There has been a rumor that the Fantastic Four: First Steps trailer would debut during the Super Bowl on February 9 in one of those coveted ad slots. But a new leak indicates either that’s not the case, or if so, it will be the second time the trailer airs.
A now-deleted listing from the Good Morning America weekly schedule says that the Fantastic Four trailer is meant to air on that show on Tuesday, February 4. That does not appear to be a random choice as well, the date is…F4. Fantastic Four. You get it. Here is the listing that first premiered:

My guess is that plans are not being changed and it will still air there, rather they’re just trying to cover it up and hope the majority of the public won’t notice. Most probably will not notice, if they’re not keeping up religiously with breaking online-only internet developments like this.

As for the Super Bowl, it may make more sense to premiere the trailer on Good Morning America rather than shelling out for a Super Bowl spot, which does not have a small price tag. We have to assume the trailer is probably going to be two minutes long or so, and that is…a lot of ad space. However, I think what could happen is the GMA premiere is paired with some sort of shorter teaser at the Super Bowl which will have a much wider audience than a random episode of a morning show.

Curtis is one of at least two quarterback the Gamecocks are heavily pursuing for the 2026 class. Auburn coach Hugh Freeze also made an-in home visit on Thursday. Almost two years after it impressed critics at several festivals, Peter Dinklage’s reboot of the ’80s cult classic The Toxic Avenger has finally secured a theatrical release in late 2025. The black comedy superhero franchise began with 1984 in Michael Herz and Lloyd Kaufman’s feature that focused on a ridiculed janitor turned mutant crimefighter. The Toxic Avenger spawned a successful franchise that included three sequels, a stage musical, an animated series, and more, with Macon Blair helming the Toxic Avenger reboot that was originally intended to premiere in 2023.
After a lengthy delay as it searched for a distributor, Deadline reports that Legendary Pictures and Troma Entertainment’s ToxicAvenger has finally been slated for a theatrical release on August 29. The movie stars Dinklage as the hero once known as Winston Gooze as he attempts to strike a balance between fighting corrupt CEOs and rebuilding his relationship with his son. The feature has 92% on Rotten Tomatoes after various festival appearances. Cineverse will handle distribution for the unrated theatrical run in the US and Canada, as well as the movie’s home release on digital storefronts, streaming, and physical media.

However, with the success of R-rated features such as Deadpool & Wolverine and Gladiator II in 2024, Cineverse may be more keen on taking a gamble in case The Toxic Avenger could attract similar success.

The long delay in bringing the remake of the iconic Troma movie to the screen is somewhat bizarre, as its approach to the material, while intense, is generally in keeping with the rest of the franchise as well as the company’s output. While Troma Entertainment is a wide-ranging studio and distributor whose previous work includes distributing the iconic Studio Ghibli fantasy movie My Neighbor Totoro, they are best known for creating and distributing genre movies and exploitation titles that push the envelope in terms of content and taste.
Troma developed this reputation over the course of the 1980s with movies including the slasher-adjacent titles Mother’s Day, Bloodbath in Psycho Town, and Luther The Geek. Many of their releases announced their intentions to present bold, envelope-pushing ideas in their titles, including 1986’s Class of Nuke ‘Em High, 1987’s Surf Nazis Must Die, 1988’s Rabid Grannies, 1990’s A Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell, and 1996’s Killer Condom.

While The Toxic Avenger might feel brash when compared to Blair’s more low-key directorial debut I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore, it is hardly shocking when held against the previous output of Troma itself. It also boasts one of the company’s most exciting ensemble casts, as in addition to Dinklage, it features Jacob Tremblay, Taylour Paige, Kevin Bacon, Sarah Niles, Julia Davis, Julian Kostov, and Elijah Wood. While it may never be a blockbuster tentpole, it makes sense to give the movie a chance in theaters.

The first major wrestling event of 2025 is here as WWE has descended upon Indianapolis for this year’s Royal Rumble. Considered one of the tent-pole events on the calendar, the 30-person battle royal is always filled with plenty of drama and surprises.
As is always the case, the winner of the Rumble punches their ticket to main event WrestleMania and challenge for a world championship.
This year’s men’s Royal Rumble is expected to have plenty of drama and surprises. Among those confirmed as entrants are John Cena, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre and more. But there are still 15 slots that are to be determined and WWE CCO Paul Levesque said you can expect plenty of wildness on Saturday night at Lucas Oil Stadium.
The women’s Rumble match will also have plenty of both, and even more given that only 10 entrants have been announced. But among the most notable is the return of Charlotte Flair after more than a year away to recover from a nasty knee injury.
There are only two matches beyond the Rumbles on the card for Saturday, but they are sure to deliver the excitement. WWE undisputed champion Cody Rhodes puts his title on the line against friend turned foe Kevin Owens in a ladder match. Plus, the WWE tag team championships are on the line when titleholders #DIY take on Motor City Machine Guns in a two-out-of-three falls match.
The event takes place Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. It streams live on Peacock on Feb. 1 with the main card starting at 6 p.m. ET.

Men’s Royal Rumble match (LA Knight, John Cena, CM Punk, Jey Uso, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Rey Mysterio, Sami Zayn, Shinsuke Nakamura, Logan Paul, Penta, Chad Gable, Bron Breakker, Carmelo Hayes, 15 TBA): This match is shaping up to be an incredible showing. So many legends are filling out the entrants list and each has a unique story as to why they would make sense as the winner. Cena, Reigns, Punk, Rollins and McIntyre are all plausible favorites to walk away victorious and main event WrestleMania in April.
Women’s Royal Rumble match (Nia Jax, Bayley, Charlotte Flair, Naomi, Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Lyra Valkyria, Ivy Nile, Iyo Sky, 20 TBA): 30 women will compete in this Royal Rumble match. More entrants will be announced in the coming weeks. The WWE women’s and women’s world champions are usually absent, excluding special cases. Flair will be making her first appearance in nearly a year after recovering from injury.
Undisputed WWE Championship — Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Kevin Owens (Ladder match): Rhodes and Owens will fight for the undisputed WWE championship for a third time. Rhodes defeated Owens cleanly at Bash in Berlin. Rhodes also retained the title at Saturday Night’s Main Event, but Owens had Rhodes pinned to the mat while the referee was unconscious. The undisputed WWE championship and the retired Winged Eagle WWE title belts will hang over the ring in this ladder match.
WWE Tag Team Championships — #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) vs. Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) (Two Out of Three Falls match): Gargano deceived MCMG to win the tag team titles. The two teams have been at odds ever since. They will compete in a two out of three falls match at the Royal Rumble.
