  • Preview: Matinee madness continues as Avs welcome the Wild

The Colorado Avalanche are looking to get another winning streak with a victory over the Minnesota Wild at Ball Arena in their second straight matinee. The first one went very well, with Colorado beating the vaunted Dallas Stars 6-3 on Saturday. Can they keep the good day times rolling? The Wild come to town on a not-so-good three-game skid propelled by an injury wave. We know all about that in Colorado.

    Colorado Avalanche

All eyes will be on Cale Makar today. On Saturday, he took a shot inside his skate but returned to score his 101st NHL goal. He was still in severe discomfort and not even sitting on the bench when he wasn’t on the ice. A healthy Cale Makar is paramount to Colorado’s success in 2025.

Speaking of 100 career goals, Jo Drouin also notched his 100th goal in an effort where his line stole the show: Casey Mittelstad, Jo Drouin, and Arrturi Lehknonen combined for a whopping 10 points against the Stars. If it can remain consistent, that sort of second-line production could spur on a long stretch of victories.

It’s not too far-fetched to think that this second line could get hot; when Mittelstadt was at his best, it was early in the season when he was paired up with real top-six talent. Drouin has only played 14/47 games this season but is still on a point-per-game pace. Lehky is Lehky. Arguably one of the most consistent players for the Avalanche year in and year out.

    Projected Lineup:

    Ross ColtonNathan MacKinnonMikko Rantanen
    Artturi LehkonenCasey MittelstadtJonathan Drouin
    Joel KivirantaParker KellyLogan O’Connor
    Jere InnalaJuuso ParssinenIvan Ivan

    Devon ToewsCale Makar
    Samuel GirardJosh Manson
    Calvin de HaanKeaton Middleton

Note: Could this be the day we see a return for forward Val Nichushkin? Last we heard from Bednar, he was “close.”

    Minnesota Wild

The Wild are a good team when healthy, as proven by their record and position in the standings. However, they are human, and a wave of injuries has resulted in a tough stretch of 10 games in which they’ve only won half. The Avalanche need to pile on today and steal another four-point swing game!

Last time out, this bruised and battered Minnesota D group handed out pizza, and we created this glorious and legendary meme out of Ross Colton’s celly.

    Projected Lineup:

    Matt BoldyMarco RossiMats Zuccarello
    Liam OhgrenJoel Eriksson EkRyan Hartman
    Marcus FolignoFrederick GaudreauYakov Trenin
    Devin ShoreMarat KhusnutdinovJakub Lauko

    Jacob MiddletonBrock Faber
    Declan ChisholmZach Bogosian
    Jon MerrillDavid Jiricek

    Goaltenders

Filip Gustavson vs Mackenzie Blackwood is my guess, with only Gustavson confirmed! It’s time for a bounce-back game for Blackwood, who gave up more than two goals in a game for the first time as an Avalanche in his last start against the Oilers.

The Colorado Avalanche are set to take on the Minnesota Wild in a matinee matchup at the Ball Arena. The Avs are coming off a thrilling win against the St. Louis Blues and are looking to keep their momentum going against their division rivals.

The Wild have been playing solid hockey as of late and will be looking to spoil the Avs’ plans for another victory. With both teams fighting for playoff positioning, this game is sure to be a high-energy showdown.

Key players to watch in this game include Nathan MacKinnon for the Avalanche and Kirill Kaprizov for the Wild. Both players have been on a tear this season and will be looking to make an impact in this crucial matchup.

Don’t miss out on the excitement as the Avs and Wild face off in this matinee showdown. Stay tuned for all the updates and highlights from this thrilling game.

  • The Sixers’ road to ruination continues tonight in Milwaukee

The Sixers’ season has finished circling the drain and is now heading through the city’s sewer system, if you were wondering about the smell. Philadelphia has lost five straight games, falling to 15-25 on the season. At this point, the only reason even the Play-In Tournament is still a possibility is the hope of the Chicago Bulls finally coming to their senses and selling off their mediocrity merry-go-round. It’s not only the Process sickos talking about this club potentially rolling out the tanks, but serious NBA insiders. The situation is honestly unfathomable after the expectations of the summer.

