felt local and state cannabis decriminalization laws feed into illicit trafficking.

“The number one [cartel] cash crop is marijuana. If you’re carrying 10 grams, that 10 grams just came from Chapo Guzman, who just beheaded 15 people,” he said, referring to the former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel.

Whether Riley is ultimately selected and confirmed to head up DEA is yet to be seen. For now, Biden’s DEA administrator, Anne Milgram, has evidently stepped down, replaced by another career agency official George Papadopoulos in the interim.

But whoever ultimately assumed the top DEA position will be inheriting a years-long rulemaking process to reschedule marijuana initiated under the Biden administration, so advocates and stakeholders are closely following to see who might fill that role.

For now, administrative hearings on the rescheduling proposal that were scheduled to begin on Tuesday have been delayed, with an agency judge recently granting an appeal motion from pro-reform witnesses that will set the clock back at least three months amid allegations of improper communications between DEA and rescheduling opponents and more.

Trump initially chose Hillsborough County, Florida Sheriff Chad Chronister to lead DEA, but the prospective nominee—who strongly advocated for marijuana decriminalization—withdrew from consideration last month amid scrutiny from conservative lawmakers over the sheriff’s record on COVID-related public safety enforcement actions.

Former DEA Official Claims Trump Allies Want Him As Administrator Despite Controversial Stance on Marijuana

In a recent interview, a former DEA official made headlines by stating that marijuana is a “gateway drug” and expressing confusion about the agency’s role in drug scheduling. The official, who has not been named, claimed that allies of President Trump are pushing for him to be appointed as the next DEA Administrator.

The official’s controversial stance on marijuana has drawn criticism from advocates who argue that the drug is not a gateway to harder substances. Many states have legalized marijuana for medical or recreational use, and public opinion on the drug has shifted in recent years.

Despite the backlash, the former DEA official’s comments have sparked speculation that he could be tapped to lead the agency. It remains to be seen whether President Trump will heed the calls of his allies and nominate the official as the next DEA Administrator.

The co-hosts of Fox & Friends Weekend were faced with a tricky job on Sunday morning — navigating the feud that has broken out amongst supporters of President-elect Donald Trump over H-1B visas for highly skilled immigrants, which significantly escalated on Saturday.

“America First” acolytes on the far-right want stricter, draconian immigration measures applied to both illegal and legal migrants when Trump takes office in January. Among the loudest voices pushing this argument are far-right activist Laura Loomer, and former Trump adviser Steve Bannon.

In contrast, the Silicon Valley “tech bro” contingent led by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, which backed his election, wants better legal immigration routes such as the H-1B program to fill skills gaps in key sectors such as engineering, science, and technology.

Yesterday afternoon, the president-elect came out in support of Musk and the latter argument, saying he had always been a “believer” in the program and had employees at his properties in the country on H-1B visas.

During the campaign and in his first term he had been against it, so the about-face has confused some of his core supporters.

This schism in MAGAworld, before Trump even re-enters the White House, is awkward leaving Fox News tip-toeing through something of a minefield, as Mediaite reported.

Co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy noted that the president-elect coming out in favor of the H-1B visa “left a lot of people confused.”

    Elon Musk and Donald Trump

Elon Musk and Donald Trump (AP)

Trying to rationalize support for skilled worker visas, her colleague Charlie Hurt remarked: “The idea of having a program that allows an Elon Musk to come into the country, I don’t think anybody has a problem with that, and certainly Donald Trump doesn’t have a problem with that. The problem with the program is that it’s been so abused and turned into a system where it is designed for big tech employers to get, maybe not cheap labor, but cheaper labor.”

Will Cain, who co-hosted with the two, added: “We’re not an algorithm. We’re not a company. We are a country. We’re a nation. We are a people. And that purpose of that nation is to serve Americans.”

Campos-Duffy then suggested that tech CEOs such as Musk might have to pay American tech workers more attractive wages and pay themselves a little less if the talent pool was smaller through a more restrictive immigration policy.

“If you limit those visas and only bring in the Elon Musks and the really exceptional people, what you’re going to see is that there’s a tighter market and the wages will have to be — you’ll have to pay wages that young math students like my son-in-law, who is married and has to support a family, would want to be part of,” she said.

“And that may mean, guys, guess what? Fox News alert! It may mean that big tech bosses make a little less money and they have to pay their workers a little better. I think all of us would be okay with that.”

Sounding remarkably Campos-Duffy added that the federal government should invest in educational opportunities in underserved communities to train the next generation to take the jobs currently being filled by skilled immigrants.

As deft as the presenters might have tried to be in tackling what is a thorny issue, Steve Bannon was having none of it.

The former Trump adviser and host of the WarRoom podcast took to the social media platform Gettr, and referencing the Mediaite article, wrote: “Stop with the ‘Tip-Toe’…”

“Choose a Side: Either Stand with American Citizen Workers or with Globalist Elitist Tech Oligarchs Who Feast on Foreign Indentured Servants …Simple.”

Fox News recently acknowledged that President Donald Trump’s stance on H-1B visas has caused confusion among the public. The H-1B visa program allows skilled foreign workers to temporarily work in the United States, but Trump has previously criticized the program for allegedly displacing American workers.

During a recent segment on Fox News, anchor Martha MacCallum discussed Trump’s recent comments on H-1B visas, stating that his position “left a lot of people confused.” The network highlighted the conflicting messages from the Trump administration regarding this visa program, with some officials advocating for its expansion while others push for stricter regulations.

This admission from Fox News comes as a surprise to many, as the network has been known for its support of Trump’s policies in the past. However, it seems that even Fox News recognizes the complexities and nuances of the H-1B visa program and the need for clarity on this issue.

As the debate over H-1B visas continues to unfold, it is crucial for policymakers and the public to understand the implications of any changes to this program. With Fox News acknowledging the confusion surrounding Trump’s stance on H-1B visas, it is clear that this issue requires careful consideration and informed discussion moving forward.
