It was supposed to be a new item purchase, however, it looked used because the knobs were all scratched up and damaged. The box also contained parts of the car that were not supposed to be in the box. It is very disappointing to have to return the item that we waited so long for delivery and now still need one. It also has an LPN tag on it meaning it was returned and is NOT NEW.