Things won’t get any easier for the Sixers tonight, as they have the quick turnaround from last night’s loss to the Pacers. The second game of a road back-to-back is setting teams up for failure even under the best of times, and these are certainly not the best of times. Yesterday, Paul George and Guerschon Yabusele joined Joel Embiid, Caleb Martin, Kyle Lowry, KJ Martin, and Jared McCain in the OUT section of the injury report. We are another Tyrese Maxey injury away from Franklin the Dog needing to suit up to run the ‘backwards, over-the-head, half-court shot’ offense. I’ve been enjoying Justin Edwards’ emergence, but it’s not a good sign when in January, an undrafted two-way guy looking like an NBA rotation player is your only positive story.

Milwaukee is faring far better; the Bucks’ probable list for tonight includes Giannis Antetokounmpo (right patella tendinopathy), Khris Middleton (bilateral ankle injury management), and Marjon Beauchamp (illness), while AJ Green (left quad strain) and Andre Jackson Jr (right hip contusion) are questionable. The Bucks have won three straight games and currently sit in 4th place in the Eastern Conference at 23-17. They have completely turned things around from their slow start to the season and the talk of the Giannis-Dame pairing being unable to work. It kills me that Doc Rivers is probably looking at this Sixers season and saying, ‘See, I was the only thing holding everything together over there.’

The only solace for the Sixers is most fans likely won’t be paying close attention to this one with the Eagles having a playoff game in the afternoon. Back in August, I think many of us felt this could be the year Josh Harris finally made it out of the second round, but not to potentially be going against Philadelphia. Granted, Philadelphians were rooting for Harris and the Commanders hard last night with the potential for the Eagles to now host an NFC Championship game. Between the new South Philly stadium deal for the Sixers and Washington’s unexpected run, Harris is having a heck of a 2025 so far. I’m hoping some of his good fortune rubs off on his basketball team on the court, but it feels more like maybe this Sixers season was the sacrifice he made to the sports gods. Anyway, Sixers-Bucks: we’re Made for This.

    Game details

    When: Sunday, January 19, 7:00 p.m. ET
    Where: Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee, WI
    Watch: NBC Sports Philadelphia
    Radio: 97.5 The Fanatic

The Philadelphia 76ers’ struggles this season have been well-documented, and tonight’s matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks only adds to their woes. With a record of 10-11 and a string of disappointing losses, the Sixers seem to be on a downward spiral that shows no signs of stopping.

The team’s chemistry issues, lackluster defense, and inconsistent performances from star players have all contributed to their downfall. And facing off against the reigning NBA champions in the Bucks will only make matters worse.

As the Sixers hit the road to Milwaukee, fans are left wondering if this team can turn things around and salvage their season. But with each passing game, it becomes more apparent that the road to ruination for the Sixers is only getting longer.

Stay tuned as we watch the Sixers’ struggles unfold tonight in Milwaukee, and hope for a glimmer of hope in what seems to be a dark season for Philadelphia basketball.

  • Cellino Law Continues to Deliver in Personal Injury Cases

    By Tony Farina

Like just about all of us, Ross Cellino has had his share of ups and downs but the personal injury law firm he oversees with a staff of 100 including 29 lawyers is still thriving, returning big numbers to clients, and Cellino Law has rebounded from the Covid-19 slowdown and, as Ross puts it, “is going well now,” with offices across the state and in Connecticut.

    Ross Cellino

Ross Cellino is slowly maturing into senior citizen status but he is still youthful and fit as he welcomes this interviewer into Cellino Law headquarters located in the more than 100-year-old Knox Mansion at 800 Delaware Ave. that Ross purchased from CTG (formerly Computer Task Group) in 2020 for $2.5 million and invested another $2-plus million to fully restore the French Renaissance mansion.  I guess things are going well, Ross.

    Knox Mansion

“I’m a Buffalo guy,” Cellino said, about the purchase of 48,000-square-foot marvel built for the widow of Seymour H. Knox, the owner and founder of the S. H. Knox Co. 5 and 10 Cent Stores, and completed in 1918.  “I know how much this incredible, historic building means to the people of Buffalo and I thought it would be perfect in all respects for our corporate headquarters and we have tours on weekends so folks can see just how spectacular the building still is.”  Ross’s brother, retired doctor Michael Cellino, conducts the tours and does a fantastic job with all the history. I’ve seen it firsthand and give it five stars out of five.

Of course, everyone knows the financial success of Cellino and his late former partner, Steve Barnes, that began with Cellino and Barnes in 1995 and their incredible marketing jingle strategy which poured most of their returns into advertising, keeping only $500 a week for salary for many, many years.

Inspired by inspirational speaker Tony Robbins on the radio while on driving trips to Hilton Head, S. C. with his wife and six children, four of them now with the firm, Ross believed from listening to Robbins that he didn’t need years of experience to find the right path to success, just a model, and he found just the right model in New Orleans personal injury lawyer Morris Bart who started the television ads for lawyers that were hugely successful.

Ross Cellino and his former partner Steve Barnes

Cellino and Barnes followed Bart’s marketing strategy and built a personal injury juggernaut firm that earned millions before their eventual and much-publicized breakup in 2020.

“I believe in jury verdicts,” says Ross today, recalling a case where the insurance company offered $50,000 and he persuaded his client to take his case to a jury where he was awarded $1.1 million. In another case

In another case, a young man in a rental car suffered brain damage and was awarded close to $50 million after a two-week trial by a jury before the law was changed limiting rental car liability to New York State’s ridiculously low liability insurance of $25,000.  Under current law a person with the same insurance would be limited to 25,000 which would not cover more than a few days in the hospital.   “Largest ever,” Ross recalls, a small victory smile lighting up his face.

    Ross Cellino

The testimonials for Cellino Law tell the story of a firm that gets huge results for its clients.

Here’s a small sample of reviews:  Maddie Boudreau says Cellino Law worked hard to get her the settlement she deserved as quickly as possible.  Hula Hugg says firm took time to know her and make her feel comfortable.  Another review says the firm cares about their clients and gets the job done.  There are many more positive reviews available for Cellino Law, certainly something to consider in researching what law firm can give you the best results.

Here’s something else to consider when looking for a personal injury attorney:  Ross Cellino and his team have recovered over $2 billion dollars for clients.  That’s perhaps the best testimonial of all in looking for a lawyer to help you recover what you deserve.

Calls to Cellino Law at 888-888-8888 get case by case review by legal staff and Ross personally oversee the potentially biggest cases to make sure things move in the right direction for the clients.

If you are injured it makes sense to make the right call to get an experienced firm that has been hugely successful in winning verdicts and settlements for their clients over a number of years.

You can go to the website to arrange a free tour of the magnificent Knox Mansion and see where Cellino Law is based.  Seems like Cellino Law has the experienced staff and lawyers to give your case a thorough and free evaluation and let you take it from there.

Cellino Law has established itself as a trusted and reliable law firm when it comes to personal injury cases. With a team of experienced and dedicated attorneys, they have consistently delivered favorable outcomes for their clients.

  • President Trump continues Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy as he works to bring peace to the Middle East

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

President Donald Trump’s second-term inauguration on January 20, 2025, will coincide with Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a time to honor the civil rights leader’s legacy. While King and Trump may seem politically distant, there is an intriguing, often overlooked connection between their views on peace — especially through economic cooperation as a path to stability in the Middle East.

In 1966, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. proposed an innovative path to peace in the Middle East — not through military force or political negotiations, but through economic collaboration. Amidst the region’s divisions, King focused on religious tourism, particularly Christian pilgrimages, as a way to foster dialogue and mutual understanding between Jews and Arabs.

As I discuss in my book Shared Dreams: Martin Luther King Jr. & the Jewish Community, King’s approach to peace was rooted in the belief that lasting change could be achieved not through force, but through the economic incentives created by cooperative efforts. King understood that the Middle East’s political stalemate could be broken by creating opportunities for Israelis and Arabs to work together—an idea that was radical for its time. In 1966, he proposed sending 5,000 American Christians on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land, encouraging them to visit sacred sites in both Israel and surrounding Arab nations. King’s goal was to build bridges between these communities, promoting economic growth and cultural exchange.

ON MARTIN LUTHER KING JR DAY, A REMINDER OF THE IMPORTANCE OF ‘UNDERSTANDING OTHER PEOPLE’

King believed economic partnerships could transcend political and religious divides. His plan envisioned American Christians visiting sacred sites in both Israel and Arab countries to promote economic activity and mutual understanding. In November 1966, King sent Andrew Young to Israel to negotiate with Israeli and Jordanian officials about opening the Mandelbaum Gate, a restricted crossing between the Israeli and Jordanian parts of Jerusalem. Both nations expressed interest in the project’s economic potential. King also proposed building an amphitheater on the Sea of Galilee to deliver a message of peace and unity.

The economic benefits were clear: religious tourism could create jobs, boost local economies, and most importantly, serve as a bridge to peace between Arabs and Jews. King’s vision wasn’t just about diplomacy — it was about creating an economic infrastructure that would bring people together. As Young recalled, King believed the pilgrimage would show “how much everyone had to gain by working together.”

Sadly, King’s vision was never realized. The outbreak of the Six-Day War in 1967 disrupted the region and destroyed any hopes for his initiative. King’s plan for peace through economic collaboration was stopped short by the geopolitical realities of his time, but the concept of using economics as a tool for peace would influence future leaders.

Fast-forward to the 21st century, and President Donald Trump’s Middle East policies echo much of King’s original vision. Trump’s “peace through prosperity” strategy, introduced in 2018, emphasizes economic cooperation as the foundation for peace.

Through the Abraham Accords, signed in 2020, Trump successfully normalized relations between Israel and several Arab nations. These agreements exemplified Trump’s belief that peace could be fostered not just through political agreements, but through economic incentives—trade deals, investments, and joint ventures in fields like technology, energy, and tourism.

CLICK HERE FOR MORE FOX NEWS OPINION

This past Wednesday, Trump said he would use the momentum of the Gaza ceasefire and hostage deal to expand the Abraham Accords. The Accords laid the groundwork for economic collaboration, but much more work is needed to create lasting peace. King’s vision called for deep, comprehensive economic collaboration that reached beyond political normalization, while Trump’s approach, though impactful, is still unfolding. True peace in the Middle East will require not only political agreements but deeper, sustained economic partnerships that promote long-term stability and shared prosperity.

CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP

As President Trump begins his second term, the journey toward peace is far from complete. The Middle East still needs sustained economic cooperation, and Trump must continue advancing King’s “peace through prosperity” principles. The Abraham Accords have laid the foundation, but true peace will come from expanding these economic ties and building lasting structures of collaboration that go beyond short-term political agreements.

To fully realize the promise of peace in the Middle East, President Trump must embrace and build upon Dr. King’s vision for economic cooperation. While King’s vision was cut short by the harsh realities of his time, Trump’s “peace through prosperity” approach, especially through the Abraham Accords, reflects the same fundamental belief: that economic collaboration — not just political agreements — can form the foundation for lasting peace. This journey, rooted in mutual understanding, shared economic opportunity, and long-term stability, is still unfolding. Only by expanding on King’s ideas can Trump’s policies reach their full potential, and only then will the region move closer to the lasting peace that both leaders envisioned.

As we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. today, it is important to recognize those who continue to strive for peace and justice in our world. President Trump, often a controversial figure, has been making strides towards bringing peace to the Middle East.

Despite facing criticism and challenges, President Trump has taken steps to broker peace deals between Israel and several Arab nations, including the historic Abraham Accords. These agreements have normalized relations between Israel and countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan, and Morocco, marking a significant shift in the region’s dynamics.

While there is still much work to be done in achieving lasting peace in the Middle East, President Trump’s efforts should be acknowledged and commended. Just as Dr. King believed in the power of nonviolence and dialogue to bring about change, President Trump’s diplomatic initiatives demonstrate a commitment to finding peaceful solutions to longstanding conflicts.

As we reflect on Dr. King’s message of unity and justice, let us also recognize and support those who continue to work towards a more peaceful world. President Trump’s efforts in the Middle East are a reminder that progress is possible when leaders are willing to engage in dialogue and pursue peace.

  • Wisconsin parts ways with final QB tie to Phil Longo, continues offensive restructure

MADISON, Wis. — Quarterback Jarin Mock, the first committed prospect in Wisconsin’s 2026 recruiting class, will no longer be a part of the program after the staff determined he wouldn’t be a good fit amid the transition to new offensive coordinator Jeff Grimes. Wisconsin informed Mock and his family of the decision on Tuesday, Mock’s father, Andree, told The Athletic.

Jarin committed to former offensive coordinator Phil Longo in July. Andree said Jarin attended Wisconsin’s 16-13 loss to No. 1 Oregon on Nov. 16, which came one day before Badgers coach Luke Fickell fired Longo. When the family learned of the news that Sunday, Andree said he texted Longo but otherwise had not heard from anyone within Wisconsin’s program until the family received a phone call Tuesday.

“I texted a couple of coaches with no answer,” Andree said. “So my thing with life is usually when somebody’s not answering your phone calls, they’re probably not interested in talking to you. But I thought that was kind of weird to have that mindset when we were committed to the University of Wisconsin, not necessarily to Longo.

“I just wish it was a better line of communication. The fact that we kind of shut down all of our communication with other universities and recruiters because we were trying to honor our commitment with Wisconsin, it kind of leaves us at a disadvantage. But we still have a whole other year of football left, so it’s not like we’re up against the clock to be at a university going into the spring or this summer.”

Mock’s departure is notable because it wipes the slate clean from every scholarship quarterback linked to Longo during his two-year stint at Wisconsin.

The Badgers brought in three transfer portal quarterbacks in the first offseason under Longo and Fickell with Tanner Mordecai, Braedyn Locke and Nick Evers. Longo signed four-star 2024 quarterback Mabrey Mettauer and added transfer Tyler Van Dyke last season. He generated commitments in the 2025 class from Braedyn’s younger brother, Landyn Locke, and in the 2026 class from Mock.

None of those quarterbacks remain. Mordecai used his final year of eligibility during an underwhelming 2023 season. Evers entered the transfer portal in the middle of practices last spring when he dropped behind Mettauer on the depth chart and went to UConn. Van Dyke, Braedyn Locke and Mettauer all entered the portal last month, joining former Badgers quarterback Cole LaCrue.

Wisconsin QB future faces more questions, Braedyn Locke enters transfer portal

Van Dyke suffered a season-ending torn ACL in his right knee during the third game against Alabama. He retained that year of eligibility but there were no guarantees he would be healthy enough to help Wisconsin next season. Locke, who signed with Wisconsin because of his relationship with Longo, struggled as Van Dyke’s replacement and went 4-8 as a starter over two seasons. Mettauer, the final transfer portal departure from the quarterback room, left after Grimes was hired over uncertainty about how he would fit into a new approach.

Van Dyke signed with SMU, Braedyn Locke with Arizona and Mettauer with Sam Houston, where he’ll reunite with Longo, who is now the head coach there. Landyn Locke signed with Wisconsin last month but was released from that commitment and also joined Longo at Sam Houston. Wisconsin will enter next season with three new scholarship quarterbacks on the roster, each of whom pledged to the Badgers after Longo was fired: redshirt senior Maryland transfer Billy Edwards Jr., sophomore San Diego State transfer Danny O’Neil and incoming freshman Carter Smith.

Longo’s tenure created initial excitement because of the transition at Wisconsin to an up-tempo air raid system but will be remembered for what it didn’t achieve. Wisconsin’s scoring offense last season of 22.6 points per game tied for 108th nationally and was only slightly better than the 22.5 points per game the Badgers averaged in Year 1 under Longo. Those represent the two worst seasons for Wisconsin consecutively since 1991 and 1992. Fickell fired Longo with two regular season games remaining.

    go-deeper

Projecting Wisconsin’s 2025 depth chart: Quarterback overhaul, questions at receiver

Fickell replaced Longo with Grimes, whose offense is expected to feature heavier personnel packages and resemble more of the physical style Wisconsin was previously accustomed to while building on some of the passing concepts Longo provided. Fickell also split the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coaching responsibilities by moving wide receivers coach Kenny Guiton into the quarterbacks coach role this offseason. Longo handled both jobs while at Wisconsin.

Longo offered Mock a scholarship in May after he watched an early-morning workout of the 6-foot-3, 205-pound prospect at Pickerington North High School in Ohio. At the time, Mock didn’t have any Power 4 scholarship offers, with his other offers coming from UMass, Miami (Ohio) and Marshall. Mock’s coach, Nate Hillerich, said Longo liked Mock’s throwing ability and how he projected to effectively run Wisconsin’s RPO system.

Mock later earned an offer from Central Michigan before committing to Wisconsin, though he said at the time he had been communicating with several Power 4 programs, including Vanderbilt, Virginia, Iowa State, Purdue, Michigan State, Ohio State and Michigan.

Mock finished his junior season completing 155 of 252 passes (61.5 percent) for 2,605 yards with 23 touchdowns and four interceptions. He also ran for 185 yards and two touchdowns. Andree said Jarin heard in recent weeks from Iowa State and Cincinnati wondering about his status given Wisconsin’s coaching transition.

“We basically told them we’re still committed,” Andree said. “The word commitment in our household, it means a lot. So we’re not going to decommit somewhere. We are committed to that particular person, university, situation, to the fullest.”

Wisconsin has just one committed prospect in the 2026 class with three-star offensive lineman Benjamin Novak. The Badgers were actively pursuing other quarterbacks in the class even while Mock was committed. Wisconsin offered four-star quarterback Bowe Bentley (Celina, Texas) on Tuesday.

Mock, a three-star prospect, was rated in the 247Sports Composite as the No. 40 quarterback in the country. Twenty-two quarterbacks ranked ahead of him in the 2026 class are uncommitted.

“We are not comfortable but we will be OK,” Andree said. “His talents won’t go unnoticed elsewhere.”

The University of Wisconsin has officially parted ways with its final quarterback tied to former offensive coordinator Phil Longo. This move signals a continued restructuring of the team’s offensive strategy as they look to move in a new direction.

Longo, who left Wisconsin to take on a new coaching position elsewhere, had a significant impact on the team’s offensive scheme during his time with the Badgers. However, with his departure, the team has decided to part ways with the last quarterback who was closely linked to Longo’s system.

This decision comes as no surprise to many fans and analysts, as the team looks to revamp its offense and adapt to a new coaching staff. The Badgers are expected to bring in fresh talent and implement new strategies to improve their performance on the field.

As Wisconsin bids farewell to its final quarterback tied to Phil Longo, fans can expect to see a new era of offensive football for the Badgers. Stay tuned for updates on the team’s progress as they continue to restructure and evolve their offensive game plan.

  • Whitney Cummings Continues to Demonstrate What Happens When A Comedy Career Slows Down

2 Broke Girls creator and podcast host Whitney Cummings is making headlines for all the wrong reasons, but that’s still better than no press when you don’t have any tour dates until next month.

Right now, the first responders and local governments of Los Angeles County are still trying to control the deadly and destructive wildfires that broke out last week when blistering winds reaching 90 mph rapidly accelerated numerous blazes in areas of Southern California that hadn’t seen rain for eight months. The widespread disaster has already displaced as many as 92,000 Americans, taken 24 lives and destroyed more than 12,000 houses, businesses, schools and other structures as firefighters and local officials continue to work tirelessly to contain the inferno.

While fire investigators have yet to determine what exactly sparked the numerous fires, the extreme weather and exceedingly dry conditions leave no doubt as to how the wildfires grew so immense, deadly and destructive — that is, unless you’re a C-tier Talk Tuah guest who dropped your last two stand-up specials on OnlyFans.

    @realwhitneycummings

The last few days of Cummings feed has everything you could ever expect from a washed-up comedian rebranding as a conservative conspiracy theorist: Shes shitting on Los Angeles and California despite the fact that she lives there, shes using a natural disaster to baselessly demonize the homeless instead of even considering how climate change could have exacerbated the extreme weather conditions and shes complaining about DEI hires and woke lesbian firefighters by calling out women by name whom she believes shouldnt be working their current life-saving jobs.

Cummings just needs to plug some shady supplement and throw in an insane anti-immigrant take on these tunnels to perfect her “Joe Rogan please have me back on your show” publicity stunt.

It goes without saying that none of Cummings claims about homeless people starting the fires by pouring gasoline into the sewer system or woke lesbians slowing the work of the first responders have any basis in reported facts, but truth is never the point when a medium-talent who recently slid off all mainstream platforms starts trying to steer online discourse over current events. “The amount of people I have seen waking up is really uplifting to me,” reads the top comment on Cummings’ TikTok post where she essentially doxxed the firefighters who are currently working to save her family and her home from the blazes.

“Take a note from Tom Segura and Joe Rogan, and move to Texas baby,” another alt-right supporter advised.

An ex-fan lamented of Cummings current career arc, “Damn. You’re falling into the anus of the internet. I thought you were a smart one.”

Its despicable to see a comedian who is struggling to book gigs besides her own podcast capitalize on a massive tragedy thats currently unfolding in her community by spreading disinformation, hate and Elon-Musk-level punchlines, but its not entirely unexpected. Cummings has been careening further and further to the right the longer Netflix has avoided her calls.

Unfortunately for Cummings, this heel turn is short-sighted — after the right bans all the porn websites, who will produce her specials?

Whitney Cummings Continues to Demonstrate What Happens When A Comedy Career Slows Down

Whitney Cummings, known for her sharp wit and hilarious stand-up routines, has been a staple in the comedy world for years. However, like many comedians, Cummings has experienced a slowdown in her career in recent years.

Despite facing some setbacks, Cummings continues to demonstrate resilience and creativity in navigating the ups and downs of the entertainment industry. Instead of letting her career stall, she has taken on new projects and embraced different opportunities to keep her comedic spark alive.

From launching her own podcast to writing and producing TV shows, Cummings has proven that a comedy career slowdown doesn’t have to mean the end of the road. By staying true to her comedic roots and staying open to new possibilities, she is showing that there is always a way to reinvent oneself and keep the laughs coming.

As fans eagerly await Cummings’ next big project, it’s clear that she is just getting started in demonstrating what happens when a comedy career slows down – it’s an opportunity to pivot, grow, and come back stronger than ever.

  • Rudy Gobert’s girlfriend Julia Bonilla continues to expose disturbing death messages targeting family

Rudy Gobert’s girlfriend Julia Bonilla continues to expose disturbing death messages targeting family

Rudy Gobert’s girlfriend Julia Bonilla has previously exposed the disturbing side of the basketball fandom. The girlfriend of the Minnesota Timberwolves star made yet another post alluding to fans sending death messages in her social media message inbox.

On Saturday, Bonilla posted a screenshot of the series of death messages she received in her Instagram inbox. One of the messages threatened that the couple would be killed after a game. The other two messages in the screenshot exposed the disturbing death threats to her seven-month-old son Romeo.

Posting the picture of the messages, Bonilla wrote that she had decided to get off social media in light of the creepy messages and start her New Year on a positive note.

“Meanwhile…I’m about to go off social media for a while to start this year on a positive note. But yes this is just crazy… creepy. No words needed,” Bonilla wrote in the caption.

Rudy Gobert and Bonilla welcomed their son on May 7, 2024. The four-time Defensive Player of the Year missed Game 2 of the 2024 NBA playoffs to attend the birth of his son. Gobert was also later criticized by many for missing a playoff game.

Rudy Gobert’s girlfriend Julia Bonilla has previously exposed disturbing comments by fans

The death threats against a member of her family aren’t the first time that Julia Bonilla has come across such a disturbing side of the basketball fandom. Last year in November, she posted a picture of the comment posted by a fan wishing for the death of players and the coaching staff in a plane crash.

Rudy Gobert’s GF posted it on her IG story and wrote that while everyone was entitled to their opinion, the death wish of players who also have families shouldn’t be normalized.

“I just want to quickly touch on something, and I won’t go into too much detail,” Bonilla started the long message. “I’m not looking for a debate here. I know I probably shouldn’t say anything and should just let it go, but honestly, it’s just not okay.”

“Why have we gotten to a point where it’s normal to wish death on people just because a team lost a basketball game? We shouldn’t just brush off this behavior or accept it as normal. Sure, everyone has their opinions, but let’s remember that these are real people with families.”

“No one should have to deal with insults or threats because of a game. Anyway, I’m going to focus on my own stuff now, but I genuinely wish the best for anyone struggling to keep a healthy mindset.”

Rudy Gobert’s offensive caliber has always been a talking point among NBA fans and sports analysts. However, he is not as polished in the paint as other elite big men in the league. He has constantly found it difficult to score points, except for catching lobs for dunks. This liability on the offensive end has made him a target for fans in Minnesota.

However, Gobert is not just what he does on the offensive end of the floor. He is one of the greatest defensive players in NBA history and should deserve the respect. Moreover, irrespective of what Gobert does on the court, such disturbing messages should not have any place in a game that unites people.
